What a great experience working with Garry. I showed some interest in a 2019 Dodge Durango, I personally know the previous owners and loved driving it. Garry kept me in the loop until I was able to make a final decision, I never once found he pressured or pushed me at all. I contacted him when needed, he responded asap even when he was not working! I was also in need of a ride to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle, Garry didn't hesitate and came and picked me up on Friday. I would love to deal with him again if I am in the market again.

Awesome experience with Jordan from Financing, and everyone else that was involved with this purchase.

2nd day of having it and I have no regrets.

If i could give lower star amount i would. I ordered a new truck thru this dealer. First they acquired the wrong truck from another dealer. We came to a new agreement for me to take the truck they brought rather then the one i actually ordered. Part of that deal was installing the 5th wheel and gooseneck hitch system i wanted. They waited and delayed the deal by several weeks in order to send it to another shop to have the work completed. When we finally received the truck it has the wrong style of 5th wheel hitch which i made extremely clear i didnt want, and it doesnt even have a gooseneck system in it which i need for several of my trailers. Now i get to remove $3000 worth of useless products and be left with dozens of holes left in the box of a $120,000 truck and i get to send it to a shop with a clue and install a couple more thousand dollars worth of the proper hitches.

I took my 2018 Jeep Compass North here three separate times for the same occurring issue. Each time I took it here they said 3 different problems that could be causing this. The issue never got fixed and they didn’t give me any peace of mind or what could be done for over 6 months. I had to get ahold of them to see what was going on and wondering when I would get my car back since they kept it for 5 days saying that it could be a wheel bearing problem and then changing my power train for the 3rd time! I finally took it to the dealership I bought it from and they told me exactly what was wrong and gave me piece of mind. Don’t take your vehicle here for anything, none of the mechanics no what they are doing! Absolutely terrible customer service at the desks.

My wife and I had been at our place out Grand Bend way and the front end started making noise so we stopped. We had a loaner truck in five minutes of showing up at Bayview service dept.next day got a call it’s ready, very happy with the way we have been treated. Thanks.

My husband traded in his truck for a Ram and we had Garry helping us along the way. He isn’t pushy and is very knowledgeable about the products. Would definitely recommend and will go back for future purchases!

I was having trouble with the battery in my Ram 1500. Contacted Bayview Service Dept. Lisa was excellent to deal with and got my truck repaired and taken care of that day. With a follow up call after to make sure it was working well. Excellent customer service Thanks to everyone in the service dept.

I really appreciate how caring these guys are when I dealt with them (Scott, Mike, Al). I had the sense that they didn't want to push me to buy anything other than what I want, I definitely will deal with them again and highly recommend them to anybody.

4 visits to the service department and issue still not rectified. Even put in my window switch upside down. Inspection prior to releasing vehicle is obviously something they don't do. No call back when they said they would, still chasing them for repairs under extended warranty we purchased.

Fantastic and friendly service department that help me with everyone of my needs I’ve had two of my vehicles done in their body shop and the work is exceptional. I buy my vehicles and service my half make vehicles there as well. Recently they did my snow tires for my Honda civic and they will store them for me all winter and change them in the spring water fantastic service

What I thought to have been a great experience was shattered by true colours shinning through. Made to believe things that really weren't. You would think after buying 2 brand new cars from here you'd get honest people. Quick version.car needed repairs that would be covered by warranty. Was told they knew something something was wrong but couldn't find it. Told to drive it a bit more to see if problem got worse. Bring car back and get told sorry, warranty has expired. Which I wasn't even aware of. Thought it still had another year. Funny how a tech couldn't find the problem until it was expired. I'd give 0 or negative stars if possible. NEVER AGAIN! Lost my business forever!

My experience at Bayview Chrysler. Returning the vehicle after work performed. Drivers flooring was dirty. Drivers seat was dirty. Not all the related work was completed. Over haul experience no comments?

They were amazing to deal with in the service department - incredibly quick and very knowledgeable and friendly - 5 stars!

I arrived near the end of the day with a screw in the side of my tire, and dinner plans out of town.
Everyone scrambled to help me- no new tires were available, so I was driven home- my spare/winter tire picked up, returned to the shop and changed in under an hour. I was given honest advice and a reasonable quote on tire replacement. Very pleased with the service. Thanks!

I recently took my GMC Terrain to Bayview for some bodywork after two of my doors were damaged in an accident. I just want to give a shout out to Mike who handled my claim and the folks in the body shop who did a great job on the repairs.

I’ve been with Bayview for almost 6 years I believe and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I will continue to stick with bayview for years to come.

Dealt with Bayview for over 40 years. Bought vehicles for ourselves and our son. Went there to purchase a new Dodge Truck. The offer they made for our used truck was an INSULT, treated a long time customer like "S". That is way today we are driving two new Nissans.

We purchased our vehicle at Bayview and took it for warranty service and since then for service and inspections. Like my husband says, no one knows the vehicle like the dealer. We love our Journey and never had a problem.

Brought my car in for body work after minor-ish fender bender. Could not be more impressed with the service and quality of work. They even went above and beyond what they were required to do, like changing one of my headlights and buffering out some damage to a passenger side door. Professional, excellent work through and through, along with too notch customer service. Will definitely be back for any other vehicle needs I may have in the future. Thanks guys!

This was my first oil change for my new Jeep at Bayview Dodge. Very quick service! My appointment was at 0800 and my vehicle was ready within the hour! I’ve never experienced such a quick and efficient service department like Bayview Dodge. I am very impressed!

Quick, efficient and pleasant service experience. I especially like the fellow that checks in your vehicle. He’s always so friendly and welcoming. Been using Bayview for service with ownership of three Jeep Grand Cherokee’s now and have always felt I was an appreciated customer.

Buying a vehicle was good, but I have nothing but issues with the service department. Will never buy another car from them as the service staff are rude and useless. They mess up something everytime I go. If my car didn't still have a warranty I would never use them.

Had an exhaust manifold replaced, gasket and bolts 2 1/2 yrs ago. Today had the exact same thing done on the opposite side of the engine. In two and a half years the cost of the repair went up $400 feel like I was ripped off.
Not taking my vehicle there again.
