I’ve been having bad experience with this clinic. The reception does not give clear instructions prior to appointments that we have to bring our own mask as they not provide when I clearly saw a box of masks in their desk and still full.
Also the receptionist did not give me other options of consultation when the doctor has to just discuss my lab results and be done over the phone.
I went for my appointment and it was not followed and told me to wait 1 hours.
Also i got a phone consultation arranged but called 40mins after my scheduled time. I was not able to pick up because my break at work is over and then called back
They claimed they called twice when the call history I have only showed one call.
This is my first ever doctor/clinic ever since i got here in canada and my experience is soo bad

I had a most horrible experience with Dr. Roya hajy Aghaei receptionist and her unorganized teams. They don’t care about patients. The receptions and front desk staff are impolite and rude, specially one middle age lady.she need to learn how to speak with patients, but unfortunately she don’t know.

I've been seeing Dr. Erfanfar for a few years now and can confidently say that he is one of the best family physicians around. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also has a warm and caring bedside manner that puts me at ease every time I visit his office.
Dr. Erfanfar takes the time to really listen to me as his patient and understand my concerns, which is a rare quality in today's healthcare system. He is also very thorough in his exams and has caught potential health issues early on, which has been a huge relief.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Erfanfar to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate family physician. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible. Thank you, Dr. Erfanfar, for all that you do!

Dr Roya Haji Aghaee is a great doctor. She is so attentive, knowledgeable and responsible. The appointments are sometimes long, but it’s worth the wait.

Dr. Alireza is the best. But the reception people is so rude and don’t mention the waiting! If they give you an appointment at 1: 30 pm you end up exiting the doctors office at 3: 00pm. They let others in first, doesn’t matter even if your appointment is before somebody’s. So disappointing
