If it’s still same vet. DON’T GO HERE. WORST service.

Dr. Dhillon is a gentle, sensitive, and thoughtful veterinarian. He puts the well being of his patients before everything else.

I have been going there since it opened. Great place friendly staff and Dr Dillon is amazing

Been taking kitty here for last 5 years for yearly check ups and vaccinations. Friendly service and knowledgeable doctor.

Sadly, we had to bring in our beloved, but very old and sick dog, to be euthanized. Dr. Dhillon and his assistant treated us with kindness and compassion. The procedure and pricing were clearly explained to us. Our dog passed away quickly and painlessly and our family was allowed to be present to comfort her during the entire procedure. Being able to go into the clinic with our dog was much appreciated, unlike some other clinics where you are forced to drop off your your pet at the door. Convenient location with tons of free parking. Recommend: YES!

RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! SCAM! Every phonecall I was quoted different prices and new costs kept cropping up - when I mentioned that other friends and family with pets were never quoted half these items for their pets being neutered they said it was unethical and they're highly ethical! LAUGHABLE! To see how my ragdoll kitten was manhandled was enough to know I wanted zero association with the likes of this poorly run and highly questionable place! RUN and don't look back, this place is a pets' nightmare.

My dog has been here several times and has always received good care. She recently came for a surgery and has recovered nicely. We would certainly recommend this clinic to others.

I'm not local to this clinic, and made the 4 hour drive to have Dr. Dillon perform my dogs surgery. Unfortunately our vet could not perform it for 2 weeks, and I was able to get my pet in with Dr. Dillon in just a few days. He was very friendly, professional and kind. He performed the surgery and gave me all information needed on the care of my pet in between the next few scheduled checkups. I would highly recommend.

Our 6 month old puppy ate raisins late in the day on Saturday afternoon. Dr Dhillon was able to see us less than 10 minutes from their closing time. He took care of our puppy quickly, professionally and above all kindly. We don’t live in Newmarket but are considering bringing both our dogs here moving forward. Dr Dhillon said he treated us as family and that is truly how it felt. The price was reasonable and all items billed were justified and explained properly. Meghan the receptionist was wonderful and took care of our puppy as she vomited up all 12 raisins! This vet saved our puppy’s life and we are eternally grateful. They went above and beyond.

My puppy was bit by another dog, and had puncture wounds to his neck. Unfortunately my vet was gone for the day. After driving to all the emergency clinics around and being rejected as they were all at full capacity, I looked for vets that were open at that time (it was close to 7: 30) and found Bayview Pet Services. Even though they were about to close, they told me to bring my puppy right away. They stayed later and completed his surgery, called me once he was starting to wake up so I could be there and he wouldn’t be without a familiar face. They waited for me to arrive at 10pm and explained the procedure, gave me his medication and explained the bill in details which was more than fair price. Dr. Dhillon was amazing, professional and very caring. He took wonderful care of my puppy and didn’t charge me near as much as what the emergency vet would. Him and his staff were just wonderful. I 100% recommend them!

They consistently provide Excellent care for our dog. She is very comfortable with the Dr and he treats pets with compassion. Dr. Dillon does not try to sell unnecessary services/tests.
We still take our dog here even though it is an hour away since we moved several years ago.

I highly recommend this place. I took our Rottie for neutering and their charge was half other places. Medication, pain killer, antibiotic and cone were free of charge. They were very straight forward with charges and fees. They were kind and responsive. After the surgery, our dog was in pain, I phoned after 7pm and they waited for me and gave me pain killer tablets for free. I did not feel I am taking advantage of at any time. When I went the second day of the surgery for another free checkup. My dog was happy to be there!

This was my first visit here, but I have to say I am overall satisfied.
The Dr.took the time to talk to me about my dogs and they did not force anything on me I did not want.

Outstanding service, excellent hours and a vet who takes the time to explain the treatment program for your pet.

Came in with my dog for a dental cleaning and teeth extraction. To say the least, my dog was a worst case scenario, however in terms of price, I payed nearly a fraction of the price that other vets gave me. The vet and the staff are very lovely and were very good with curbing my anxiety and walking me through step by step of everything I should do before and after the surgery. Would recommend to anyone, they are affordable, professional and friendly.

Terrible service. I recently moved to Vancouver for work and was planning on coming home to the GTA for the holidays. I have a support dog that is medically required by my doctor who required paperwork for ONLY the vaccines administered at Bayview Pet Services no physical exam content at all to get on the flight. The vet refused to confirm the vaccines on the simple form required as I couldn't bring him in being far away and pay for the exam (again I now live in Vancouver). Then proceeded to ask how I would even get them the paperwork if I was not present as if email does exist in 2020. Seems like this vets goal only in this to obtain a cash value (I would have even been willing to pay a form fee but that wasn't even offered) rather than maintain a code of moral ethics or professionalism for past patients that have moved provinces not even just changed local vets. Horrible standards, regret ever trusting or going to them. If you ever have a life changing event I caution you greatly.

I wouldn't even give this vet 1 star! But I had to, to rate them. He is a butcher! He does unnecessary surgeries for financial gain and offers the cheapest rates around because he does not administer proper medications. They don't fully put your pet under for surgeries and skimp on pain meds! I truly believe this guy is evil!

I rescued a dog and needed somewhere to take her for immediate attention. Dr. Dhillon took us in without hesitation! He was very kind and gentle with her! He explained everything we would need to know and what he recommended was necessary and not. We have been back for multiple (planned) appointments in the last month and every experience was a dream!

Dr. Dhillon was so friendly and kind! We got a lot of necessary work done (spayed, lump removed, microchipped, etc) and she is still so excited to see him! They were very reasonably priced, fast and friendly! The woman at the counter (Meagan I believe) was extremely knowledgeable and comforting every step of the way!

I would absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Dhillon! My sweet doggo will only be seeing him!

I'm been using this place for few years for minor things for my cat. Last winter my cat started coughing. When i called the vet, i was told cats do not cough. Really? My cat was put on wrong meds. Great meds, but wrong for my cat, who had feline eye herpes. Because of that, my cat is blind in one eye. And it cost me a fortune trying to treat him from this problem at other clinic.

Amazing experience at this clinic. I recently switched clinics as i have heard great things. Both of our visits have been great, the doctor and staff are kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend bringing your pets to Bayview pet services

Our cat just had surgery to remove a larvae that was just behind his ear. I called and got an appointment to come in right away. I was told immediately what the issue was and was told the treatment that would be given should we give our okay. The detailed treatment was presented and reasonable prices were quoted right away. Somewhat worried about the surgery, I was impressed to receive a call letting me know that all went well and that our cat was doing well coming out of the surgery.
I came to pick him up that evening and was given complete instructions for next steps. I was also told that should I have any concerns I should call the office and make an appointment to come in.
Dr Dhillon was polite and informative and made sure that I understood exactly what to expect. He took great care of our cat and I really appreciated his advice and help.
The staff at Bayview Pet Services have always been great. They answer your questions in a timely and professional manner. It is reassuring to have such reliable service when dealing with our pet.

Affordable and Wonderful service. Always very short waiting to be seen. The staff is always friendly, caring and absolutely professional.

We had not really pleasant experience there. Our cat got scared and aggressive and they was not able to handle him well. The only option they suggested - to sedate him. Will return to our previous vet who knows how to handle animal in distress.

I have 2 dogs, 3 yrs 9 mths with skin allergy and 2 yrs 3 mths.with IBS. I have been taking them to Bayview Pets Services for almost 3 years. Dr. Dhillon is a professional vet with a heart for pets AND their owners. Unlike others vets who charge for unnecessary services, Bayview Pets Services offer options, explain what are must haves and good to have, hence reasonable rates. He also helps non-profit rescues (I have witnessed a few times).

I was told in order to Purchase medicated cat food I would need to bring in paperwork/test results from my cat. No problem, however when I arrived the vet tech seemed extremely unknowlegdable and didn't even let me finishing speaking before walking away with my credit card. They insisted my cat needs to be examined and needed to have a file with them. Then they proceeded to say the test results given to them from an emergency vet we had attended two days prior was not all they wanted or needed. When I asked to speak with the doctor as I was told completely different on the phone the doctor then closed his office door as I was speaking to the technician. They clearly have no intention selling medicated cat food unless it's alongside a hefty bill. Rude scammers. I went down the street to College Manor Vet and they sold me the medicated cat food no questions asked!

We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Dhillon for many years now and have had nothing but the best care. His prices are very reasonable and always can get an appointment within a day or two. Strongly recommend this clinic for all your pets needs.

Truly a wonderful vet, Dr. Dhillon is all about the pets welfare. Too many vets you get good care but it comes at hefty price. It's unusual to find both. We found Bayview when our dog needed care on a Sunday, they were open and had good reviews so we decided to try them out. We were so happy with the treatment that we received that we will continue using Dr. Dhillon and his wonderful staff in the future. Thank you!

I have been taking my cats and dog here for over 6 years and they have been so amazing with all the bizarre cases I have brought them. They do not force you into paying for services your pet doesn't need and they are professional and amazing at their work. The staff and vet are friendly and I have always felt confident bringing my animals to them. Would highly recommend.

Dr Dhilon and his staff are so amazing and kind. The care for my sick kitty was so thorough. They are great at explaining the illness and the treatment required. They do follow up appointments which is such a peace of mind. Their prices are very reasonable. They saved my kitty's life. I would recommend them 100%.

I have never had such a kind vet. He has helped both my dogs and has helped us by staying open to see them. He has gone out of his way to make sure our dogs were fine. His wife is kind, his secretary is knowledgeable and helpful. Very welcoming. No unnecessary tests, costs are better than any other vet clinic.
