This was my first visit to the dentist after immigrating to Canada. After giving birth, I worried about my weakened gums but Dr. Azin and her team treated them gently. Thank you for kindly front team and Dr. Azin and her team. Highly recommend this dental if you need to treat your teeth!

This visit was just for a cleaning and floride treatment. My scheduled cleaner was unavailable and had a temp work on me. She was really great. No discomfort, frank discussion on my mouth, 's status and she took her time. Normally I'm a little nervous and impatient during dental appointments. This was easy and effective.

Our family have been receiving our dental care from Jason and his team for many years. Although we moved more than 40 minutes away, we continue to make the drive. A very professional, caring and friendly staff.

Dr. Dirlis has been mine and my father’s dentist forever, so when he bought the Bayview Village Clinic, naturally we followed him there regardless of it being much farther away than our original clinic. No regrets. The BV team is professional, organized and very helpful - everything is well run and the services offered continued to expand which has been great. All of the dentists and hygienists are competent and thorough.

As someone who has horrendously soft teeth that I grind aggressively in my sleep, and that are littered with multiple cavities on each molar I spend a LOT of time and money, and I can honestly say I not only don’t dread going to the dentist, I actually look forward to it (bc it’s in the Bayview Village mall and I go shopping afterward— but going to the dentist first doesn’t diminish any of that excitement) ;)

A very professional setting from all aspects. Dr. Mahmood Abu Ruja takes great care of his clients. He extends his experience and kindness to the max to help fix the issues related to the mouth/teeth needs. Would recommend Dr. Mahmood full-hearted to anyone needing a specialist.

A lot of 1 star reviews stating this dental office are money grabbers. Although I’ve never been a client here, I asked if they take Ontario Disability insurance, they told me to Google a clinic in the area. However, from experience, clinics who don’t take ODSP generally are money grabs. My previous dentist is a major in dental cosmetics and out of pocket clinic, but they still would take ODSP because they wanted to make sure that everyone has great teeth, not just the ones who can afford high out of pocket expenses. It’s unfortunate I even had to contact this clinic looking for a dentist, although I needed a dental office in the Bayview Village area. ODSP/OW, look elsewhere!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boudakien well over 10+yrs and she is an excellent dentist and her practice nearby Bayview Village is amazing. Staff are great at reception very professional and polite. Elah my dental hygienist is the best! No one really likes dental appts but she is amazing. It's painless dental cleaning when one does floss often and brush which I have under her supervision changed my brush to electrical and even waterpik. Elah is great to see and very professional and great at what she does. I strongly recommend Bayview Village Dental to new patients!

I been a client for more than 25 years and I very disappointed that the receptionist decided, without consulting with the dentist, if a cleaning and a filling could be done in the same day.
I explained her that I live faraway. She did not care. She took the decision as she pleased.
She did not gave me a choice than to change to another dentist.

Dr Lena Boudakian is simply the best! Not only excellent bedside manner and highly skilled ~ but very warm and caring. She lets you know what she’s going to do and why and allows you to feel comfortable moving forward with treatment

The support staff are very very diligent, accommodating, patient, and wonderful to deal with.
The Dentists are extremely professional yet also approachable and friendly. They are interested in how I feel about recommended procedures and keeping me informed during procedures. The practise has access on site to many different specialists so it is truly one stop shopping for my dental care.
I am very comfortable and relaxed with the environment they are creating there and I feel I am getting the best dental care I have ever received.

I've been seeing Dr. Morley Rubinoff at Bayview Village Dental for the past 20 years when necessary. I have found Morley to be the consummate
professional. He knows his practise & performs them well.

As usual, it was amazing. Dr. Boudakian made the whole session most comfortable and her professionalism and her chairside manner are beyond compare.
She gave me back my smile and I only wish we did not have to wear masks so I could show it off more.

On Thursday, 24 June 2021, I had an appointment with Dr Odiatu for 11 am so I left my home in Collingwood at 8: 50 am. However, I got caught in the 400 south closure, from Finch to 401, due to an accident investigation. I phoned around 10: 40 am to say I was going to be late; about 3/4 hour later I was called back to get an update on my whereabouts and told that Dr Odiatu would still take me but may have to wait a while in between patients. I am one of his few patients that does not do freezing so he knew I would be in and out in no time:) I arrived at 12: 20 pm, only waited 5 minutes and Dr Odiatu was able to repair the chipped veneer so was out the chair before 1 pm, plus still made my 2: 30 pm appointment in Barrie on the way home!

I have been a patient since 1999 and can highly recommend Dr Odiatu and team for their professionalism, always friendly and welcoming.

I had an emergency appointment because I lost a filling. Dr Odiatu filled as well as the tooth next to it. It was painless

I was a nervous wreck. Emergency, broken tooth. Not a pleasant dental procedure normally, but during COVID? Dr. Odiatu was great. Calm, reassuring and supremely patient with the patient!

When your dentists office is this good, you actually look forward to your appointment. Friendly staff, clean environment, following COVID protocols, always makes me feel comfortable. I know I'm in great hands from receptionist (Marge), hygienist (Lillian with the most delicate hands), assistants and of course Dr. Boudakian who is so thorough. I know I'll be showing off my own pearly kinda-whites for a long time! Make sure you floss!

All the staff namely Janet, Angela Tzau, Perisa were great and explained everything very clearly. They all answered all my questions to the best of their ability. They made me feel very comfortable. Hygienist Janet was very good at cleaning /scaling. They all were extremely warm and compassionate.the financial aspect was great and was done on time.i got my reimbursement the next day that was really quick. I will recommend all my friends and family to the dentistry. It was a pleasure.second review- This was my 2nd session for scaling. Julia was my Hygienist and she was so good. She did an excellent job in cleaning and scaling and smoothing teeth. I feel so comfortable now. 5 stars for Julia)

I am always very satisfied with the care I receive from my hygienist (Janet) and my dentist (Hersh Stemeroff).

Though I was concerned going in for a procedure, Dr. Rubinoff and his staff couldn't have put me more at ease than they did. They took time to explain everything to me in detail and were extremely kind and caring. There's no question about my recommending them to others!
