Dr. Marion was very thorough in investigating our dog's paw infection and concluding the probable cause. She will be observing signs that this problem may re-occur as a result of a seasonal allergy next summer. Thank you for your care.

Dr. Ginsberg used to look after my cats 20 years ago at this clinic when he was the principal veterinarian here. He was wonderful and caring. His staff was compassionate and warm. They took really good care of my cats through many bouts of medical issues.

Just a few weeks ago, my daughter and I took her cat here and it was like coming home. The new vet used to work here as an assistant so the continuity and lineage are there! Her staff was professional and attentive. She was warm, friendly and patient. I am so glad that my daughter and her cat will be well looked after at this clinic!

The male vet is reasonably polite but the female vet was a sour judgemental person. Staff rude and arrogant, one of them even had the audacity to criticize my choice of pet names.
Shameful they're considered a high class vet office just because of the neighbourhood they're in

Staff are rude, lack empathy, and not accommodating. I was a patient for 12 years and the first time I had a real medical issue I was disappointed. I have since interacted with many other offices and all have shown more love and empathy to Coco.

We were patients at VCA Willowdale. The operative word here is "were". Our dude had something with his eye that required immediate attention.not only did they make time for us today (based on what i was told, dr honest stayed a little late to see us) but they diagnosed and treated the problem quickly.they gave us treatment options that ranged in price, but they were all effective treatment options that took into account our financial situation.they didn't pressure us to spend on the full battery of tests, which is amazing.i think what most stood out for me was the fact that even though i wasn't allowed in (covid protocols and all), eddie was a champ.he's a super skittish cat so hearing that he was so good with dr honest and his team speaks volumes about their level of care.well will definitely be transferring Eddie's file from VCA.

Your receptionist was unprofessional, when it came to receiving payment, she shouldn't be saying to a paying customer "why don't you have tap on your cell like other people do"! And telling me that you don't accept e-transfers, when that's how I was instructed to pay on a prior visit. Excuse me but that is unprofessional.

I didn't feel rushed at all at this appointment.no where in my review did I mention "rushed" but thanks for puting words into my mouth; also unprofessional. You basically just proved my point how unprofessional the vet office is. Not including the RVT's or Dr. Honest.

Thank you to Dr Honest for being very kind and explaining how to care for Bosley. And to the RVT's, I wouldn't have come to any visit after my first if it wasn't for the kindness they showed me and my dog.

We took out pup to his first visit here, with covid there is a locked door policy, but my god, it was an amazing experience! My pup was not at all scared going in or out! The staff was fantastic and took the entire appointment over the phone, being super patient and thorough! They followed up with emails back and forth to answer all our questions!

The team at Bayview is always helpful. They take the time to understand our concerns and provide explanations of what the are doing & their findings.

I have had a very positive experience with BVVC and highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Marion, Dr. Honest, Anna, Michelle, and the rest of the team gave wonderful care to my dog for several years. Both veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Many times they went above and beyond to work with me (on the opposite time zone!) to have virtual appointments. They were successful in getting the complex paperwork together to transport my dog to a different country, and their reassurances really helped during this stressful process. My mother's two cats continue to be patients of this clinic and she also praises their competency and professionalism.

Where do I begin….
My dog was a patient there. He got extremely sick and they couldn’t find what was the problem. Makes me ask myself how can someone ask for so much money when they don’t know what’s the problem, and how can you not find the problem when to be a vet I’m assuming you need to complete some type of schooling! Or just anyone can be a vet now days?

After spending so much money in useless testing, they told me to take him to emergency. My dog was not getting any better and I asked them to send me his medical records so I can go and see another vet for another opinion. They told me they have to follow some procedure in order to send me the results…. Meanwhile my dog was dying. After fighting with them I got his medical records.
Shame on you for leaving my pet like that, after taking so much money from me.
If you care for your pet, go to a vet that is gonna provide care for your pet and not take money for nothing.

Everyone at Bayview Village Veterinary Clinic is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable caregiver. We have nothing but confidence when we drop our beloved cats off for care, whether it’s a routine check-up or significant surgical procedure. Dr. Honest, Dr. Marion, the VTs, and all the support workers will do anything necessary to help out pets and their parents. They’re all awesome!

Very friendly staff. Shame we only started visiting during pandemic so we couldn't meet everyone properly. But the cat comes back happy. So all good.
