My first eye exam in a while and it was easy, painless and very informative.

Great kid-friendly optometry office. They had peanut-free snacks available for them, super kind staff and an epic selection of toys/treats the kids could choose from after the appointment. Been going for the past 2 years with my three kids and it’s always an easy time that they actually enjoy!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and I’ve always been well taken care of. Doctors and staff are top notch.

I have been seeing Dr. Ng for many years. From the very beginning, I felt very relaxed because he is always very gentle and kind to his patients. This is rare in the past when I have to deal with many other doctors.

What touched me the most was that when Dr. Ng knew that I was unfortunately suffering from glaucoma, he told me specifically and reminded me that I have a problem needed to see him in the future, no matter how full the clinic appointment is, I can see him at any time, no need to wait in line.
The main reason is that because I only have one eye to see. There is most important thing to ensure that my only one good eye is keeping normal, healthy, and not sloppy.

Dr. Ng care his patients so much, and his love is truly demonstrates the true meaning of the doctor's profession.

Too many doctors now this days completely forget that their original intention of studying medicine is to take good care of patients, making money is not the first goal of the secular world which everything depends on money issue.

Sadly, it's hard to find real true loving and care doctors these days. How difficult it is, I believe most people will feel the same.

Worst experience with the rep Nadir. My daughter’s eye could have been damaged because of his irresponsibility. He made the lenses without taking measurements and was trying to fix in the frame. He was aware lenses our not for the frame and was still forcing it to fix it in there.

I am going to This please because of my daughter which is 5 year old. This place has bad and unprofessional optician his name is NADIR. I bought 3 pairs of glasses with lenses from this place still that guy. When my daughters prescription changed I took her frame to change the prescription. What that person did is without taking proper measurements he fixed the lenses in my daughters glasses frame, the lenses size was not the same as per frame when I saw that frame is bending because of the big lenses he faked that it is because of the thickness of lenses. Which did not make any sense. I came home and saw that frame is bending and my daughter is having difficulty to ware those so I called him he said bring them I will take proper measurements and make those again. I already waited for those lenses for 10 days. When again I gave him to change after one week I called him to ask if it is done or not he answered that “ I am not going to make it from the air” I am not at all happy still the lenses shaped is not the same as it was

I had an appointment with Dr. Alexa Hecht. She was on time and very professional. She did a great job of explaining what the test results meant. Glad i found my new Optometrist
