I switched hair salons during COVID because my old place wasn't providing the service that I expected and after 10+ years; I switched to B & B. Nicole has been my stylist from the start and my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. As an Asian guy that still has a full set of hair.we will alway be vain about our hair until the day that we die. It's an Asian thing. She has never ever made a mistake in giving me a hair cut. Which is high praise.seeing as how I've had several from my previous hair salon. Nicole has also been excellent with timekeeping and this is a must for me because I don't like waiting and I find people who don't manage their appointments on time are unprofessional and have poor organizational skills. This tells me, she is dedicated to her work. As I'm also a full-time stay-at-home father; the staff there have been excellent to my young toddler daughter and this is extremely important to me as well, because it tells me that there customer service extends beyond what is just your regular day to day operations. They actually care about their customers. I completely recommend this place.

Update: Nicole is no longer employed there, but my new hairstylist is Rebecca. She has been on par, if not better than my last stylist. Also cut my 4 year old daughter's hair beautifully.

Went to B & B for my first perm and I couldn't be happier. Rebecca was caring and listened to all my requests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Nice salon, friendly service and most importantly, very professional and skilled hair stylist. A bit on the expensive side, but the haircut was excellent.

I’ve gotten my haircut done by Elli twice now, and she never ceases to amaze. She takes her time and pays close attention to detail. She listens to your concerns and wants and delivers. I love the way she styles my hair at the end. Their prices are not bad either, 10/10 would recommend!

I was a regular customer who use to visit 2-3 months (interval) since 2012. Usually I go with a "random" stylist to have flexibility in my schedule. B&B used to meet my expectation above average on any random stylists. However, this time it was a criticial mistake.

A week ago, I got a haircut from someone I believe is a new stylist that I never seen. I showed the picture but stylist didn't get me a haircut as what I expected. In fact, when I raised my concerns the person keep insist that is not a two block style. Anyways, after I came back from home - I realized that my left and right side of hair is unbalanced and also bit of spiky. I had to cut my hair on my own.

This was devastating experience that I didn't even want to tip in for the hair cut that I got but with all due respects (supporting local business) I gave away the tips. The only person who asked if I was satisfied with the service was a receptionist (thankful for asking). Unfortunately, I don't think I will come back again. I would rather visit else where.

I am leaving my two cents comment:
never choose a random stylist - go with original members (rest assured).

Hands down! The best hair salon in Toronto! I honestly want to gatekeep this place for myself but this salon deserves a hype! Rebecca is unbelievably talented. I showed her a photo to reference what I like for my style and she’s done it perfectly! Even though my hair isn’t the same length as the photo I showed her, she was able to do a workaround and still achieve what I wanted! I’m like a forever client here now!

I've been a long time customer at B&B for over 10 years. Rebecca is very friendly, professional, and speaks good English. I used to live in the North York area, but even though I moved away years ago I still come back for my haircuts and perms. Make sure to call ahead and book appointment - I highly recommend Rebecca!

I've been going to this hair salon for many years. When I want a certain style/look I might have opted for barbershops but I always come back here. Always treated with excellent service.

Always a great place for a nice hair cut.
People are kind and friendly. But remember to reserve as it could be busy.

The people are nice just the hair cut was not done properly. There are still tangles in the hair. I look like a boy. Not a femme hair cut that I showed a picture to the style of what I wanted.

Their haircut service is speedy and with great quality, the best of two worlds. Also based on their haircut quality, the prices are unmatched! 10/10

I read all the reviews. Haters are always haters. I become a regular customer there for almost 3 years. The stylists are professional and experienced even though some of them can barely speak English, which is not a problem at all. If u find the stylist that fits ur style, u will always be happy with ur haircut. If u are not happy with the hairstyle, it's because u don't know urself at all. Trust me. Find a style that fits u, the stylists at B&B hair collection can get u there.
Update: I have been a happy customer for 5 years officially.

It costs too high and obviously the stylist is not skillful. I got the worst hairstyle ever here in my life

Decent place to get a haircut for relatively cheap. Didn't take much effort to communicate how I wanted my cut. Happy with the outcome.

I liked to visit this place to cut my hair even if the price is $23 for men’s hair. I usually went to there with random hairdressers but they are not same level of cutting technical skills. I was very disappointed when I visited last time 6 month ago. Go there only if you know a reliable hairdresser.

I got a short haircut and got home to realise there was tiny bunch of 5-10 long hair not cut. I really wanted to like this place. The staff was really friendly, just wish they cut all my hair. I went here because my usual store down the street was busy and I didn't make an appointment. Over there, they actually give a head massage while washing your hair.

Communicaton was a little difficult for non korean speakers so what you get may not be totally what you expected but the final style is still amazing.
