Beyond useless. 5 staff members standing around on their phones & chatting loudly on repeat about the audacity of some lady who came in & wanted to exchange her shoes on Boxing Day. We struggled to get any help with sizes. Ended up taking our business elsewhere.

A worker named abbas was really helpful and answered all my questions I appreciate it soo much

I was helped by a tall muscular gentleman I think Hussain and he answered all my questions. He even gave a couple of suggestions for future shoes to add to my collection and he's very knowledgable about the products which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service.

The staff here are awesome.they are young. But they actually interact with customers, I will go here before Champs or footlocker

Pros: Was able to find the shoes I was looking for (which were sold out everywhere else I checked), at the same process as other retailers. Shipping was to GTA and the shoes arrived within 2-3 days from when order was placed.
Cons: it took 10-11 calls to get through to speak to someone at the store as I wanted to verify the return/exchange policy (no returns by the way, exchange only for any item in the store or store credit)

They don’t reply to the emails i got the wrong size and I tried to contact them through emails and by calling but didn’t got any response

I bought the Nike Dunk Gone Fishing pack and they came in great packaging boxes were perfect…I’m a collector and I want the whole experience and the product and shipping speed from BB Branded was amazing…thanks so much guys and I will be a repeat customer for sure…. Awesome job guys start to finish and proud to say u guys are Canadian brand and I will support u guys again soon thanks so much guys

I've hit up this area for a good 2-3 years whenever I need a fresh pair of trainers, customer service is always great, and they have a great selection of Nike and Jordan shoes, definitely would recommend.

I ordered something and I got it, so thank you BB Branded. Box was a little bent with the shoes I bought.

My son absolutely loves his Air Force 1. He walked to the mailbox the minute it was delivered. He is a size 14 so its very difficult to find him Jordan's in this size. I came across this company who is located in Canada so I don't have to pay ridiculous US prices. Delivery was amazing. I got it in 2 days. Very happy I found these guys and will be definitely buying more shoes down the road!
