Absolutely delicious pastries from Iran! My first time trying and definitely won’t be the last. The servers were extremely welcoming and friendly and left me walking out the store with a smile, I definitely recommend a visit here!

Truly disappointed with the quality of the pastries I bought on June 22nd. They all tasted stale and the cream in the roulade definitely had gone bad. This pastry shop charges premium fees for low quality pastries.

The upstairs is a cute little cozy cafe to sit. Love the fresh flowers on the tables and the small touches. I had carrot juice ice cream, it was fresh and tasted great, my mom had a cappuccino and cream puff it was presented nicely and she enjoyed it.

Love the pastries in this cafe, especially those jam cookies. Saffron ice cream is the best. Staff are friendly, store is very clean and well taken care off.

I am a frequent customer of BB Cafe, and I have to say that their pastries are of high quality. I particularly enjoy their chocolate cake, which is rich, moist, and has a decadent taste. On the downside, the prices are a bit steep, especially for the portions that they offer.

Despite the minor drawback, I think BB Cafe is a great bakery with a nice selection of pastries. The ambiance of the place is cozy and welcoming, and the service is always friendly and efficient. So, overall, I would definitely recommend BB Cafe to anyone who wants to indulge in some scrumptious treats. Therefore, I would give them a solid 4 out of 5 stars

Try the saffron ice cream cake, it is one of the best in toronto. Friendly service and easy to place an order.

We ordered a anniversary cake for our wedding anniversary, it was horrible! The writing on the cake is really poor and ridiculous! When I called them to complain, the staffs were replay me rude and they had an insulting treatment. They made us a bad memory of our anniversary cake

Service was good. I bought two boxes of pastry & a box of zolbyeh bamyeh. They were all very disappointing. I would not go back.

Parisa is the best! She managed to create a custom cake for our wedding based on an inspiration photo that we sent her, in such a short notice! A delicious piece of art! She went above and beyond to make our wedding cake the best of the best! I highly recommend! Thanks again Parisa!

Delightful experience, at BB Café. I had the their cake on one of my friend's wedding reception. I could not resist and asked them about the cakes origin. Order online and got it right on time. I never had this kind of the taste, real taste of pistachio and pineapple, very very well done, creamy on the top, juicy in the middle. I wish the bottom is little juicy too, was little dry. But still this is the best cake I ever had in the town.

Today 17 Aug. I bought hazelnut chocolate cake from North york branch. I asked them it's fresh but when I ate it was not fresh. I bought before same cake but today taste was very different and it was very bad. I called them but they didn't respond me and now i should put on garbage. I called the supervisor but she didn't do anything. I was loyal customer but i will not buy from them any cake anymre.

Very rude both the manager and staff.we used to buy our birthday cake from BB cafe 5times a year.but this time they used a rotten egg in the cake which smell the foul odor.we take the whole cake to them and they didn’t accept their fault and told us they can’t refund the money.never recommend this place if you care about your health.they ruined our birthday party I wish I got the cake from somewhere else who knows the customer’s right!

My friend and I recently visited there to buy some pastry. The ladies there, Sara & Golnaz were amazingly helpful! Especially Sara, who patiently answered to our many questions and recommended some new items based on our budget to help us with making decision. I like the way that she professionally commented about the store items and how kind and helpful she was! The pastries were tasty too! Thank you, Sara!

I wish I could give them 0 out of 5. I tried to buy my wedding cake from them and they gave me Parisa ‘s contact and I was sending msg and email since October (almost7 months) She confirmed the order after so many back and forth emAils and gave me order #. I was waiting for her to provide me delivery cost. After weeks of waiting she replied to me and rejected my order because she will be on vacation that time. They don’t know how to run the business and they don’t act very professional and wasting ppl ‘s time. Glad I was able to book my cake with Ana pastry with much lower cost, and they are reliable ppl. I will never go back to this store and not recommend it to anyone.

Awful pastry. There was hair in the cookie box I bought for Nowruz, the owner and the ladies who work there said how do we know you are not telling lie? ! I had bought it for $30 and they didn’t refund my money.they do not tend to give receipts but they ask for what they don’t give to customers!

This is the second time I have gone to this cafe and location - it will be the last time. The staff is REALLY unfriendly! Two different times and two different servers and they were both unfriendly and didn’t seem to really care. Today was the second time I went and after I made my order the server asked me to double check if everything in the box was correct. I noticed two of them weren’t what I asked for. I asked her “are these the ones I asked for? The chocolate mousse balls? ”. I figured I might have looked at the wrong ones but they’re the flavor I wanted. She responds and says “yes, they are”. We come home and after taking a bite of it realize they’re not. It was just a dry ball of chocolate. Horrible service. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re not in the mood or care to work - quit! Find an office job where you don’t interact with people.

The place was amazing the service was top notch, we ordered milkshakes, coffee and cakes and they all turned out delicious. The people there were kind and very sweet and our favorite was probably the Baklava.

This place is has one of the most delicious cakes you can get. I’ve personally bought multiple cakes from this location, staff is polite as-well. Recommend this to non-Persians.

I drove all the way from missisauga to get two Napolean cakes.and a thick hair in one of the cream buffs! All that for 35$! Very disappointed! For this price, you should at least make sure it's fresh and clean? ! Last visit for sure!

The manager is not helping, just watch and the telling another staf the my personality. Is not good for Iranian in this area. She can help, because she working here!

I have tried their pistachio pineapple cake and chocolate hazelnut and they both tasted amazing. The sponge cake layers are very fresh and the whipping cream layers are loaded with nuts which gives a great taste to the cake. I just wish it could be less expensive but overall very satisfied with the quality.

I would definitely get a pastry/ baked good from here again, the cake was soft, airy, sweet but not too sweet where you can eat it all yourself and it was just what a chocolate cake is. It was perfectly pronounced as you actually tasted real chocolate. Now of course every iranin store has good pastry (idk how) but this is worth trying as the cake was incredible!

Initially pastries were quite amazing. After several rounds of stale, old products I decided to leave them a bad review. I have purchased at least a dozen times but won’t return. Anyone can have a bad day, but several in a row is not acceptable.

We bought Napoleons for my brother’s Birthday and honestly if it was not a birthday party and we could just not eat them, we would through them all in the garbage which we did with most of it since it was left untouched. I do not care about the money or time I spent! It was someone’s birthday! We trusted you and passed all other pastry stores to get the best one and enjoy our party with a good, sweat pastry.
Just though the old pastry away please! Its not literally worth it to loose your customers

Ridiculous pricing for what you get. We used to buy a lot but definitely no more. Compared to some amazing places in the area that are cheaper and far superior taste.

I bought pistachio cake today and the cake part was so dry. Its not even edible! Not fresh at all. Im very upset and it was embarrassing to serve to mt guests.

I had the pleasure of tasting the pistachio cake the other day and it was like a slice of heaven in my mouth. It was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever eaten. I will forsure, without a doubt order this cake in the future

For as long as remember in Canada, I have never tasted such a delicious and fresh cakes. My cousin said they had tasty cakes, So i ordered 1 cake. It is extremely delicious, very healthy, made mostly from fresh fruit. Must buy. I recommend it to everyone, do not believe me, taste it your self, then you will thank me.

EXPENSIVE & STALE!
I wish I could give it zero star, all the cakes and pastries are always stale and overpriced with low quality ingredients. I’ve given it a chance so many times and I’ve always been disappointed.
This place takes advantage of the famous BB pastry in Tehran by just using their name and same font and logo without being connected to that famous high quality BB or even respecting the copyright rules.

I just bought a cake from there the inside the cake was frozen, which means the cake has been sitting there for days and finally I bought it today! I’m a regular customer always buy birthday cakes but this time I’m very disappointed! I throw the whole cake! ️

Just bought a hazelnut chocolate for my sun’s birthday. Very disappointed the nuts were so old that overpower the taste of the cake. We had to through out in garbage.

I thought its just me, but I talked to my friends and they told me not to go to this place unless you have to. The quality is like medium but the price is very expensive for no reason. You can find many better places to buy pastries within the range of 1km in the same region.try those I recommend if you do not want a damage.

In comparison with other persian pastries, they are so expensive (other’s price is $ 24 per kg but they sell it $35).
And if you ask the reason they say because of quality and it’s not true! Theyir quality is the SAME!

I did write a review about this place and prising it 4 years ago, but this has changed when yesterday I went there to get some pastry. I understand the current situation but this does not excuse the owner. I get a puff pastry which I specifcally asked if they were fresh and the cashier told me it was made in the morning. I get one and 10 minutes later when I open to it it I found it was frozen one. I thrown out the pastry. It is disappoiting that this segment of Iranian never learn that this is not a way of doing buisness. Such a shame that excessive greed of the owner lead to this kind of behavior.

Amazing Persian cafe! As good as the Richmond Hill location! You’ll enjoy all your favourite pastries and baked goods that’s offered at their location up the road. My go to cafe!

The BB bakery in North york is one of our favorite pastry shops in Toronto. Every time we visit Toronto we make it a point to buy iranian sweets. Cream rolls, cakes, the Julbia and bomieh are fresh and really high quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They allow you to taste the sweets and make really helpful recommendations.
They also do fantastic dry fruits and nuts like almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins.

Brought my friend here for a afternoon tea and I found Saffron ice cream order it! It’s sooo good

I’m really disappointed with the customer service they are providing. I went there on Yalda night and the lady on cash was very rude! I won’t recommend them at all!

Poor customer service. Gave a price for a cake, when charging me gave me a different price and said we made a mistake and will not honor our mistake! Very disappointing

I came across this coffee shop today and ordered some lovely desserts with a try-and-see attitude. They really taste great. The sweetness is just right, especially this chocolate ball with coconut. I don't know what it's called But it's really good, everyone should try

We bought a chocolate truffle cake last night and it is so delicious.we usually buy cakes from papa pastry bt last night we thought of trying frm new place so we came there and m really grateful fr the decision.the cake was so good by the way it looked n tasted. The ladies working there were so generous n kind really appreciate their service.

Despite of great taste chocolate cakes, the customer service is awful, especially in ordering Birthday Cakes. When i was going to order my birthday cake at the cafe, they asked me to leave and order it online because they do NOT accept in-store orders. Also, i got my online ordered Birthday Cake without any "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" notes or even any design which i especifically mentioned to be done. So when i complained to the manager they said " the owner is going to call you" but unfortunately, never called. They do not even care about the customers satisifaction and pleasure.

My order number was 1408. I already went to the store and gave all order information to the store manager and she said the owner would call you, after 3 days i did not get any call back, so i called to follow up, the manager said she would definitely make them call me and i still have been waiting for that call more than a month. So please do not pretend that you do care about your customers. Do not just TALK, make an ACTION.

We ordered carrot juice with pistachios ice cream. The waitress brought carrot juice with a different ice cream by mistake. She then didn’t bother offering me a new one; she instead, brought a Scoop of ice cream. This is what makes it interesting, few minutes later the manager came with her colleague to ask us if everything is ok. Manager was very professional (Rosa), however her colleague started behaving extremely disrespectful and displaying such a nasty attitude and even yelling meanwhile I had some guests.
Customer service is extremely awful. There are several reviews indicating that the customer service is horrible. I really don’t recommend it.

Hopefully the owner will read these reviews and implement proper procedures to enhance their customer service before they run out business.

They don’t give you the details of your purchase! Be mindful! They don’t give you paper from scale! Just a useless total print from machine! And usually the wrong one! The merchant one!

Great coffee, cakes, Persian tea, pastries, nuts, and sweets. Personal favourite is the chewy walnut cookies. Cozy atomosphere with quiet dining room on the second floor

They offer the best quality pastries and authentic desserts (Saffron icecream, rose tea.). Always fresh and tasty. Sometimes too busy and the waiting time is long. I suggest them to pay more attention to the guests sitting in the cafe since the waiting time is long sometimes. But the employees are nice and friendly.

I do not recommend this place at all! Service is terrible here, no waitress around, we sat down given our menus and waited for the lady come for legit 20 minutes, meanwhile she was serving the table next to us WHO CAME AFTER US.finally we ordered, got our desserts, no waitress around to ask us if we need anything else or hows everything going, i had to go up to the lady and ask to order tea. The tea came in 20 minutes, we finished everything and again there was no one ask us if were okay or no, the table wqs piled up with the dishes, no one to prebus. I honestly don't think this places values its customers at all, I didn't find a manager to complain too. Im so dissappointed honestly, the service at richmonhill BB cafe is much better. This location is horrible
