Must try the Baklava and Bamieh (honey desert)

We bought pastry from here, Apparently, they gave us an old product. We called them regarding it but they said that that is how they bake it. Although it is apparent that it is old delicacy. It is dry and hard. There is no consistency on their pastries.

Today was my birthday and I really care about the cake test. The owner of Bibi Confectionery and the lady who works there were extremely kind and patiently explained everything and were very friendly. The quality of their cakes was unique. I recommend you. I suggest you try this place

BB Cafe is a must-visit for its friendly staff, high-quality cakes, and reasonable prices. The cakes are deliciously moist and flavorful, baked with high-quality ingredients. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make for a great cafe experience.

Very disappointing! Napelonies and Rollets still frozen.this is my second time experiencing this. I pay for fresh bakery but I get frozen.at least leave them quite some times for defrost before selling. I will never go back.

Since COVID, the quality of this particular location of BB Café (they have many) has gone down, while the prices have only gone up.

Also, they are one of the only cafés in town that has not yet brought back their servers and half of their menu, since they got rid of both during the pandemic. So if you go in, you have to order things take-out style and then go sit yourself, kinda like a Tim Hortons.

Extremely rude staff they have the courage to yell at customers for no reason instead of being friendly!
Totally don't recommend this location!

I walked in few days back, this yonge lady instead of welcoming me in she was staring at me and made me to say hello first with a bad attitude, I don't know what kind of owner or manager running this place with this kind of personal.

One of the best cafes in GTA. If you are looking for a quiet place to study and enjoy having a chocolate lava cake, This is the ONE.

The chocolate cake we ordered for our little princess is very tasty. I've bought two cakes from BB Cafe since my friend recommended them to me, and I must say they never let me down!

Great little cafe, they have an awesome selection of cakes. We got a birthday cake and we loved how they decorated it. Plus they taste amazing!

We’ve tried this branch for a coffee! And waitress said the coffee machine is not working then we asked for a persian tea and they just said we don’t have persian tea pot and just tea-bag are available!
We tried persian style pastry (noon khameie) and Rollet which were’nt fresh and the quality was below acceptable.

First time I had turkish coffee! It was rich, strong, and smooth. Loved it. Takes about 5 min to make since it's fresh so if you're in a rush, order a different drink. The lady at the front was very friendly. She gave me and my friend a chickpea cookie with our coffee. Just the right amount of sweet to counter the bitterness of the coffee. Perfect balance! Dine-in currently unavailable. Parking at the back, parking entrance can only fit one car at a time so watch for incoming traffic.

False advertising! They don't have any sitting area yet they say they have dine in and on top of it they're very rude. Drove 30 minutes to find out I can't sit there with my fiancee and to hear her attitude! Layout completely different from what the pictures suggest. Upstairs completely closed.

Good variety of pastries. Friendly staff and attentive service. Many available parking spots at the back. My only complaint is that the prices are not displayed or at least I couldn’t find them in front of their pastries.

I love the coffee cake. It is tender, moderate in sweetness and delicious. I usually get one of these cake when going to visit a friend or a party and literally nothing will be left by end of the gathering.

All my family ordered b-day cakes here for several years. Like their cozy store and cakes are high quality, also likes the cookies. Fresh and delicious, also good price.

I think the safety of the high rate has affected the quality. What I purchased today on an overpriced pastry, was very musty and I am disappointed.
If you get fooled with the brand name, be aware that you should not expect freshness from them.

Hate to do this, but so slow, no sense of urgency. Understandably we have government restrictions in place, but when you have a line up of people, this should signal to you to pick up the pace. It seemed, the longer the line and slower you went. And for the most part, it was putting already made pastries into a box. Other than that, pastries and baked goods were all excellent. But please move quicker. There isn't a lot of space inside your venue, so it is in your bear interest to pick up the pace

I got a shokolate cake from BB cafe, and all of us (four people) felt like food poisoning right after having it. I think the cake was not fresh due to demand. I was customers of BB for many years, but I prefer not to buy cake from BB in these days.

2 small pastries for $6.00. When it was asked how, the clerk said for a couple we price $3.00 each pieces.extremely expensive on all pastries specifically if you don't mention, they price your purchase with no consideration.

I’ve been recommended to come by an Iranian friend, I couldn’t be more happy to have found the best bakery in the area, the lady is so so sweet such as all the things she sells. Great service + great food! 10/10 (you should try the chocolate square) our favourites

Owner was not very kind. He let another Persian customer in but refused me and said they were closed when I was there 5 minutes before closing. Selective service.

I've been coming to BB Cafe since I moved to Richmond Hill. Great coffee with various cake selections. They also have a massive selection of quick breakfast food. Couldn’t recommend enough.

One of the best pastry shops in town! BB with 5 locations across the GTA offers quality Persian pastries, nuts and dried fruits and fruit rolls, as well as frozen desserts by welcoming confectioners and at competitive prices.

Very elegant atmosphere. Their pastries are truly delicious and the Persian tea was amazing. Location is difficult as it is located on busy Yonge street and so parking can be a bit stressful. Overall, will reccomend!

Vintage design, very nice environment. Desserts are good, lots of choice for you. Beverages are good too. Price is reasonable. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The Richmond Hill strip wouldn’t be the same without this spot. Great Turkish coffee, Persian breakfast and sweets of all kinds. Must visit.

This brand or should I Say franchise is pretty well known between Iranian community and I must add that they definetly know what they are doing. Their Pastry is always fresh and their quality is also top notch. They do custom birthday cakes in English & Farsi. They have friendly staff which are also very welcoming, I would definetly recommend them specifically their custard napoleonian cake's they're delicious.

Pastry was dry (old) and given I paid $12 for a drink and pastry, I was disappointed. The ambiance and environment are nice, but nonetheless disappointed at the low quality, and the drink was too strong

So great, service is super friendly and there is extra seating upstairs! They sell everything! Desserts, coffee, tea, pastries, and ice cream. I would 100% recommend

Went to this cafe about two months ago and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was calming and quant, the food tasted amazing and very fresh! I also like how they offer a wide range of food

I am a fan of Napeloni since 2 years ago and I do not eat Napeloni anywhere, but these days the quality of the Napeloni decreased, the tast of the cream and also the bread are not good anymore.

I found this place extremely over priced. We paid $30 for 1 latte, 1 tea, 2 pieces of baklava the size of my thumb nail. I couldn’t believe it. I would never return. Such a rip off

Worst customer service I had ever experienced, waited 30min to get our order which was Tea and Bamiyeh, and it took them around 1 hour to serve it to us. There were not that busy the day I visited.the staff are not very nice! They serve people they know faster but keep you waiting!
