Bb Spa & Nails

I have been coming to BB Spa for just over 4 years and I've never walked away disappointed! Victor and Nina and the rest of their staff are always pleasant and welcoming! No matter what design idea I dream up, Victor is always up to the challenge and does an amazing job especially with the 3D nail art! I can go 6 weeks with all my roses and rhinestones still intact! Thank you for always making my "spa" visits relaxing and memorable!

The owners are wonderful. Great people, great service however, I had a refill done and for the first time in my life I got a fungus on my pinky finger. I had a pedicure also, it was okay they did their best and I appreciate that but the fungus on my finger nail breaks my heart. The gel was also really bumpy, I was not pleased.

One of the best nail salons i have ever been to! I would 100% recommend coming here, not only are Victor and Nina amazing company but they do a fantastic job! Even when I ask for a complicated design Victor always outdoes himself. Out of all the nail salon's I've been to this one is hands down the best.

The owners are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and the tools are new for each client. They let you take the filer home. I always msg before going and Nina is very accommodating with her schedule. I would highly recommend this place.

I went for biogel and the staff were super nice and professional. They did a very good job and delivered what I wanted. I would definitely be coming back to this place.

I went here last year. The girl sanded my nail all the way through! I was in excruciating pain especially during the UV light stage. I’ve never experienced that pain in my life and after that experience I don’t trust nail techs. On the other hand the salon was extremely sanitary and clean.

Bb nail spa is the best! The owners are friendly and always welcoming. After having a very bad pedicure experience at another nail salon Bb nails took care of me and saved my toe nail. This nail salon is very, very clean and I feel safe every time I’m there! I recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE! NAIL TECH MAN WAS VERY INCAPABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

The nail tech (man) was late and I waited about 30 min. There were too many people in there at one time and not spaced 6ft apart. Some of their clients weren't using their masks properly by covering their noses. Many clients are from the Brampton (COVID-19 infestation) and not the Woodbridge area.
The first mistake he made was that he spoke badly about his previous client to me and it was my first time there!
Before going, I looked at their website and their prices seemed reasonable yet they don't offer what the website says. For example if your looking for acrylic nails he told me they don't do that anymore.
They offer Bio seaweed gel refills for an extra $10 dollars so now instead of a $40 refill the price has jumped to $50. It doesn't say that on the website and he never told me until I saw the gel and asked why he wasn't using the powder. He claims its healthier to use Bio seaweed my gel, yet my nails felt like they were on fire under the lamp. I told him I wanted narrow coffin nails and he used a drill to try to give me that shape instead of using a nail file like most techs do. Then I asked him if he knows how to do nail designs and he confidently replied that he could do whatever I wanted. When I showed him the photo he said that it would take him too long to do that design. He never offered an alternative. In fact when I showed him other photos of more simple designs he found excuses to not do those.designs either. Then I asked if he could put rhinestones on my nails and he told me each nail was $25. No one charges that much. I realized he just didn't want to do nail designs. He also mentioned that I would have to send him a photo in advance of the design I like so that he could book for that time. I have never been told that by any other nail place and no-one has ever rejected my requests. I ended up with plain red nails and uneven nails. I felt rushed and uncomfortable since this nail tech wasn't trying to make my experience pleasant. No customer service! His bad attitude and unprofessionalism was too much and he got no tip.
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!
Did I mention that you can't use debit machine? Apparently its broken and you have to send an e-transfer. Pathetic!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
An update. 4 days later and 2 NAILS ARE BROKEN! This has never happened after such a short time from any nail place. It just goes to show what poor quality the gel is that they carry!

My appointment was for 11am i waited a few mins. But upon check in they knew what service i was having. Pedicure station was already set up. They provided me with my own nail file and buffer. They disinfected everything after every use. My services took approx 1.5hrs (which is a great service) and it was well worth it. I did not feel rushed. They only do bio gel and for the price it was well worth it! Salon is very clean!

I would recommend anyone to go there to get PROFESSIONAL services.

It a very nice place and they do an okay job unfortunately i found it to pricey for the job they do and they take more people that they can handle, then they're rushing. What made me uncomfortable was that i did not see any disinfecting at all, at least 4 people sat in the same chair without being disinfected.

First time customer! It was a wonderful experience, the customer service was great. He was able to reshape my nails and give me the design that I wanted! I would definitely recommend bb spa and nails if you’re looking for a friendly environment & great work!
