Excellent service, convenient and I highly recommend. I ordered online and was fast and they called to even tell me they were out of what I ordered. But their suggestive replacement was excellent. Thank you driver # 7:)

When you literally tell them to meet you at a location, they will disregard your instructions and do as they please. It seems their delivery people won't listen to instructions, and then despite not following instructions, have a bad attitude.

Thanks to the lovely ladies at the b and d call centre and the wonderful delivery boys. It takes special people to be good at this job

3 hours WOW. Good luck with your service we are going with another company from now on. We used you for many years and I am glad to see other places have the customer in mind and not the $$$ signs. Don't show up to a customer's house with a tip screen already in place after they waited 3 hours for a delivery.

Horrible service. Can’t keep deliveries straight. Sometimes can’t even process a delivery and by the time I call to find out why it takes so long, office is closed. No customer service, no care about the long wait times, drivers are lazy and expect me to go down to the main floor and lift back up to my apartment myself all awhile paying for delivery. Truly a badly run business. Spend your money on Crazy 8’s if you want a reliable trustworthy company.

Great service, everyone is really nice and my deliveries come right to my door. Keep it up B&D, you are my go to company when I need a delivery made and I can't make it to the store myself.

Great company! I have been ordeting for 12 years now, never dissapointed. The delivery driver is a great guy, hes been there for years and yes he needs a raise. They go above and beyond for there customers. Highly recommend

This delivery service it very simple and incredibly fast. Having a gathering or moment when you run out of supplies yet can't drive to pick some up? And a real bonus was they take interac as well. Your contractor driver Brandon thought it was appropriate to bottle my truck and leave empty broken bottles all over because we wouldn't move our vehicle so he could illegally park. Sad

Usually comes within 2 hours but sometimes it can take longer. Great for if you can't go anywhere.

Always a possitive experience. You have to consider the day/event/ occasion and order in a timely manner. John and Brad (Brad has been nicknamed Zippy) who deliver in this area are always quick, call if there are issues and suggest a quick substitute to get your order to you as soon as possible. Very friendly and will make the time to chat for a quick moment. These 2 guys are amazing. Always a pleasure. CHEERS!

Hi, I never received my order. It says I ordered at 5pm, and at 6: 40 I called to ask for an ETA and was told the driver should be there shortly. At 7: 40 I tried calling back twice but was put on an automatic hold system. Not sure what happened here, but I have been using your service regularly for over a year and never had this happen.
At 9: 32 the driver finally calls, after I say hello, his only words being "I know its late but I have a delivery" and didn't seem to care much when I said no thank you, as I was trying to get to sleep. Very terrible demeanor in my opinion.

I have not yet had a negative delivery.

Terrible service. It's the only company where the delivery driver expects you to wait on them. If they weren't delivering to addicts they'd never survive.horrible business practice.

Never really had a problem with B&D besides one order that took about three hours on a Sunday. Just wanted to say that one of their drivers is in the wrong career! He should be doing radio and TV voiceovers! What a voice haha

I just ordered and on the email confermation it was $26.29 delivery and all. Yet when I paid I was charged $30.19 this has happened before with the same driver. He has "accidentally" added a few extra dollars in the past I have caught him a few times but he drove away before I could ask him. It's always this one driver.never had any other problems with any other drivers.

It was worked out within the hour. Thankyou for taking the time to help me with my problem.

I had an issue with my order and Bob called me to rectify it. He's a lovely man and has great customer servic. I look forward to trying this service out again in the future.

Ordered four bottles of wine and a six pack of non alcoholic beer from LCBO. Driver called me to ask me where all the wine was located - he did not have time to research it. I told him where each wine was located in the LCBO. He arrived 3 hours later with one bottle of wine and a 12 of the beer. He said they are not paid enough to do this it is standard orders only. No where was that indicated on the websie that it was standard stuff and not wine. Don't use if you want wine. I think he went to the beer store to get the non alcoholic beer as they do not sell 12 packs at the LCBO. Would have been faster and would have received my entire order if I had gone myself.

Very disappointing service. We placed an order on April 11th, 2020. While we received the order the same day, we did not receive all items but were still charged the full price. I have reached out twice by email and once by phone without any reply.
While we appreciate not having to go to the store, failing to deliver items, but still charge the full price is deal breaker.
Anyone using this service make sure to request a receipt and to check all items.
UPDATE - Was contacted by the owner and offered compensation for the trouble. In my view that makes up for what happened and I have adjusted my review.

Says one hour delivery and it has been now 3 hours. I get slow downs due to the situation we are under but don’t show hour delivery if it’s untrue.

We ordered on Friday May 1st about 5 pm, it is now 9: 44 pm, they r closed, we do not know if there is delivery or not,! No phone call to tell us either way, wthell,! Not impressed,

Order 2 weeks ago 4 hours later had to cancel my order as my delivery driver still had not picked up my order, today I ordered again delivery driver called me and his phone was not working so I couldn’t hear him (even called other people to make sure it wasn’t my phone) because his phone wasn’t working i never got my order and they also never let me know that my order was not coming. I’ve order from B&D for years and never had an issue until now. I will not be order again.

Finally found a service that delivers to my address! The wait was about 3 hours, but I didn't mind, considering the amount of orders right now. The driver called me about an item that he didn't find at the store to see if I want a substitution. When the driver was near my apartment building he called to let me know that he's coming. Overall, great experience! Will order in the future.

There are other delivery services out there people but I guarantee non as good as B & D! Tina & Tracey in the office are awesome and I haven't had a bad driver yet! They're always fast and when they're not, they give you a heads up and let you decide if you want to wait a bit.

I always call b&d for delivery. I've never had a bad experience. Tina is very professional on the phones and repeats everything back to me like it's my first time ordering and Brad always delivers with a smile:)

Unreal! Took 2 hours to come and the total was 25.00. I hand him 30 and he literally ran from the door! With my 30!? !? Didnt even ask me about change! Never again

I can appreciate the efficient phone skill by the staff at B & D deliveries, Tina brightens my day every Friday. Carlos was very fast today and I've never had a problem with any drivers. Not like some other services who take it upon themselves to take a tip

Just ordered in preparation of my road trip and Tina saved me almost $15.00 by asking if I wanted to order a larger size and split the liquor myself instead of ordering 2 smaller sized bottles. That's what I love about this company.they care about their customers and go out of their way to be helpful.

Order from here all the time, they're the best! Tina is always cheerful and laughs at my bad jokes and Ed the driver never gets my order wrong

Used this delivery company today and would recommend in a heartbeat! The phone person, I think Tina was her was her name, had a great sense of humor and took things in stride and driver 53 was great. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

I always call B & D for my orders because they can be confusing. Tina always repeats everything back to me and today I had a new driver, Jack and he was great, very pleasant. This is a fantastic service, especially for elders who can't get out very easily.

I'm constantly impressed with the professionalism when I order from B & D Deliveries. I like to place my own orders online since it's a little cheaper but this time, I received a call from Tina to remind me that their drivers don't start until 4: 00 pm where I am. I don't mind waiting because I don't drive. I tell all my friends t use their service too:) LOVE you guys!

Slow delivery, the rarely never take our empties because it’s after 10 (which is totally fair). Delivery charge and $2 interact fee are a bit ridiculous to be honest, though. Imma still order from you guys though.

I made an online order at 4: 45 pm. It's 6: 30 and I call to see why my order has taken so long. The person on the phone said I was next and the delivery driver had my order with him. 40 mins later I call back and they have no idea why my order would be with the driver for 40 mins. Cool I'm patient and understanding not a deal breaker because it's a Friday night. THEN my driver gets to my door and has the wrong bottle and says the one I ordered wasn't in stock. When I asked why I wasn't called so that maybe I can change my order or cancel he also had no explanation. I've ordered a few times from this company and it's hit or miss with timing. Safe to say this will be my last order from them. Stay away! Go to the store if you have too! It's not worth the hassle!

SO after speaking with a lovely dispatcher, we waited about 40 minutes, which to me was not a big deal.however when TERRY arrived (also know as the football guy) he was A COMPLETE DELIGHT TO TALK TO.

My friend who had ordered a few yrs ago Terry had been accidentally tipped an extra $150 bucks and rather then keeping it, he stuck to the honor system and returned the money the following day. TERRY HAS NOTHING BUT POSITIVE COMMENTS, AND HES HILARIOUS! If you like football this is the guy to chat up as you pay!

I'm personally VERY PLEASED with the experience, if you need a reliable delivery service I personally recommend B&D in Waterloo for their services! All staff that I dealt with, were professional and upbeat to deal with.

Love that I can order online and it's great that they'll call me back after I order to let me know if they're really busy and I can expect a longer wait time. Tina was very friendly last time she called me back and she even confirmed my order before she hung up to make sure I'd get everything. Great service that helps keep people who are drinking off the roads.

B and D Deliveries is a very reliable and excellent company that provides a great service. They offer you the ability to get alcohol in case you are unable to get to the store. They offer service directly to tour front door with many options to eat including cash, credit or debit.

The call taker James was great to deal with over the phone, helped me out with finding a specific wine I wasn't sure of the name of in record time!

Usually very good service, and gets to you under an hour. I've ordered from Bnd probably a dozen time and never had my order not come to me. I would agree that some of the people who deliver are less professional than others, but I've never had an awful experience. They do the job of getting your alcohol to you without you having to go outside. It's pretty expensive but always worth it if you have an emergency party or something in the night. Just always make sure to order 2 or 3 hours in advance and you should have no problems.

I ordered a case of 24 Sleman clear 2.0 bottles. Told me they didn't have time to get to store. Unexpectedly showed up with some other brand of unknown nasty after taste got two six packs of cans and it costed me $40 including delivery.called and complained not offered a damm thing or even the option to refund without delivery fee. Never again.

They leave orders to the last minute and rush when they arrive with no communication that they aren't going to wait for us to get to the lobby. Hubby has had many issues with this. Not pleased with their service.

I ordered a while back at 9: 30 pm and didnt get my alcohol until the next day this service needs to be better or I'm no longer ordering from here again.

Dayna arrived timely enough on a St. Patty's Day. Ordered 2 cases. One Miller High Life and one Budweiser. Dayna picked up Bud Light instead of regular Budweiser. She offered to remedy the mistake by returning the Bud Light for Budweiser. I was enjoying my Miller High Life so much I hardly heard Dayna ringing the doorbell. Thanks Dayna. Cheers

So I placed a order at 730 or so called back about a hour or so later they said it was cancelled because they called the wrong number. So I redid the order waited over a hour called back after they closed and the lady said that the driver is in his way over. Guy shows up looks at the IST and he forgot the while entire order I'm pretty upset the one time I wanted to have a few beers and get the chance to relax I spent my whole night waiting for them to deliver absolutely nothing
