Im extremely disappointed with the service from this company. It’s almost 9 months into my bankruptcy and nothing is different. Infact, everything is worse with my credit report. Calls and emails still from creditors, bankruptcy isn’t even marked on my reports, credit cards that were in good standing that I was told to cut up and not pay are now marked as delinquent and still being reported as delinquent every month and not paid. They have taken my $2500 tax return plus $1800 for the duration of 9 months and nothing has been done. I can’t even get an email or phone call back! I explain my concerns to the person answering the phone when I call and they tell me to call my trustee who never gets back to me either because what’s happening is not ok. I feel like they are “away from the office” more than taking care of my bankruptcy. Worst mistake of my life. All this time and money waisted and I feel like I was scammed. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I had to go through a bankruptcy recently. I was very anxious and hesitant about going through with the process, but my representative Cate Theriault provided excellent service. With her help, it made the process much easier - and less stressful - than I imagined.
