Be Pampered Spa - Appleby

I was contacted by the owner, Nick, as the result of a mix up when scheduling a previous appointment. He offered me an opportunity to come in to his Guelph Line location and experience the service that I thought I had previously booked. I was treated to a Traditional Chinese Reflexology treatment that was superb. Nick was exceedingly generous and gracious and I will definitely book another treatment there. The spa is very clean and the treatment was excellent.

WASTE OF TIME
Don’t waste your precious time here.

I don’t give bad reviews. This is my first because of how awfully bad service I got.

I went to this place (can’t even say it’s a spa) twice. Thought my first time is just a misunderstanding.

When I booked the first time all that I felt is just oil in my body. Just rubbing of oil using one hand all over your body for an hour. At the payment I asked what was the massage they said it was “deep tissue massage” never tried that before so I was thinking that how it was. So I booked for another time for Swedish massage.

The second time was nothing different. The same rubbing of oil for an hour. Mid session I wanted to leave that’s how frustrated I am. I came there for relaxation, relief, be pampered. What I got is headache and high blood pressure because of the session. The worst part was I need to pay them.

If I need to say one good thing about them is that they have a hot towel. I’m a sucker for hot towel at the end of a massage.

Usually, I go to Niagara just for a massage but I got into an accident so this place is the closest one.

I don’t know why this is still operating for the very bad service they offered.

Be there many times with my coworkers and families, amazing service and people. Promotion packages are the best services
to choose, and of course parties

This is a gem. HUI was simply amazing.she did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage. I was really sore in my neck and the massage and hot towels helped sooo much. I am going back for sure.

I found this spa through a Google search and subsequent reviews, and decided to try out one of their 3-hour packages that included reflexology, massage, and a facial. I booked with Hui, as she was highly recommended, and she provided a great treatment with the right amount of deep pressure. It was my first time trying out reflexology and I enjoyed it and felt relaxed after. Thank you, Hui!

After my last review, the manager called me and offered me another massage to cover the first missed one. Thus, I went to Appleby location again last Friday, I got Cindy for the deep tissue massage and it was another story. She is so knowledgeable, she did a first assessment and could knew where the concerns are, her method is different, she used movements to correct the issues and It was magical, for the first time I fall asleep after a massage. Then Tania did Reflexology and I slept for 20min, yeah I slept I was Out.that was perfect! I went back home and slept for 2 hours like a baby. Will absolutely come back there.

I've been at Appleby location last Friday and it was the worst massage of my life. I booked a two hours deep tissue massage and reflexology but the lady who "took care" of me was far away of being knowledgeable. I would call it "Oil application massage" because that was all she did, putting oil and doing the same moves for 45min (yeah because she spent 15min on going and coming back) when I asked here to do a massage with her finger and to focus on my shoulders she said oh ok thank you for letting me know hhh but nothing changed she doesn't even know how to do. The reflexology was worst, she keeps looking at the clock and doing the same movement, I went there to relax and I left ANGRY. She also kept telling me that I am the last customer and if I wasn't there they may close and go home. I told the receptionist what happened, she was sorry that's sit!
That was my first time at Appleby location and I regret it, it was a waste of time and money. The Guelph line location is waay better.

Went for a couples massage on valentines day. Loved it. The masseuse was very understanding and worked hard.everything was totally worth it. Ambiance could have been better. I felt couples room was smaller and bigger room could have helped.

If you are looking for an amazing massage, Be Pampered Spa is the place to go and Cindy is the best RMT. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. I am super satisfied and Cindy definitely focused on my individual needs and areas of concerns. She knew the right amount of pressure to use, was extremely caring, attentive and I could not have asked for a better massage. THANK YOU CINDY!

If i could give this place 7 stars I would clean atmosphare, great massage & reflexology

Enjoyed an absolutely outstanding massage from Cindy today. She was incredibly intuitive and knew all the right spots to work on without me having to direct her. All the staff I dealt with were kind, friendly and professional and I'm definitely going soon. Would 100% recommend.

This place has truly the best service all around - from how they answer the phone to when they greet you on arrival to the treatments and technicians themselves. They genuinely care about their customers, which feels like a rarity in business these days! Nowhere else that I’ve been can match how good their foot reflexology services are, or their great prices. Thanks for a wonderful experience every time, looking forward to bringing my mother with me for my next appointment.

The experience was amazing. I had a full body massage with Cindy. Cindy is amazing she massaged in all the right spots where needed. Thank you Cibdy. You are awesome. Very clean. Calm atmosphere.

I enjoyed a wonderful lymphatic massage and some reflexology with Quina. The atmosphere was so calming. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

I brought my mother here for her b-day and we got the 60 min reflexology. It was amazing. It was her first time and she wants to come back. I've been coming here for a while and I love it. The staff members are very nice.

My wife and I recently had some spa services here and we were very satisfied. They were professional and have some great specials. We will be going back again.

I’m a first responder and had a massage here by Hui after a tough shift. It was exactly what I needed. Hui was absolutely amazing and made my stress melt away.
The only down side is the thin walls…. You can hear full conversations taking place in the hallways. But still highly recommend.

I have been a repeat client of Cindy the RMT and have been extremely satisfied with her technique and just the right amount of very firm massaging of the knots in my back and neck.
Also its easy to park and a very well organized operation. I highly recommend this spa!

I received a 60 min reflexology appointment with Hui and it was simply amazing! Spa is clean and chairs are comfortable. Definitely going back!

BE Pampered is consistently great. Clean and calm environment and staff know how to work on tension and stress in your body intuitively. Reflexology is phenomenal - do the 90 min or 120 combo! Worth it.
