I had a truly unfortunate experience at this parlor. I went in with the hope of getting an ash grey hair color, but the outcome was nothing short of a disaster. The staff seemed completely untrained and unprepared to handle such a request. Moreover, the hygiene standards were lacking, which only added to my disappointment. I won't be returning here, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place.

Amazing experience with Rija. She took the time to listen to the look I was going for, for my hair and makeup for my cousins wedding. She did an incredible job and I got loads of compliments!

Very poor service. I have been here now three times and all three times it has been the same issue - 1) they don’t pick up calls to book an appointment; 2) when you get there in person, you are asked to wait 10-15 mins (which I get you have to do in the absence of an appointment) for a service and you end up waiting Upto 45 mins; and 3) when you express your concern on things taking longer than initially communicated their response is ‘well, we are busy, we can’t tell you a time. Maybe wait 10 mins more’. Well then why not just say you can’t take me at the beginning. Frustrating as hell!

Rija and her team were amazing and are so talented. I showed them a picture of the hair colour I wanted to get done and they did exactly that. They are so polite and patient. I definitely recommend going here, this place is such a gem!

I was looking for salons close by and came across “Be Unique Beauty by Rija”, and it was the first time here. I am so pleased with their service. Even though it was just eyebrow and chin threading, the person who took care of me was professional and did an awesome job. I wanted to get a haircut too, but was not possible but I’m for sure not going anywhere for the haircut, I’m going back to this salon ONLY! 100% recommended without any doubt.

Recently got a hair cut from Rija herself, and she did such an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did better than expected! My mom came here for a haircut and an ash blonde balayage and she had a wonderful experience. Rija was reallyy nice and she helped out a great deal. She did the balayage very professionally and I could tell that she has a lot of experience. She helped choose the colours and did the job so perfectlyyy! The end result was literally amazing! She is a truly talented stylist and colorist and I am glad my mom had a chance to get her hair done with Rija. The other ladies were also very helpful. My mom was a little scared, but she absolutely lovesss the way her hair turned out! They made her feel very comfortable and the experience was greatt! I was staying with my mom while getting her hair done and I had to work on some assignments and I felt very comfortable as well. Overall, my mom had a great time and the results are just awesomee! Would definitely recommend 100%!
