I am so grateful to Beach Impression! I had gone to another computer repair place on the Danforth twice to have my gaming PC fixed and ended up having a very expensive graphics card replaced with an older one that didn't work as well! When I brought my PC to Beach Impression, the owner was very helpful and after a few visits had my PC running and functioning better than ever! He was patient with me (I'm not very experienced with computers) and even ordered my replacement hard drive which was under warranty on my behalf for free! So glad I found this place. I won't be going anywhere else for computer repair.:)

I found my 4 year old lap top to be very slow. Took it into the shop at 11: 00 am laptop fixed and returned by 3: 00 pm. Thank you for your effort and time. Reasonable priced

Beach Impressions is a great number to have handy for any computer/laptop help. Mine always seem to be emergencies! And David is always there with the solution. Fast, knowledgeable, and so generous with his time for the non-techies like me.and did I say LOCAL!

Been a few times for repair. Never paid more than $100 for quailty repair completed exactly when promised. Our last visit displays the true integrity and commitment to customer service. My 13 year old son spilled liquid on his laptop. We were under a time constraint. He immediately disassembled the whole unit, did a full analysis and showed us with the meter that the unit was dead and unrepairable. Put it back together, didn't try and sell us a replacement. Displayed empathy to my son and didn't ask for a nickle despite utilizing an hour of his time. That is the definition of integrity. Like a good mechanic. You hope you never need them but when you do the anxiety is lessened when you know exactly where to go to get skill, value, respect and exceptional customer service in one stop. I offer my highest recommendation to Beach Impression.

David diagnosed and fixed my desktop in about 3 hours. Would recommend to anyone having PC issues.
