Beach Road Dental Office

I work at a dental office in Orillia and have been a dental assistant for 12 years now. My boyfriend broke his lower molar last night we called today they got us in and fixed it all in one appointment!

Very clean office, on time, and friendly the dental assistant Debbie and the dentist Dr Kaitlyn Bento was amazing VERY impressed with the service and information givin would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lovely office for any of your dental needs THANKS GUYS:)

The service was good under the ownership of Dr. Patton now would never go back. Staff rude and service has gone downhill

Amazing experience, I had a infected molar that needed an emergency extraction today, when all other local dental offices told me I had to wait this amazing crew told me no way the tooth has to come out. They booked me in same day x ray and extraction fair price and amazing work. Thanks to everyone at this dental office for making sure I was taken care of and even though I'm feeling the pain now it was worth it 10/10 I will never need another dentist.

My Girls have been coming here for a few years now, and they have no problem with visiting the dentist and they have been well looked after. I am a fairly new patient and had a broken sharp tooth issue, causing me pain and they fitted me in straight away and dealt with it. Excellent Dentist and staff, highly recommend. They are kind, considerate and make you feel comfortable.

Have been going to Lisa for all things hygiene for many many years. Can't go to anyone else. She is gentle, warm and caring. I absolutely recommend her!

Brought my 3 yr old here for her 1st appointment. She enjoyed her experience, the hygienist explained things to her in kid language (later that evening she told me she had to brush her teeth so the plaque bugs wouldn't come).

This is a well established practice with a personal small town vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful and the Dr. Is a listener with good hands. I am very happy with all my interactions so far.

Amazing staff, the dentist and assistant both made me feel comfortable and calmed my anxiety about being there. They also set up everything with my insurance while I was in the office so when I got out I barely had to do anything to have my insurance fully set up. Great experience

My family has been going to Beach Road dental since we moved to Alcona over 20 years ago! The staff are always friendly and amazing at accommodating our various schedules over the years! We will miss our dentist when we move and would recommend Beach Road Dental to anyone!

As a new patient I was welcomed and walked through the intake process quickly & easily. Beach Road was able to not only able to schedule my first appointment quickly but was also able to pivot and address my tooth issue through that first appointment. Was very anxious prior to appointment for fillings but staff reassured me, made me comfortable and the experience was totally pain free and much easier than I had anticipated

Been going there for years, very happy with my and my families care there, however there seems to be a changing of staff. These ladies were there for many years and now my billing seems to be somewhat problematic with getting claims put through.

Changing your doctor and changing your dentist are the two stressful parts of moving. On your second visit Beach Road Dental is family. Professional, cheerful and friendly. I went to them the first time because the building didn’t look like your typical dentist’s office. I returned because it isn’t your typical dentist’s office. They can’t be beat.

Everyone at Beach Road Dental was friendly and welcoming. My appointments have been right on time and I really felt that Dr. Bento and her team took time to hear my concerns. They were also great with my two boys. Would recommend!

The staff are very kind and helpful! Many people may not like going to the dentist, but at beach road dental they make you feel safe, and are willing to answer any questions or worries you have.
