Beachcomber Hot Tubs

I'm a big fan of the entire team at Beachcomber Barrie. They have always been very helpful with any of my hot tub needs. Cindy and the service team just fixed a leak and replaced jet on my tub. It was all done quickly, conveniently, and at a reasonable cost.

Their new location is fantastic. A big showroom, a parts and service centre, FREE water testing and friendly advice.

Hayley & Dan at Beachcomber Hot Tubs (Barrie) were super friendly and very helpful from the first minute. Patiently explaining to us, newbies to hot tubs, and educating us about hot tub ownership, maintenance, cleaning, and water chemistry in a professional manner. Not pushy at all in selling the chemicals. Definitely recommended for water testing, hot tub products and great service.

Cynthia explained everything in detail about the Hot Tub we purchased and Cindy explained everything we needed to know once our Hot Tub is delivered. The 2 ladies were just amazing and went over and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. Cynthia and Cindy"s customer service is exceptional.
