I recently purchased a new used beachcomber hot tub and I made a few visits to the store over the last month. Rob and the team where very helpful and patient with me. Educating and providing suggestion; we were able to get the tub running with minimal costs!

I was convinced that their parts/chlorine pricing would be uncompetitive to internet alternatives but I was pleasantly surprise that have very competitive pricing. Pricing and in-depth product knowledge I do not hesitate to recommend Beachcomber of Collingwood.

We recently bought a home in Collingwood that had an older hot tub. The water was very dirty and there was sand at the bottom of the tub. We went to Beachcomber Hot Tubs and they were very helpful with some suggestions on what to do to get our hot clean. Prices are reasonable and the staff were very polite and friendly. We will continue to shop at this store and would recommend dropping in if you are thinking about buying a hot tub or need some assistance with your hot tub. We bought a cleaning solution and some new filters. The hot tub was much cleaner when we filled it again. We are waiting to try it out again in the fall when the temperature cools.

We bought our hot tub in October of last year and it has been a great experience right from day 1. Rob and his team are amazing, the installers who put the tub in are very professional and really know how to treat a customer and their property with respect. By far the best Beachcomber location ever!

Service was excellent! We went in for replacement hot tub parts, the parts were all in stock with no waiting and Jim was fantastic! Took the time to show us how to replace the parts and troubleshoot. We have been dealing with Rob and the team for 15 years and they continue to be responsive under the circumstances of us being remotely located 40 minutes outside of Collingwood. They respond quickly to my calls and emails, listen to any concerns and have always been professional.

Terrible customer service with regards to warranty on my $5,000.sauna when heater took fire and burned out never again will I buy anything here.

Very disappointed - the initial assessment was completed at 5: 30PM (night time in November) when it was originally scheduled for noon - I had taken the day off work for it. The service representative indicated that they would provide me with three quotes for our hot tub repair. Each quote was regarding issues that were identified through his assessment. He stated the tub could be repaired for a reasonable price. Furthermore, I indicated I would just like our tub up and running; once it was beyond repair, I would buy a new one from them. I received a phone call a week later where I was told that an outside carpenter would be needed. No quote was provided aside from the fact that "it would be thousands of dollars" which I found to be quite unreasonable. There seemed to be a disconnect from the initial response which was very upsetting. I would not recommend.
