We have had our hot tub for just over a year now and we are so happy. Frank McCarthy has been the best with customer service from the first time we walked in to even this week when I messaged him with a simple question. Frank is always pleasure to talk to. Thank you!

The customer service is beyond amazing, every single time. Mike has become my go-to for every question I have with my Beechcomber hot tub. Even though I live 50 min from the store, I wouldn't go anywhere else. ️️️️️+

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I went to Beachcomber with water issues from our new Beachcomber hot tub (July). Mike was in the store that day and spent all the time we needed with him. He went through the wet start and weekly checklist with us, once again. He answered all of our questions and concerns, told us what to do and how to get the results of a clear tub. He gave us his personal cell number and told us to enter it into our phone and reach out to him at any time, day or night. He wanted us to take pictures of our water and a test strip once we got home and text it to him. We did and he helped us over the next few days through text messages for the results of a clear water hot tub once again.
Mike was more helpful than we ever imagined, made sure we were comfortable with our new found answers and knowledge before we left, got us the new products we would need to achieve these results and made sure we had his continued support once we were back home.
We are more than happy with our first visit to the Beachcomber store as hot tub owners, and will not have any issues returning there to purchase our products and to reach out for anymore help that may be required down the line. We are so happy that we chose Beachcomber for our new hot tub, it's this kind of commitment we were hoping to find, and Mike went above and beyond!

Although the pandemic made the wait for our hot tub long, it was well worth the wait! We love our “2 seater” tub and use it daily. Frank, at the Oakville location, has provided unbelievable support and answers all my questions promptly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the tub itself or from Frank.

We’ve had our Beachcomber hot tub for almost a year now and thoroughly enjoy using it. Our sales rep, Frank McCarthy, has been irreplaceable. He regularly answers my questions quickly and efficiently. He helps us keep our water clean and comfortable. He’s a star for sure.

Drove here all the way from Barrie to be told that they don’t sell parts on the weekend. He then told me that I should’ve called ahead of time which I did. I would be nice if they could safe people wasting their entire day having to drive an hour and a half to leave empty handed. The guy was very unfriendly and extremely rude. Afterward he begins talking about having to drive north to bury his dad. Would not recommend shopping here unless you appreciate being spoken to rudely.

I locked my keypad and within minutes of speaking with Bari I was up and running again. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We ordered our Beachcomber hot tub in a beautiful showroom in Oakville. As there were lots of choices the salesperson, Frank McCarthy, helped us decide with our wants and needs in mind. Although our delivery was delayed because of the Pandemic we did finally get our installation which was painless. We are thrilled with our hot tubbing experience. I am new to the hot tub family and enjoying every minute. I reviewed other manufacturers and decided right from the beginning I wanted a Beachcomber. I was approached by Frank at the Beachcomber outlet store in Oakville. He is a straight shooter! He tells you as it is PERIOD! NO GIMMICKS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Even after the purchase of the Spa, I had doubts, however FRANK was able to guide me in the right direction and I am extremely happy with my Beachcomber 380 model. We did not end up buying a Beachcomber hot tub from Frank.but def recommend Frank and Beachcomber! Appreciate the time and effort Frank gave us as we are newbies in the hot tub space. Our hot tub was delivered yesterday and we could not be more happy and excited! I was put in touch with Frank McCarthy, what an absolute professional and a gentleman, I can’t say enough great things. I wasn’t an easy client, I had so many questions, calls, emails and text messages back and forth and Frank always answered the phone, or replied back super quick. These guys have no clue to load the trucks, please check if they evenly distributed your load in the trailer before going on the road.

Purchased a new hot tub from Beachcomber last week. Old one was pulled and new one in within 4 days. Great service from Mike who took the time to answer all our questions to going over all the instructions. All and all very pleased with the whole process!

I love my Beachcomber hot tub. I’m so glad I finally purchased one. It makes the winters more enjoyable. It was a learning curve to figure out the chemical balance, but Frank replies to all of my questions very quickly. I can text him whenever I need a quick answer.

We had a great experience buying a Hot Tub from Beachcomber in Oakville.
We knew very little about backyard spas prior to starting our search. Some of the places we visited seemed to sense that and proceeded to put on the heavy sell and the all-to-common sugar-coating of the facts, in a rush to close a sale.today
Luckily, we decided to check out Beachcomber Oakville where we met Mike.
He was super patient and he took the time to educate us. Over the next few weeks, he let us move things at our own pace but was always available when we thought of the next question, however small. He came to our back yard to look things over before we had decided to buy to help make sure we had a good site and the right configuration for us. He was also great with ordering, delivery and setup and he even came out after it was set up to check things out and to give us a chemistry lesson. He promised to be there for us should we need his help going forward and he he has lived up to that promise in the few times we needed advice or chemicals since.
A hot tub is not something you shop for often but I can tell you that if you are in the market, you really should take the low stress route and go see Mike at Beechcomber Oakville. Great experience.and Great Tub!

Frank at the Oakville location has been very professional. At one point I was not getting any company to make the Conceate pad, Frank took over the project and gave us a turn key experience. He got the electrical work done, arranged a seamless installation of the HotTub and the Cavana. Frank made couple of visits to my house to check if everything was running smoothly, answered all text message promptly. I am very impressed by Frank’s professional and friendly approach.

We have had our Beachcomber hot tub for a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best purchases we have ever made!

I was a bit worried we would use it a lot at first and then drop off, but we have continued to use it regularly, and year round. How could we not, when it is such a great way to unwind, get away from screens and work, to stay connected with family and friends, all while relaxing under the stars, even enjoying the snowy weather.

The whole purchase and install was so easy with the team guiding us along the way. The equipment has worked well without any issues, and the staff were very helpful in getting it up and running, guiding me through the initial startup, going over routine maintenance and ensuring I have all the right supplies. Overall, a great experience at this place and very pleased with the purchase. Operation "Big Soak" was a total success.

I drive a car for work and have had back problems for 10 years (arthritis and bulging discs). I bought a hot tub from Beachcomber 3 months ago. I use it everyday and my back feels great. I am doing other things for my back as well, but the hot tub is definitely helping. My wife kids use it as well. It is a great way to corner your kids and ask them about school. No devices allowed in the hot tub. The hot tub is worth it. Trust me.
