Beaches Recreation Centre

I have used the gym here for 15 years. Staff are wonderful and the gym may not be huge, but has everything you need. And is kept very clean.

The gym has all you need, but machines can be very close together and they need an upgrade more cleanings and a painting to brighten the atmosphere.

Staff at this community center are amazing. They really look to connect with the people that come in and help them.

Good afternoon, on Easter Sunday, we arrived at the Rec Centre to participate in the 25K Easter Hunt only to learn that the event doesn't happen at the Rec Centre (the organizers were misleading) and that the event had actually been cancelled. Naturally our 7 year old daughter was upset (she is also Autistic), so the 2 reps that were working and setting up for the parade, were so kind - above and beyond (I'm sorry I didn't get their names), that created a little egg hunt for her in the lobby and had her help them write "Happy Easter" on the front walk. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day for us. They were under no obligation to do this, but took it upon themselves to make our daughter's day. Thank you both very much - I hope the Rec Centre will be able to identify the man and woman who helped us.

Not alot of parking and not alot of room to sit and wait for kids class to finish but I did walk around and place was clean and alot of pictures to look at on the walls. Cute place

Local Rec Centre. Quiet Gym downstairs. Fitness classes. Programming available for all ages. Friendly staff.
