BeachMac

I am so glad that I decided to go to BeachMac to buy my new computer. The thought of going to the Apple store at the Eaton Centre filled me with dread as I always find it to be so noisy and busy. The environment at BeachMac is welcoming and calm. The staff I encountered were helpful and informed. After purchasing my new iMac, I brought in my old MacBook for service and an upgrade. It was done by the end of the day.
BeachMac exceeded my expectations and I will return there for all of my computer related needs.

For over a month now I've been trying to sync my iPhone email and my iPad email. I visited the server's store, called the server who told me to call Apple. Apple couldn't fix it over the phone. Frustrated, I finally went to Beach Mac. It was Jawad who assisted me and had it working in a matter of minutes. He was gentle, knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him and this store to anyone with technical issues!

The staff at BeachMac are exceptional.i was distraught when my 13-yr-old iMac decided to die. I brought it into the store and they were able to save all my important data and transfer it to a MacBook Air I hadn't used in several years. Based on my previous Mac's usage, they advised me on specifications for a new iMac and other accessories and ordered a new computer. They also patiently answered my frantic calls for working with the new OS on my MacBook Air. When my new Mac arrived, I opted for delivery and help in setting up my computer in my home office, and I was glad I did. The technician set up my new Mac quickly and professionally. He also explained and tested everything to ensure I was familiar with the computer, signed into iCloud and all peripherals and accessories were working properly.

A big thank you to Mark, Chris and all the staff who helped me transition to my new iMac.

I took my MacBook in to have a software re-installation. After a few days, one of the Techs called me and asked me if I’d like to have the keyboard replaced as it had keys which were sticking. AT NO EXTRA COST. I said yes please I picked it up and the whole lower panel has been replaced-keyboard and navigation pad. I am so pleased with my experience there. The staff smiles and are genuinely wanting to help Now all I need is a short course on how to navigate IOS operating system more efficiently, cuz I’m a newbie.

Just an amazing experience. Having dealt with Mac and Mac repairs companies for 25 years I can say that the experience with BeachMac is far above any of the others. Knowledgable, professional and personable!

If you think that it makes no difference where you buy your Apple products from, then you haven't experienced the service at BeachMac on Queen St. E.because, believe me, it does! More specifically, I can't thank Mark enough (the associate who helped me), for his service and support with my recent computer purchase where he really went above and beyond! As a life long Mac/Apple user (over 30 years), I've had my fair share of experience with various stores and reps for Apple purchases, and would highly recommend BeachMac over any other place. A small shop where the staff are friendly, professional, customer focused and provide attention to YOUR specific needs. You're not 1 of 50 people waiting around for your turn. AND these people will actually know and remember your name. If you thought that kind of store or service no longer existed, then you need to make a point of dropping in or calling BeachMac.

I left a computer to have the battery replaced. 4 days later the computer was taken apart but the battery had yet to be ordered. Not only did the store not take ANY responsibility for their mistake, they offered NO resolution. After they put our computer back together we took it home only to have Apple Store service fix it properly. I will never go back to this store again! Customers be aware!
P. S. To my point. No responsibility taken by owner. Read his response. I guess standing in store saying go ahead with repair and paying a deposit is not enough for them to start the repair. What a shameful owner to blame a customer for their mistake!

I came to get my phone screen protector reinstalled and they did it without hesitation (unlike an Apple store). They were fast, efficient and I look forward to doing more business with BeachMac.

Above and beyond service and technical knowhow - this is (with no competition) the best Mac dealership in Toronto.

I would absolutely recommend BeachMac! I was having software issues with my Mac Book Air, and by no means am I tech savvy. I was completely clueless as to what was wrong. Mark was so kind and patient, he talked me through the entire process. When my Mac was ready for pick up the next day, I received an email + text message, which I really appreciated. Overall, it does truly sucks when your Apple products malfunction, but the staff at BeachMac actually made it such an enjoyable (and reasonably priced) experience! Norah and Mark both helped me and I just want to thank them again:)

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service, very quick turnaround on my MacBook repair, replaced my hard drive cable for a reasonable price. I wanted to also upgrade my hard drive but they recommended against doing that as it was not necessary in their opinion, appreciated that they didn’t sell me something I really didn’t need, will definitely return if I need any repairs or advice in the future.

My experience at BeachMac restored my MacBook to full working order AND restored a little of my faith in humanity. I had no idea that I could use my AppleCare+ at an indie shop like this (they should put up a big ol' banner saying "you can use AppleCare+ coverage here!) and figured I'd have to go into one of those wretched Genius Bars; the real genius turned out to be Norah, who fixed the problem I brought in AND found three more big issues I forgot to mention and, after duly asking, fixed those too (all were covered under AppleCare). Hooray for BeachMac!

This is a fantastic local shop. I had to take my macbook in for what amounted to a recall of the keyboard/battery (top deck is apparently the term). It only took about 4-5 days and everyone that I dealt with was super friendly. The repair is completely unnoticeable and everything seems to be working as good as new.

Insightful, calm and kind staff. Our family has taken our Apple products here over the years and have always been met with quality service. On my latest visit, they took the time to explain my device's issues and what my options were. During repairs, I was updated regularly and it was returned quickly. 5 stars!

Had to get my laptop fixed before heading off to school.they were so helpful, informative, and responsive. Norah was amazing at at maintaining communication throughout the process and appeasing my anxieties! Such amazing service through and through.

I had always thought the best option for service with my MacPro was to take it to Apple. Actually not so. I took it to BeachMac which is just round the corner from where I live. They are fully certified for handling Apple products and their prices are the same. The people there fixed the problem that I was having plus did a general service. Plus they had my computer back to me within two days. I am impressed and delighted. They are fast and efficient and pleasant to deal with.
