Bean + Pearl

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a large quantity of Boba from Bean and Pearl, and would highly recommend the shop for all your bubble tea. The drinks were fresh and delicious. The staff I’ve been in Pearl were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone looking for delicious drinks and great customer service!

They had no food to serve, just drinks. We went in the evening and the lady on the counter was not even smiling while taking order

I tried there Mango Strawberry Blended drink (via Door Dash) and found that it was way too sweet. The jelly was okay, but the drink part was like drinking sugar syrup.

Great ambience for an in town coffee shop. Nothing fancy but still very much inviting ambience. Staff is very friendly and helpful even during peak rush hours. Nice menu with options of both hot and cold beverages. Customizable to make every taste bud happy. This is a great place to have a sip if u want something different than the normal big chain stores. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue, which can easily be addressed i am sure.net net, a great experience

Just bought a taro coconut bubble tea with tapioca and slush. First one after 3 years from B+P. This taste like slush water with hard frozen tapioca. Absolutely horrible! Quality of bubble tea has def gone down from what I remember

I went to order some Valentine's Day drinks with a friend. For one, the cashiers and tried to order Strawberry and Creme, but they didn't hear multiple times. They assumed it was Strawberry Tea, but I said it was about the Vday specials. They then showed me the options (which I was already aware of) and it took to pointing to the titles for her to understand. I thought I was the only one not being heard, but my friend was ordering Deluxe Strawberry Cheesecake and she wasn't heard as well! We had to point and yell to get the order across. I don't know what was the issue, maybe the music was too loud. It may be beneficial for them to have a mic to amplify people's voices.

Then, my Strawberry Creme had about 4 clumps of tapioca pearls stuck together. Since I couldn't get them to unstick from the straw, I had to pull them out through the opening which lead to a good amount of the drink overflowing and spilling on the top and table. My friend had only 1 clump so she had no spillage. Very disappointing.

The staff is friendly. They have lot of options and flavours which is amazing. Nice place to get some coolers, boba tea and iced tea.

Should focus on lowering the prices. And upload photos of each drink on their website for better viewpoints of what to choose.

Sometimes I get milk when I say no milk but that’s ok. I’m only REALLY lactose intolerant. Do better mr.pearl and bean.

Didn’t have the greatest experience here. They discriminate against people with medical mask exemptions. The staff are teenagers so they are not aware of the Ontario By-Law. He kept saying “as per store policy”. Store policies do not go above the by-laws of Ontario. They really need to educate their staff here. I didn’t want to argue with the guy since I was with my younger cousin. She has asthma and was forced to wear a mask. Terrible…
Also their bubble tea was definitely from a powdered mix. Not the real authentic bubble tea like other stores. I will not be supporting a business where my family and I do not feel welcomed. Caused as so much anxiety and grief for a $5 drink. Definitely not worth it.

Bean + Pearl is OK. Although their menus seem to offer plenty of variety, not a lot of their teas possess enough flavour to allow me to differentiate between them. Additionally, I find their tapioca topping to be too tough. The store itself is clean and their service is efficient.

Amazing service. One of the nicest bubble tea places in Brampton hands down. Two young servers by the name of Yasin and Caleb assured my drinks were made in a timely mannered and showed tremendous customer service.

Honeydew is amazing! Super fast service and place is very clean. A must if you are around the area.

A really good bubble tea spot! I’d definitely come here again. I did notice that in their photos they had food options but when I went in there were none - it was only bubble tea. The staff was friendly and service was fairly fast.

The place is so cute and clean. The only reason for 3 stars is because the matcha milk tea was really grainy and not mixed well. I drank it only 10 mins after purchasing (and shook well before I popped the straw in). Not sure if they put too much powder or didn’t mix well. Other than that, I’ll still go back to try another flavor to see.

Would not recommend the tiramisu latte for $5, tasted so bad like warmed up chocolate milk and it had no tiramisu flavour. It's not worth the money, I rather stick to buying their speciality of boba tea.

I don’t know what else to say other than i love this place! First off, the aesthetic of this place is amazing and it just gives good vibes. Next, the workers are always friendly and willing to have conversations with you. And obviously the drinks taste amazing and i can confidently say that 10/10 times! I highly recommend coming!

Really good! The clerk suggested a strawberry lychee and it was very tasty. Will definitely be coming back to try another type. Lots to choose from wuite hard to pick one

I just got bubble tea from this shop and the tapioca ball didn't taste good it like some of the tapioca ball was not fully cook some was hard.

I ordered Jasmine Milk Tea - blended but it doesn’t taste like Jasmine at all, even a little hint of it. It just tastes like water with sugar and milk. Really disappointed about this. My friend ordered Taro Milk Tea and it doesn’t taste like Taro. Just the same, it tastes like water with sugar and milk. Their tapioca tastes good though, soft and chewy. I am not sure if the other flavours on their menu would taste better.

Very bad experience. The girl working there is soo rude.
There is no one in the store to order. She has just two online orders and she said there is 30 minutes wait on the order. She’s didn’t even listen my order.
When I entered she said 30 minutes wait.
I just have one drink. But she preferred the online order.

Went to Bean and Pearl today and I was told I'd have to order on an app like Ubereats, Skip the dishes to grab a drink. I didn't have either app on my phone and didn't want to use my data to download an app just to get bubble tea. Really disappointed with that. With the summer months coming, you should reconsider this process.

Awful first experience. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was a little busy but nothing crazy. I placed my order and was told to "come back in a few minutes. " Sure. I waited outside and after about 10 minutes went back in to check on my order. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I refused and asked for my money back, at which point they said "2 minutes" trying to keep my business. Sure. HOWEVER, then they asked me "what did you order again? " "you're picking up for Uber, right? " - so. I was asked to wait 15 minutes and they didn't even know my order? The receipts don't seem to display your order, just your total. On the bright side, the mango tea was delicious, even if it went down rather bitter after that experience.

Ordered 2 cappuccino, one sip and had to throw both out. It tasted like hot milk with a hint of coffee flavor. Worst $9.00 sent on coffee ever, if your gonna offer the product hire or train your workers properly.

I love going here, also because it is the closest bubble tea place to me. My order is always correct and taste great! The only problem I have is the waiting time whenever there are 3 or more people there.

We drove to this place today to get some bubble tea to find out they are only doing pick up orders, or we would have to place an order with Uber eats or skip the dishes. What a waste of time and gas. As summer approaches I would really reconsider a different approach on how you guys do business.

The lady didnt want to serve even though there were still half hour till their closing time. First time saw something like this at a bubble tea place.

Please continue using the regular straws, it took me so long to put the straw in the cup, although I used knife to make the hole and, inserted paper straw in it.

I ordered $40 worth of bubble tea (5 drinks on Uber eats) and they had styrofoam in them. The do not clean the cups, just take them out of the box and use. Be careful as this is a gross and unhygienic practice. I contacted them and they asked for my receipt and when I sent it they just said “thanks. ” Gonna stick with Chatime till something better comes to Brampton.
The flavours are also really lacking and not made well. You have to pay extra for it to be blended but you will still be chewing on big pieces of ice. Got one chocolate and it tasted like water.

I have always loved Bean + Pearl from the moment they opened up! Amazing set up/ atmosphere. Jasmine Milk Tea definitely hits the spot every time! Super friendly service always!

Some of the best bubble tea I've had! I prefer Bean and Pearl to Chatime for sure. The store is super clean, and the drinks are reasonably priced in my opinion. I've gone multiple times and got something different each time; everything has been amazing.

Great coffee but the size of the coffee was extremely small and cost was too high. I don't mind spending 350 for a regular coffee if it's a decent size. This cup I received was equivalent to an extra small coffee cup from Tim Hortons back in the 90s

We have been going to Bean and Pearl since they opened. The staff and owners are super friendly and care about their customers. They always make you feel at home. The bubble tea is really tasty, and pre-Covid the baristas even knew our regular orders! I always take out of town visitors here and whenever they come back they always ask to come back to Bean and Pearl. The vibe is always great there. We have remained customers during the pandemic and will continue to be customers!

Great selection, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. I had no idea of what I wanted, but the staff took time to figure it out.

My favorite bubble tea shop the owners are very sweet to us! My sisters and I are regulars, we go every Friday as our tradition. They are consistently good. Check them out!

Wow! I love this bubble tea! The tapioca is nice and soft, which I'd never even thought about before. But my favorite thing is being able to choose the sweetness level of my drink! I wish other places offered this!

First visit here. Bubble tea was okay but not as many flavours as other places I have been. Out of Blueberry and took a while to get our order ready. Will give it another try.

The bubble tea was amazing and great coffee too. Been here a couple of times and it’s a great neighbourhood coffee. Nitasha did a great job!

We were excited to try this spot since it’s close to where we live. Unfortunately, we were gravely disappointed. First off, they got one of our orders wrong. We said no tapioca for one of the drinks, and instead of making a new one, she dumped half into a new cup and just poured on top of it. There were still a few tapioca balls in the drink too.what if we were allergic? One of the workers facial expressions was directed as we were being annoying or as if it were our fault. The tapioca was also very overcooked. Okay drinks.and not the greatest service (mind you only one of the workers was like this, not all). Try COCO Fresh, the BEST bubble tea for your buck.

I really wanted to love this place, I love bubble tea and B&P is only about a 10 minute drive away. Nice decor and a number of small tables to sit at. I ordered a peaches and cream with tapioca, my daughter ordered a mango with lychee jelly. They made my daughter's order incorrectly but they rectified it, quickly made her a new one and were apologetic. Unfortunately, the flavours were very artificial tasting and the tapioca seemed to be over-cooked. I will give them another try and order halo-halo from their secret menu, but will leave the bubble tea to my other go-to places in Brampton.
