Beanfield Metroconnect

Honestly, when I read that FibreStream got bought out by Beanfield, I suspected my internet would get worse. I was originally very satisfied with FibreStream and figured things would either stay the same or get worse. And of course things got worse. My "grandfathered" plan was for 50 mbps down/up, but I never get those speeds anymore. If anything, I'm seeing a lot of 2 mbps down/up as per the speed tests you can find online. Terribly disappointing, although not surprising really. I wish FibreStream, as a separate entity, was still around.

Been with them for more than a year, cheapest and most reliable fiber that I could vouch for. Only downside is they're not as widely available as other providers, but if they're in your area, give them a shot, and you'll be surprise

Trying to get support is impossible and I’m hard down. I’ve been running around being bounced between departments. I’ve been trying to get support for over 6 weeks. This is a disgrace.

Charged my credit card without my consent, took months to cancel my internet service that i never asked for and kept charging me for three months.worst ever customer service and very incompetent agents.had the audacity to remember my card and would not forget it even after i’ve asked several times.had to lock my card eventually to avoid getting charged.you’re very lucky i didn’t sue for fraud.

Amazing ISP. If they’re available in your building, would not recommend anything but this. Greta value for money and reliability.

Internet service itself has been good, however the installers decided to use a 4" long screw to mount the router which has penetrated through to the other side of the wall.

Beanfield took a week to complete a return visit, during which another pair of extremely apologetic techs replaced the screw with a smaller one however left it to me to source/complete the drywall patch and asked me to send them the bill.

This is the best internet company I've ever used. Great prices, great service, great quality internet.

Great internet speed and pricing and even better customer service. As a customer, I'm able to connect to their public wifi locations throughout the city. One of the perks of signing up: great, eco-friendly canvas tote bag with a map of the city! I have literally used the bag for everything!

Been using Beanfield since June 2020 and did not experience connectivity issues even once.
Rogers shut the whole country down twice in the same time frame lol

Really great service from Beanfield. Every time I had an issue, I reached out via email and received a prompt response from a representative. The internet connection was very strong and reliable, which was crucial while working from home. I would have definitely continued with Beanfield had it been offered in my new building.

Beanfield internet service is good; the only thing I don’t like about it is that their Out-and-About service is too spotty. Hopefully that will improve.

Amazing internet service for the best price in the GTA. I can't say more about the speed, reliability, service and ease of installation. I sadly had to leave this service this month due to a move where the service is not located. Now I'm back to dealing with the 'competitors'.
No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no penalties for cancelling with notice. The bills are simple, streamlined, electronic, and never included an extra fee. Don't hesitate. Choose Beanfield if you have the availabilty.
Added bonus! They have wifi hubs around the city where you can connect for free with your unique ID and password.

Professional installation, fast upload and download speeds, true fibre optic broadband, much less expensive than the bug three, more reliable than any third party provider. If you are in their area of service, I highly recommend making the switch.

Beanfield's service starts with its Customer Support crew and extends to its installation crew. The overall feeling you get is one of a service focus, as was the case when I initially worked with Beanfield back in 2015 through 2019. A minor glitch in the delivery and install of a wireless router/access point was dealt with by the Beanfield people as quickly and as professionally as possible. So, while no one and no entity is in fact perfect. I would recommend Beanfield's service to any corporation or organization looking to obtain internet access from a professional, client-focused service provider.

Been with Beanfield for over 6 months and they just announced $50/mo 1 GBps for everyone. Just when I thought the service couldn't get any better. Finally a provider that actually cares about its customers. I dream of a day where Beanfield exists in all major cities across the GTA and provides Fibe for $50/mo to everyone. Thank you Beanfield keep doing what you're doing!

Terrible service, all the service reps are miss informed, managers wont even call you back. The service is pure garbage.
