Continuing from first message about Beard &Winter law firm.
As l said was told l would pay 15% but at discovery Tibor my lawyer threatened me.
If l didn’t go back in the room and agree on $70,000.
Threatening me to take my home and everything l owned.
I learned to be a drywall taper in 1979, in 1989 year of my accident.
I started about August/1989 taking business course applied and got bank loan for my own drywall business.
Money was deposited into bank Oct/3/1989 had car accident Oct/5/1989.
I had signed contracts totaling $28,000.00.
To board and tape the 4-5 house then a great start for a new business.
Tibor said he would do an income report to get future loss of wages which he didn’t do.
He said he would send to a Toronto doctor he knew who accessed injured people he didn’t.
Only thing he did was at discovery was threaten me and tell me more lies.
Before you hire any lawyer read the small print don’t listen to what they tell you as l did because they may be lying to you be aware.
