I had a terrible experience. Originally I left a one star review because they messed me around for over 3 months waiting for service for my Landini tractor. They then “rushed” me in so I removed that review. Tractor needed a new hydraulic pump and brakes needed work. Next thing I know they say I owe almost $2900 (not including pump which I bought). I was furious. They held my tractor ransom until I paid. To add insult to all this, brakes weren’t even fixed… to which they answered… “we’ll they worked for us”. Seems all they did was replace brake fluid. Super unimpressed.

Terrible service. Mechanic yelled at my employee when he was told by reception what time to pick up machine. Went back next day to pick it up. Part that was broken was not fixed and told they would not order as we weren’t a regular customer. Spoke to older male manager or possible owner who had no customer service skills, a real POS who stated we did not buy machine from there so they would not fix it even though they sell that brand. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Great job Beards you employ real class acts.

If you are thinking of buying a tractor don’t waste your time anywhere else. I am a former John Deere owner and it came time for a bigger tractor. This time around I decided to see what else was out there. I came to Beards and glad I did Etienne knows his product and stands behind it. I have owned my Kioti DK model for over a year and use it mainly to blow snow for my business as well as many other tasks during summer months. This tractor performs amazing and I love it more and more each day. Now the best part about owning a Kioti tractor is getting to deal with Etienne and his staff. They go over and above every-time I need them. Their on road Mechanic Scott just came out and did my first service on the tractor, very knowledge and efficient! I can’t say enough about the Team at Beards! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks guys!

Just bought a complete property maintenance setup. Tractor Bushhog Excavator Bucket etc etc. Etienne Davignon was a great sales person. Very knowledgeable affable and attentive to my needs. Product is priced very competitively. And it's being put to great use. The BoxScraper/Road leveling attachment has saved me thousands in putting thru and repairing my pathways etc. I have an 84 acre fun property and it gets pretty overgrown. This Kioti equipment is pretty great for all aspects including construction/trenching etc. BUY EM YOU WILL LOVE IT!
