Ordered items they no longer sell in their store, have to order in: pricing gun needles. From start to finish, service was helpful and professional. Always good to support a locally owned business too. Will definitely be recommending them.

I was referred to Beatties by another store. I was looking for a specific Hilroy notebook which I didn’t find anywhere else except at Beatties. It was easily to create an online account and to make an online order. The order was delivered in a nice package within the specified time. I made a mistake in my order and the notebook I wanted should have been a different size. I created a return request and the customer service agent was very gracious to exchange the item for free and deliver it to my door step within 2 days. The prices are much less than Staples and other big stores. I had a wonderful experience, with friendly staff, and very efficient and timely service. I will definitely continue to order all my needs from their stores.
