This is an amazing hair store with knowledgeable employees who take the time to actually help you out. There is a great selection of items and the store is well organized with their product arrangement, so you can find products with no trouble at all. Ask for Kimesha, she was a great help I will be going back soon for sure and recommend that you visit, you won't be disappointed!

Stop following black people throughout the store! THIS IS EXTREMELY INSULTING considering I have been a customer for YEARS! At this point I'm about to report this place to BBB and just shop somewhere else.even though I come here because this store is minutes from my house.very much so over being profiled!

Not as many selections as the other beauty supply stores. They don't have staff that's easily accessible to customers if you have any questions

Not the beat quit messy prices are very weirdly distributed, you can never find a worker and over all mood dosen't encourage you to shop. Plus they never give you samples to tryout to see what the new products are about and if you'd like to purchase it later on.

Amazing service and huge selection - the staff in the wig room were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they have high-end human hair and good quality synthetic wigs in tons of styles and colours - awesome store and great customer service:)

Customer service is very poor from the owners to the workers. I opened a package and went to pay for it, cashier was arguing with me that I shouldn't open it, or I should ask permission to open it, even tho I at the counter with my hard earned money to pay for it.
She proceeded to argue with a raised voice. I said to her " you r raising your voice at me, " she responded by saying "you made me raise my voice. "
I just stepped out and left her with the item and a few others that she already cashed.
I will never set back foot in there to spend my money. NO WAY!

So many choices for hair for braiding. Wig room looked kinda ratty at the time. No help unless at cashier

I am not familiar with the staff at this store so my first thought is the makeup being towards the front as soon as you get in is convenient to me because I am not so much into wigs, I still like them I just can’t wear them well. So anyway, to the point. I wanted to go lighter with my hair and thought I will pick up developer because the day before this I did purchase at this store some hair bleach. So I needed the high concentration developer for going more lighter. So I end up seeing 40 igora royal developer priced at 5 dollars. Well I immediately pick up one bottle and took it to the lady at the counter. She she scanned the product put out her hand to accept my money. And then said hold on I have to go see. And said where did you get this. I pointed to the side of the store. She then immediately walked over I must say she looked as if she was almost running to the developers. However I then seen her come back with 8 or 9 more of the same developers in her arms. Rushed over to me and said. No these are the wrong price. I was not impressed. I had no time to argue with her. The fact: when a sticker price has a number on it and the customer is agreeing to pay that certain sticker price on the item. The store has to abide by that price and should and can’t change their minds about selling the item.

This place has the worst customer service. Bought a few items here today and after being told by my hair dressing that they were the wrong items, decided to return for a store credit. The owners decided to break the seal on the items then told me the seal was broken. After questioning their actions, they told me to drive around with the items in a hot car. Pure garbage. I am pleading with black people not to shop at this store. If you are able to please support more black business and stop this kind of insult from Asian beauty supply run business. Please join me is putting up your experiences and detouring business fro. This location. No consumer should have to be treated the way I did. We are spending our hard earn dollars!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ignorant girls that’s are not motivated at all to help just point to where the product is and roll their eyes.

This beauty supply will NEVER get my money again. There was about 4 ppl in the ENTIRE store, I came late on purpose because I need to take time to pick the right hair for my kids sweet 16. The Asian "counter staff" comes to the wig room says we "tried 4 wigs that's it" with a SERIOUSLY AGRESSIVE ATTITUDE. I'm like wait how do u know? This woman said she was watching on the camera! ARE YOU FOR REAL? I talk to the owner he's mute. I use to shop there on a regular basis spent hundreds probably thousands on hair and products over the years and they come to me like This! Be careful who you give your money to. The store is staffed by young black girls yet they are NEVER trusted enough to work the register. Ask yourself why is this the case? As a GROWN woman of color I was embarrassed by the interaction and disgusted by the profiling. We r good enough to spend money yet not good enough to be treated with respect. In good conscience I can not or will not support this establishment. I know many other woman of color who have experienced this same treatment, and they too refuse to shop here again!

#1 hair store to visit in Brampton. They always have everything I need and I love the service. They also have the best wig room I’ve seen in a hair store.

Service there was great and the items i wanted was there. Employees were very patient and helpful.

Today i went to the store and I was looking for a wig and i got helped by a lovely lady called AVYNEL she helped me find the perfect wig for my birthday and she was so helpful and nice. She took her time to help me find the and also wished me happy birthday before i left. I feel this store has the best staff that are helpful cool and know hair of many types and texture. I feel AVYNEL needs a raise please give her a raise she does not wait for you to ask for help she offers her expertise to all customer. She did a good job and deserves it 100% percent. I just met her today but I am happy for her services.

Best place.has everything under one roof and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. After trying dozens of places.i only and highly recommend this beauty supply.
