Beauty Collection Markham

I went to this store today and I am so disappointed honestly, The young lady came to me because I had what I wanted to purchase in my hand instead of offer me a basket she took them from me and brought them to the counter, then I notice the chinese guy at the counter looking at me. I was on my cell speaking to a family member asking them what’s their thought on a hair style I wanted to do.but for some reason this young lady just kept watching me and walking from aisle to aisle and kept looking at me. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. At one stage I stated to my family member that I felt like am being watch, I continued to look for what I wanted inspite of what was occurring. I went to the counter I had to ask twice for the items the young lady took from me and I stated to the gentle man why did she take my products from me he stated it’s her first day. For someone first day they let me feel as if I was there to steal something, so disappointed honestly, I have been going to this place for more than 6 to 7 years now wow so very disappointed.

Ticketed price on hair items was not honored by Management. I was asked to show my driver's license to redeem 31 cents in points. I found that to be strange.

Always like going that location even if it’s far from my house. The guy was very helpful yesterday and while in the line the cashier was very helpful when a customer brought back something that wasn’t working.: keep

This business is bad, the manager there is a scammer, a theft and very rude. People should stop buying from business that don't treat customers right. I bought 2 wigs from there last week costing me over $200,2 days after I open one of the wig and it had a manufacturer defect, I took it back to be exchange and the manager absolutely refused, telling me it's final sale. How can it be final sale when your product has a problem? Never going back there and I'm warning the entire public to stay away from this business. Worse of all he try to weaponnize the police threathing me to call the police on me. VERY BAD BUSINESS, STAY AWAY

The workers are rude. No one offered to help me while I was in the store. When I tried navigating the store and look for what I needed on my own, I ended up in an ailse that wasn't even blocked off and I got yelled at vs.them asking if I need help with anything. Too bad. I was going to buy extensions for my entire bridal party but they lost a sale for their attitude. Off to the plenty of other stores in the neighbourhood.

I'd like to compliment your sales person Darisha at the Markham and Ellesmere store in Scarborough. She is a delightful young lady who went above and beyond to help me on Friday, January 13th. I had come to your store for help after I volunteered to braid my Great-Neice's hair. Being a retired stylist but not knowing anything about Black hair (what was I thinking-LOL) Darisha took the time to show me the products I would need, volunteered so much helpful advice and even gave me her personal cell number in case I needed some help the next day. All of her advice paid off and Tanesha is thrilled with her hair! I did learn a few things as I was doing her hair and will remember all the wonderful advice Darisha gave me should I attempt her hair again. I really don't think her hair would have turned out so well without Darisha taking the extra time to help me!
She is a definite credit to your team!

Full 5 stars I've been a regular customer of this location for over 10 years! I always have a pleasant experience when I go there. The store is clean and always kept tidy. They got everything you need, many selections and unbeatable prices. I refuse to shop anywhere else.

I don't really deal with any of the employees there. However if the guy is there he's the only one I ask for help hands down he's the best, he knows everything around the store and always finds exactly what I am looking for while matching my budget.
