Got my brows threaded by Pinky yesterday. Really happy with the experience. She listened to my concerns, put me at ease and executed my brows perfectly.

I have been going to this place from almost 2 years now, all the good staff has gone, there are some new bunch of people who are not even well trained. I went for threading, Nisha provided me the service, I ended up getting so many cuts on my face. My face kept burning throughout the day, the cuts continued to bleed a bit long time. I wont be going to this place any more and I am going to cancel my membership too. I never had this horrific experience before. To retain the clients please bring back the old employees.

I have been going to this place for my waxing needs since May. It’s a bit pricey but their service is really good. Karishma did my waxing this time.she not only accommodated my appointment in the morning but also was quick and efficient. She also advised me on a few things that I do now.

I had my waxing service done with shruti and she was so amazing, she took really good care of me specially since I was always afraid of pain. Thankyou shruti for such a great experience

Very disappointed. I booked for a regular type waxing but when I got there they were literally opening their door not ready to provide service. I had to wait for a few minutes because my technician hadn't arrived. I wasn't hurrying so it was okay.
Then, a lady who was opening the door earlier said she could help me. It was all fine until she said that a different type of wax was used (without telling me anything, no explanation) and she tried to charge me more saying my hair looked thick and strong. It didn't make sense to me because I booked for a regular waxing and she didn't even have a chance to look at my hairs before getting wax ready becuase she was in a rush.

They don’t wash their equipment, Ruined my face, I asked a refund and no one helping nobody come here, I’ll be making a tiktok soon

I always go to Karishma and she does such an amazing job on my eyebrows every time! She takes the time to shape and tint them perfectly and accommodates to my needs. She is patient and wants to make sure I am happy with the results every time. 10/10

Not upset, just extremely disappointed. The waxer I had was not knowledgeable in waxing terms and did not give me what I asked for. When I told her what I wanted and was comfortable with, she questioned me. I was not impressed with her lack of knowledge, especially when she told me this was not the first time she made the same mistake that week.

This is an amazing eyebrow and wax place! I love getting my eyebrows done and face wax by Farishta and/or Abida. They do a phenomenal job each time. The aftercare is so important and they don’t let you just leave the salon with sticky wax or hair on your face like some other salons

I definitely would never come back here again! I was desperate due to the storm and had to find a place just to do a quick refill! The technician is definitely not qualified to do lashes. My lashes looked like a broom, glue was terrible, my eyes were watery, quality of the lash is terrible, I couldn’t even brush them. I don’t know about their other services but I would definitely not use their lash service ever again! I took an Uber to have a random place remove them after paying 150 dollars! Not worth it! Don’t waste your time!

I had a brow lamination + tint and also threading done today by Abida and I was a bit nervous at first because this was my first time doing a brow lamination but it turned out amazing! Absolutely love the result and Abida is so kind and friendly. Totally recommend!

This is my go to place for eye brow threading and tinting since I moved to the area a couple of years ago, and I especially love Rita! I prefer my eye brows thick and natural looking so I always struggle to find someone who will not make them too thin. Rita carefully listens to my preference and makes them perfect for me! Strongly recommend Rita for eye brow threading and tinting!

Very satisfied and happy to have tried this place. I use to go to the ten spot up in Yonge and eg for years and have not been satisfied with the turnover of staff and lack of quality in the services. Beauty first is amazing! Nita did my eyebrows with such care and precision alongside recommending a bb cream that worked well for my skin. The salon itself is clean, the service is above and beyond and most importantly the amount the prices are 100% reasonable! Cannot wait to book a facial with them!

I liked the results of threading and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, but what I didn’t like is that they didn’t use gloves during the procedure. I think it is an absolute must for any procedure (especially face procedures). Apart from that I liked your salon and service. Hopefully you’ll reconsider your “gloves policy”. Thank you

Sabnam did waxing and eyebrows for me. She has done amazing work, very polite and knowledgeable of what she is doing. I have found the best place to get done my eyebrows and waxing in Y and E area. The location is inside the center. It was little hard to find them. They have long hours too.

I went in to Beauty First after seeing how perfect they did my sister’s eyebrows. I went in and Kareema did my eyebrows excellent and full face threading. She also advised me on how to properly take care of my skin. I will be going back!

Both of the staff there can’t see that this is NOT even/symmetrical. And trying to convince me this looks good. I still paid, but really don’t feel it’s justified.
