I have been to Oakville & Burlington Mall locations and they are great BUT the true hidden gem is Noora at Mapleview Mall. She truly cares to make you look your best. Today I had an eye lash lift and it looks incredible! So much better than the high end place I tried in dt Toronto. I'm sharing because women should help each other but don't make her so busy I can't get an appointment! Lol

Went here last Saturday, for eyebrow, face waxing. I highly recommend it! Honestly it’s one of the best kept secrets in Burlington, located in the ladies dept at The Bay Mapleview. They aren’t busy and could really use new business; you should still make an appointment. Check out their service menu online.

I have been coming here ever since I moved to Burlington 2 years ago. Noora is amazing, she always does such a great job on eyebrow threading. Would definitely recommend her for all services.

Always a great experience at beauty first. Been coming here for over 3 years and Sadia has my complete trust. She never disappoints. She’s always so helpful and kind. All other employee are always polite. Very welcoming there.

Today I had my second facial and I’ve noticed such an improvement in my acne. Nora is amazing. She takes care of you and really focused on your skin concerns. Even after my first facial, I noticed a huge difference. I’m so thankful for Nora she is the best and she has transformed my skin!

This spa is located inside Hudson’s bay in the women’s clothing area! Norah did an amazing job on my eyebrows, I have gotten so many compliments on how good my eyebrows look. Thank you Norah! I will definitely be returning next time when my brows are due for another service. I highly recommend this place!

Noura is a very nice person, she loves her job and she will give you a perfect result, i was struggling to find a good person to do my eyebrows she was @Oakville location and moved to Burlington and Iam driving from Milton just to do my eyebrows in Burlington she is the only one I trust with my eyebrows

I went in for threading and face waxing. The customer care was really good. As a first timer, I was confused to find them inside the mall as they are kind of hidden inside the Hudson bay. I will recommend this place.

Great place great staff. It's little higher on price but I go because of the staff. The place is great and clean and they follow all hygiene with all products. My favorite been Noora Bato and Sadia. Of course I am going in for more services. Must try, highly recommend!

I am very particular about my eyebrows and having moved to Burlington was nervous to try someone new but after reading reviews went to Sadia. She did such an amazing job - super patient and attentive, let me check each eyebrow after it was done to see if anything needed a change and that I liked them. Will definitely be going back!

Got my eyebrows threaded here a week ago and the woman completely ruined my left brow. I told her several times before and during the threading that I was growing out the area under my arch and to leave the hair there. Even as she was threading I could feel her taking off too much so I reminded her again to leave the hair there.
When she gave me the mirror and I expressed my dissatisfaction, both she and another staff member refused to accept the mistake and told me “it looked better this way”. I didn’t ask for them to shape it how they liked, I specifically stated that I was growing it out and didn’t want any shaping or thinning, just a little cleanup - but she couldn’t even do that or apologize for her mistake. Would not recommend this location.

I went for a lash lift. They used a product that smelled like Nair hair removal and tweezed a few of my eyelashes out. Then lifted and tinted them. My eyelashes were noticeably thinner after. I would not recommend this service.

For many years I’ve been having such a hard time trying to find someone to help me with my eyebrows.

By chance I met Sadia because another employee could not do my eyebrows the way I needed them to be done. Now I have been coming to see Sadia for a couple months now and she’s been helping build up my brows, and they been getting better every time!:)
Furthermore I’ve done other hair removal and I’ve been happy with my outcome and experience. Also the keratin treatment is amazing.

Sadia is gentle as much as you can be when dealing with hair removal! A great listener, takes direction and constructive feedback in a professional manner.

This woman has a talent for eyebrow shaping! I highly recommend booking with Josipa, I drive out of my way to this location because she’s so talented! She reshaped my brows which enhanced my look — she’s just got an eye for shaping brows and doesn’t let you leave unless she feels she’s done a perfect job. I’ve now gotten my eyebrows threaded 4 times by her and I won’t be going anywhere else. She’s also absolutely lovely - 5 stars - I highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Sadia for my brows for the past year (in between lockdowns) and she always does an amazing job. I mostly just get the threading and have tried the henna brows as well. I have light hair and fair skin and Sadia worked with me to come up with the perfect colour.

I absolutely love going to this location, the two ladies who work there are so lovely and always do an amazing job! They do a great job threading my brows, and they are definitely keeping up with covid protocols to keep it clean.

Spa was a bit hidden (located back corner of Hudson Bay store) so ran a couple minutes late - but Sadia was very understanding, friendly and knowledgeable! She did an excellent job threading my eyebrows! After the wonderful experience I will definitely return and would absolutely recommend!

Highly recommend Sadia for eyebrow threading! When I came to her my eyebrows had been thinned out and with her expertise they are now back to being thick and shaped! She’s friendly professional and always takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are perfect.

I come here about once a month to once every two months for my eyebrow threading. All I have to say is, unless you can't get an appointment with Josipa for your brows, wait until she is available. Josipa does an amazing job with eyebrows and thoroughly keeps you involved before she makes any decisions to remove any extra hair. I've unfortunately had to learn the hard way that Josipa should be the only one I go to for my eyebrows. I booked my appointment for today with another staff member by accident and there wasn't a way to switch to Josipa so I decided to give them a chance since all I just wanted was a quick clean up. That's exactly what I didn't receive. She ended up taking off extra and didn't tell me until she showed me the mirror and I was alarmed at the look of my eyebrows. One of my brows is now more full than the other: (
She didn't even clean up my brows, I ended up taking the tweezers and scissors and finishing up my own appointment.

So lesson learned everyone: only go to Josipa!

I had a difficult time finding your location, as I had no idea the salon was located in The Bay. I was lost and I was late.
I was so happy to receive the phone call asking me if I was still coming to the appointment (I had no phone number to call).
When I arrived I was kindly greeted. I thought I may have disrupted the schedule, but Majma and her colleagues were in top form.
Majma attended to me with care, professionalism and courtesy. Excellent

I’ve been a customer for years, only go here for my eyebrows!

Service - My brows always look amazing afterwards from a threading perspective. They give you a nice cooling massage and offer to fill in your brows and apply foundation for redness. They, without fail, always get my brow colour slightly off (one shade too light).

Price - Just shy of $15 not including a tip.

Atmosphere - Rarely a wait at either location in Burlington. Clean and friendly.

Loyalty Program - Their rewards system requires you to bring the little keychain card you get every time - inconvenient and will not give you the points if you don’t have it.

Terrible services in the customer service desk! They were opening but could not sale me a gift certificate. 22 of December. Very slow people

Sadia is amazing. She has been doing my eyebrows for about a year now and she knows exactly how I like them. She isn’t pushy for product, she does ask, but if you say no she leaves it at that. Highly recommend going to see her.
