Nivedita is the absolute best for eyebrow threading. She does the best work, is extremely nice, precise, and very talented. I personally would only ever get my eyebrows done with her.

Do NOT trust this salon with your eyebrows. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded, just cleaned up. The stylist left them THIN, left a bald patch on the tip of my brow and threaded my SKIN. Save your money and time and go somewhere where they know what they're doing.

Good job first couple of times then my eyelashes were falling out 2 days after I had the extensions filled. They said it was because of my own eyelashes. I feel it was because she wasn't doing a good job. She was talking on the phone for the whole process every time I came in. My eyes would burn for days after. I called for an appointment she was away, so I decided to book at the Sherway location. WOW game changer. I will be going there from now on. Private room, attentive staff, warm blanket, soft music and relaxing water sounds. Before and after pictures. They spoke to me and made sure I was comfortable. No burning at all!
For eyelash extensions, ladies do yourself a Favour and go to Sherway location inside Hudson Bay. You will not regret this decision.

This is really good place for threading, specially Mahek she did a grt job! She gave nice shape on my eyebrows, she was very gentle! I would highly recommend for her!

I usually get my eyebrows service done from Himanshi and she is very good at her work. She does a great job for me and understands how I want them to be. She also suggests ways to improve my growth and how to keep them thick. I recommend her.

My eyebrow tint and threading was amazing but I came in for my lashes and disaster!
So I had my lashes done on Wednesday and I told the esthetican that my eyes were stinging and it just got progressively worse after. I found the lashes very corse and my eyes are extremely red more than 24hrs after. I've used drops, just not happy with the out come and reaction and I have a wedding to attend to this weekend. Very upset and worried over the whole ordeal. She was such a nice lady but her nails were very long and digging into my face as she worked and the taping of my eyes was excessive as I've had my lashes done many times before at other establishments.

Navedita takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed despite there being customers in the waiting area. She is professional and is gentle on the skin when threading. She is extremely good at threading and goes beyond the job (facial massage after threading, goes back to check her work). I have super sensitive skin and it has never reacted badly after her services. She doesn’t tug on the skin and she goes slow, so it hardly hurts!

Lady tried to upsell an extra service that didn't needed to be done. Very sneaky & wrong place to hustle someone especially in an outlet mall. People already come there for deals, not to pay more. Other then that their service is basic.

I recently got my upper lip, eyebrows done by Himashi Sharma and she was super patient with me and did an amazing job!

For walk-in, the wait wasn’t too bad but the lady was heavy handed with threading my eyebrows and upper lip. It was also very rushed which may be why it hurt so much instead of going gentle and taking her time. After I left, I noticed a speckle of blood from how deep the thread cut. The shape of the brows weren’t bad but I can’t see myself going back again.

Jashandeep is amazing, I’m always satisfied. I’m coming to her from years now. I’ve never been desapointed. She is very kind and patient.

Today I had a beautiful eyelash tint by Himanshi. It looks amazing amd nooo stinging and I have very sensitive eyes. I will be going back for sure.

Himanshi is so sweet and she did a great job on a lift and tint for my eyelashes. She was really honest and told me that I have short eyelashes and she couldn’t guarantee it would work well but I wanted to give it a try and I’m glad I did:) I’ll be going back for sure!

I came 25 minutes before closing and was told that they cannot do my brow threading because they have meeting at the back.

Aestheticians and work is great BUT membership is a waste of money.

I've been coming here regularly for waxing and henna eyebrow tinting. As a redhead it took me many years until I found a technician that could make my eyebrow tint look natural, so I appreciate the salon for this.
The issue I have with this company is with the bare club membership. It is marketed as 20% off of services but doesn't actually apply to everything like the Bollywood brows (henna+ brow wax) which is the main service I use here. Thats fine as a company you can make up your own rules but tell ppl about them before they commit to a $80 membership. I purchased at the salon while paying for my Bollywood brow appointment and no one mentioned that I can't actually use it for this service it was a Thursday so the 20% on my receipt was for that promo that is free and not the membership I just bought but I only learned that when I came back on another day thinking I will get the membership price from my brows they told me it doesn't apply.once I'm done my membership I'm not going to continue with Beauty First, don't appreciate the sneaky sales tactics.

I had my appointment with Zankhana for eyebrow threading and body waxing. She was absolutely AMAZING!
She is very gentle with her work and makes sure you are 100% comfortable. The place was very clean and follows COVID protocol very well!

I went for a lash lift and eyebrow wax/thread. My eyebrows turned out great however my lash lift was awful to say the least. My eyelashes were extremely over processed, basically curled into a circle.when I first got them done I was shocked at the way they looked but thought maybe they would loosen in a few days so I did not address my concerns at the time … however that didn’t happen so after 48 hrs I contacted their customer service who then put me in touch with their manager.they were not accommodating as the only option they gave me was for me to come back to the salon asap (30-40 mins drive) to have it “redone”, as they “cannot” provide refunds on services.

Himanshi has been doing my eyebrows for a while now. I've followed her from square one. She fixed my eyebrows and made me look human again. She is the best. Thanks for always making me feel beautiful

The place offers comfort, is well sanitized and has qualified professionals.despite being inside a mall, inside the store there are rooms with greater privacy and ambiance to provide greater relaxation in certain services.

Ladies, let's be honest. You're eyebrows are the most important thing on your face nowadays (with the masks and whatnot). You CANNOT just trust anyone with your brows! I, however was in a bind and needed saving quickly. I risked it all and thank heavens, I regret nothing! I strongly recommend Komal if you want brows that the gods would envy! The first clue that this spontaneous appointment was going to go well was that HER brows are perfect (which I think is an important thing to look for before you sit in anyone's chair). She was quick and efficient. Also, she let me see the work as she went along which I thought was lovely! She had my approval from my first glance in the mirror. I'm a fan and you can trust her! Book right now!

Always come here for face wax and eyebrow shaping. The ladies there are always great. Won't go anywhere else!
