I had a massage today with Mahnaz. She was great at understanding what my skin needed and used products suitable for my skin. After the facial my skin feels fresh and hydrated.

Wonderful product…. Feels so great and I recommend for all. Especially for stress and aging skin!

It was my first time at Beauty First and I had a gold facial as well as eyebrow threading. Eyebrow threading and the facial were both done by Sonu and she did a great job and she definitely knows what she's doing. It was a great experience. Sonu was very calm and professional throughout the facial. They had a promotion of $99 for the facial which also included a hot stone back massage. The promotion is only valid till the end of April and will be $179 thereafter. I have no regrets or complaints about the money spent. It was totally worth the money and I would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to beauty first for over a year now for waxing. Has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and professional. Today I had the 24k Gold therapy facial. It was so amazing! I feel like a new woman after that treatment? Thank you so much to Ayesha Ali! She really cares are customer needs, takes her time and makes your feel great!

If you haven’t been here, you MUST start. Mahnaz is so great. I initially booked waxing but after informing her that I regularly use Retin-A, she advised that waxing is very damaging as the skin gets thinner. She did threading instead and I love the end result. Clean & Crisp eyebrows. The tint is also beautiful and very natural looking. Thank you Mahnaz ️

Fereh is an absolute gem - always going above and beyond to provide the most incredible and meticulous treatment, updates on newest developments in skincare, and always leaves me feeling pampered and taken care of! A lady named Ayesha did a nose piercing on me and i’m obsessed, she gave a free cleaning serum and the procedure was painless. I absolutely love the piercing and she was the sweetest.

I highly recommend this place. Service is amazing, always on time, prices are a little higher but so worth it! You have to check it out

I had a terrific waxing service by Fereh. I had a very positive experience and highly recommend her services at the salon. She is very friendly and great at what she does. The products used at this salon are also premium quality.

I always go to Aisha she is professional and I always let her thread my eyebrows. This time I trusted her with eyebrow lamination and it looks very good actually. I definitely recommend her.

This “spa” is great if you expect high prices with inconsistent results and completely bottom of the barrel service from management.

This is a place that will NOT honour their own advertised prices because “oops” it must have been an error, or “sorry the brochure says this, so if you called instead of booked online we could have told you, I’m not sure why it doesn’t say it online” and without fail it will always be “oh sorry I can’t do anything about it” or “yes I see this promotion but it’s a mistake so we can’t do anything about it”.

There are SEVERAL options in the direct vicinity with comparable prices and much much better service. GO TO ANY OF THEM BEFORE BOOKING HERE

Just wanted to share my first experience At the Beauty First Spa location in Richmond Hill.it was totally awesome and I highly recommend this place.all the staff was so friendly and Roma certainly knows her passion for beauty and has remarkable knowledgeable.looking forward to my next visit very soon

I’ve been going to Mahnaz to get my brows threaded for a while now and she always does a good job. She knows what she’s doing and makes you feel super comfortable. Highly recommend her if you need to get your brows shaped.
