Love beauty first! The staff are all amazing and they go above and beyond. Definitely recommend Parina who is my go to girl. She’s so sweet and amazing at what she does. Will always return to beauty first for my services.

Bhawna is fantastic. She was so kind and gentle with me and took extra care with me being pregnant. Cherry on top of the cake, she fixed my eyebrows. Highly recommend!

Went for my brow lamination for the first time with Gunjan. She was fantastic and did a phenomenal job. The staff is very helpful and nice had a lovely experience there

Don't get your nose pierced in these places, they don't do it the right way and with the necessary equipment

I had lash extensions and I ended up with a swollen eye and a trip to the doctor. Do not your lashes here. My eyes were burning. I was not offered any refund yet for my experience and I have my grandfathers funeral coming up and my eyes are still burning

Abeer did my eyelash extensions at Beauty First In Oakville. Abeer took her time and did a great job. I felt so confident and started to self love myself after my eyelash extensions.it was my first time and There was no pain. I didn’t have any problems with it later. My wife came here for eyebrows 2 days ago and the lady named shazia did a terrible job and burnt her skin with wax. She was so unprofessional and i think had no training. My wife left crying from there. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

Shazia performed the most relaxing and thorough facial. Even included some shoulder and arm massaging during the process. I was completely relaxed and renewed after my treatment.

Spent a few hours at the Spa under the excellent care of Pardeep. Very clean, very friendly and very efficient. Spa was a bit busy as expected during the week before the holidays. I'll definitely be back.

Pretty disappointed with my services today. My eyebrows look terrible and I think the girls noticed as well. I suggest more training for the ladies because THIS IS NOT IT!

I've been going here for the past couple of years but frequently need to find my new fav brow gal because the staff turnover seems to be high. There was one time that I booked with a specific woman and only learned that the woman no longer worked there at the time of my arrival. Super annoying.

I do however love the services, the prices and the atmosphere but I really dislike how on every appointment, they always need to try to sell something else on me. I'm there for a service and am already paying but they make it feel like its not good enough.

My most recent appointment, I booked with a lady that happened to be available because my usual gal wasn't- I left with satisfied brows but super annoyed that she told me I was in desperate need of a facial because I have too many white heads for her liking. Super rude and definitely will never go to her ever again, nor would I do a facial there after that kind of comment.

I have previously purchased a facial mask product from them that did absolutely nothing and was money thrown in the trash, so I don't give into anything else than what I came in for.

Love to visit here. Best service by Chahat. Love her service and definitely recommend her for all services️️

Honestly not the type to leave a negative review, however I got my brows threaded here yesterday from who I thought was my go to brow girl shaima, my brows were ruined I left with pencil thin uneven crazy looking brows.they be charging premium prices for janky services.as some one who works in the beauty industry I'm greatly disappointed to find out there are individuals who could care less about customer satisfactory and are just in it for the $$$

this isn't my first bad experience at beauty first, I've also been to the Burlington location. 10/10 would not recommend either.this company has no standards and lacks consistency.

I asked for them to just clean up my natural brows a little bit, I didn't want them to reshape them. I have thicker brows and I like them that way. They went absolutely crazy with it and my eyebrows are noticeably uneven, thinner than they've ever been with a really dramatic arch. My face looks huge and square now. When I said this wasn't what I asked for, the lady tried to explain something about me not having enough hair in my brows? Or not, she really struggled with English and could only repeat "not hair here" and pointed at her eyebrow, so I don't know what she was trying to tell me. It wasn't going anywhere, and I wasn't really angry at her or anything, but it was clear she probably didn't understand what I asked her to do in the first place anyway, so I just thanked her and left. Not great.

Always a very good experience at Beauty First Spa in Oakville. The only service I have used so far is the eyebrow threading service which is great. Shaima and other staff do a great job. I am definitely considering signing up for their other services.

Abeer was gentle, quick and very efficient.

I come to this beauty first location for laser hair removal. I got amazing results just after 2 sessions with Aman. She is wonderful. I love the results.
I absolutely recommend this to someone who is struggling with stubborn hair.
And my all time favourite for eyebrow threading is Abeer. She is the best.

I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here quite a few times before from here and never had a complaint. Today, I’m not sure what happened but she completely ruined my eyebrows. My right eyebrow was shaped my ideal way but Aman thinned out my left eyebrow so much that anyone who looks at me can tell. I am very unsatisfied with my experience today and probably will never be coming back again.

I had my first ever microblading at Beauty First. Previously I have been here for brow tinting and waxing, but they had an excellent offer so I took the plunge. Aman took the time to explain the process to me, and made sure that I was pleased with the brow shape and colour before she began. She was very professional, and meticulous, and made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with the results so far.

I have my first day on my new job tomorrow so I thought it would be a good idea to get my eyebrows threaded to feel confident.

I asked for her to just clean them up because they needed cleaning. She did the first one perfectly, and the other eyebrow she took SO much off that it looks like a completely different eyebrow. It's completely destroyed, along with my confidence. If I paid for my one of my eyebrows to be botched, as well as my confidence then I would give them 5/5 stars!

Would give them a 0 if I could. Took my 11 y/o before school started to get her underarms done since our regular place was booked. She told the lady the wax was too hot and was told that’s the way it was supposed to be (she’s been getting them done for over a year so knows what too hot is). The next day she had red marks under both arms. 2 months later there are still dark lines and we went to our regular place yesterday and showed them and was told they are burns and that the wax was way too hot as she told her. Will never go back.

Ambree is the the most amazing brow tech that I have ever seen in my life. She works magic. I can’t wait for them to open back up.

The salon adheres to COVID-19 protocol thoroughly and ensured I felt safe through the whole service. The results are amazing and Abeer also recommended additional products which make my skin glow. So I found this location online searching for a place that does eyebrows.based on the positive reviews I read I decided to book an appointment. I asked to be booked with Chahat after reading all the positive reviews about her. I have to agree she's amazing amazing amazing.my eye brows never looked better. She took her time to do my eyebrows.when I looked at the finished product I was speechless.and so happy that I finally found someone good! (Thank you so much Chahat) She listens, she's so friendly and cheerful. I felt really comfortable with her. The whole salon is nice. They have good infection control measures put in place. They clean the chairs.mirrors.debit machines in front of you. Only one person allowed in at a time.everyone is properly spread out. What more can I say. Pretty impressed and so glad I found this place. I will definitely be going back to see Chahat!

Today my mother and I went to get a threading + eyebrow tinting. I left in tears due to my eyes brows being completed ruined.
I should have been notified prior to my service that the technician was in training as she was clearly asking for assistance from another employee my entire service.
My eyebrows were tinted black, not dark brown as asked and not threaded properly, I asked (AND PAID) for a full threading and I ended up with my eyebrow end being taken off and only a slight clean up- I have extremely thick eyebrows still and after showing a photo of what I *usually* get, I left with the complete opposite and even worse.
The lady who worked on my eyebrows could not understand what I was saying yet was fully aware that I was getting these done for very Important graduation photos in a week time. I found it extremely unprofessional that the technician could not understand what I was asking (type of threading/ colour/ etc).
Additionally, my mom got a massage and “bb” cream offered to her after her services. I was not offered these at all but we paid the (same) full price.
The technician also touched my phone multiple times which was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional during times of Covid. I should have been asked to show the photo closer or what the technician needed instead of grabbing/ scrolling on my phone.
After the noticeable mess up from one technician, a manager tried to sell me a membership and micro blading in order to fix it (over $200 fix -it).
Overall, it was a horrible experience and I left in noticeable tears. I look like the “cookie-monster” and am EXTREMELY unhappy. I should NOT have paid for my service.
I won’t even start about the paying process that happened.

She did a fantastic job and finished off the shape with a little bit of threading at the top which worked out great with my eyebrow shape. Amazing. I have gone to so many different places to get my eyebrows threaded in hopes of finding the one. I was at the mall one day and dropped in on Beauty First. I got my eyebrows threaded by Anveer and I was so amazed and happy with the results. She did took her time with it and actually cared to make them as good as possible. She made the experience personal and perfectly catered to me, for me. I will mever go to anybody else but Anveer.

I booked an appointment with Chahat for eyebrow threading and tinting based on the reviews here. She was personable and patient, but also professional. She listened to the way I wanted my brows done and she delivered! I loved the results so much that my sister came by and got her brows done too.
