They did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. But I think it's better you book an appointment before going because they seem to have a system going on. They did take me as a walk-in tho

I am really disappointed with their Wax services.
Last Friday (12/16/2022), I had visited their Limeridge Mall store location for a Nufree eyebrow shaping and Nufree Chin. I don't know the person (forgot to ask name) who has done this
service to me, but I can surely say that lady doesn't know how to deal customers and how to do nufree waxing properly. She was using extreme heat for the wax and I started getting pain. Then she said; you are having thick hair that is why you are getting pain.so, I agreed as I don't have much practical knowledge Wax procedure. After the service, I was not comfortable with my eyebrow and chin. I started getting burning sensation on the above places once I left the store. Unluckily, when I reached home, I checked on mirror and I found few rupture on my skin which leaves a
big mark. Today it's the second day since I visited their store and having the same skin rupture which makes my chin looks terrible!
This was a worse experince I ever had from any other beauty salon. I
don't recommend to anyone going for their waxing.

And note to the Store Manager, please try to select staffs who treat customers as King and give respect for the money that we are investing on your guys.

Amina at Beauty First Limeridge mall is fantastic at what she does! She’s equal parts professional and personable! I don’t trust many people with my brows, but I’m glad I took a chance and met Amina. She does an excellent job threading and shaping them. I was equally impressed with her skills at body waxing. Always a pleasant experience at Beauty First Limeridge mall!

Got my first facial with Harinder. She was amazing! A very nice massage to the shoulders, neck and arms. The facial was very relaxing and soothing. It felt like I was sleeping. My skin feels very nice. It was a great first time experience!

Eventhough this place was so busy over the weekend, They took me in right away. Harinder did an awesome job shaping my eyebrows.

Ashima did my eyebrows yesterday (threading) and she did a phenomenal job, will definitely be booking with her again

Ameena went above and beyond to accommodate my disability! She worked with my mom and I to find comfortable positions so I could remain in my chair. And still managed to not miss a single hair on my arms or legs! I love beauty first and all the staff do a great job.

I can Always enjoy a well-done, Good Facial at this place. So far their skills & techniques used during each of my facial treatments have been living up to my standards & expectations

I had brown lamination & henna completed. The procedure took nearly double the amount of time quoted on the website - as a mom of 2 young children and very little time to waste I was not impressed. A couple hours after leaving the henna started disappearing from my face - even though I did nothing but sit in AC, avoided makeup, lotions and water, since this was not my first time having this procedure done. I contacted them and placed a complaint and got a response back quickly - I was impressed. However it’s now been weeks and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. They have offered me to come back and fix it which I have explained I do not have the time or desire to return to their salon. I want my $110 back for a service that was not completed properly and was completed gone within less than 48 hours of my visit there. I have date stamp photos showing they awful job which was performed should anyone want a reference before visiting the salon. Save your hard earned money ladies!

I used another service there before and that’s what made me come back and never again.

Please do check the pricing before booking and when i visited for service over the weekend they mentioned one price and charged other and when asked why! They mentioned i should have checked the booklet instead of listening to the staff

Had my eyebrows threaded by Ameena for the first time and she did a great job. Store is nice and clean. Will definitely be returning!

Zuni at Lime Ridge mall is amazing!

I always go to this location for my lift and tint. Recently I had an experience where my lashes ended up falling down for some reason by the following day after a visit, this has never happened to me before. Without question the ladies here helped and fixed them right away free of charge.
Harindes was extremely friendly and took her time to make sure they were perfect, and thay I was comfortable the whole time, I'd definitely reccomend her, and this studio.
Super happy with how they turned out.

I have been using their threading services for a couple of years now and never been disappointed. I book my appointment online and they have always been on time.
A special shout-out to Harinder, she was very professional and gentle. My brows looked great!

They always do a great job, but impossible to call through and get an appointment. Now the online process requires a credit card to book which is frustrating. Also be sure to get a confirmation number. I booked a facial and when I arrived for my appointment no one could find it in the system so I had to leave. Scheduled my day around it.

Ameena was amazing. I have had no complaints until today when I had someone different. She did not provide any dignity or decency while doing the wax or leaving the room. Overall I like the place and will go back just not with the girl who did my service today

Neeru is amazing I’ve been seeing her since beauty first opened she is funny kind and amazing. I always have the best experience when I’m here. Customer service is great all the girls are great truly.

Reet is phenomenal and the only person I trust with my brows. She has such an amazing attention to detail and I always get the best quality service every time. I have been seeing her for several years. She is such a warm and genuine person. She makes the experience wonderful.

Neeru is absolutely amazing. My mom and I went together to see her and we love how kind she is! She did a fantastic job with our eyebrows:)

I went to get my eyebrows threaded a couple of days ago, everyone was very nice and they look good. However, I said at the start I didn't want the top of my eyebrows done or the arch messed with. She confirmed what I said before she started and then she definitely did the top. When she showed me the 1 I said it looked good because it did but also it was too late to fix it now I can't have 2 very uneven brows! Now the tops of my eyebrows are breaking out all over exactly where I asked her not to touch. I am very annoyed!

I have been getting my brows threaded with Reet for almost 3 years now and she does an amazing job each time. She offers excellent service and I'm always satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend others to book with her!

Harinder was Excellent. She was incredibly gentle, helped me decide what was best for me, and made me feel comfortable. My brows look great! Also, She was chatty when I was chatty and quiet when I was quiet as well - I appreciated this a lot. Highly recommend this place and Harinder.

I highly recommend Beauty First for a brow lamination and lash lifts. They did such a beautiful job, and made sure to get every detail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I got my lash extensions here today and the girl who did them was friendly & nice. Unfortunately though i was so bummed as the lashes came out clumped up together short and long+ one eye was different than the other. I asked for a dramatic hybrid which was around $130 but I don’t know what I got. I will not be going back.

Update 3 days after: I went to a trusted technician at a different salon to help remove the lashes done by Beauty First, as they were very damaging and painful. I now have to recover my lashes with oils and limited no mascara & no curlers. Always do your research when choosing your technician or salon.

Went in for a walk in appointment had Anjali do my brows and this had to have been the best experience i have ever had getting brows done.it was my first time trying them and i will definitely be going back

Had my brows laminated, tinted and waxed by Zuni and it’s the happiest I’ve ever been with my brows! They look so full and amazing. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very thorough with her work and definitely is a master at her craft

Amina! She really took her time on my eyebrows and made sure not to rush. She was super careful and precise which made me feel like I was in good hands and the end results were FANTASTIC. It was great because I hadn’t gotten them done in a while and was doubting if I should. Im so glad I did. I recommend asking for Amina upon your next visit

Started by just walking In when visiting the mall. Had an outstanding first experience. I now go to get my eyebrows done every month. They’re a super friendly, efficient, and clean salon. Very welcoming and informative I recommend them to all my friends and family, you will not be disappointed!

Harinder Did an amazing job threading my eyebrows. She was extremely friendly, took her time, paid attention to detail and kept me laughing. Very talented. Had a great experience, would highly recommend!

Harinder was a great esthetician! She sculpted my eyebrows exactly how I liked them and went the extra mile to add great finishing touches to my threading appointment (ie. Applying aloe, foundation to hide the redness, fill in my eyebrows). I will definitely make a point of booking all appointments with her.

Also, I’ve been coming to this location for years. This is a great store!

I had my facial done by Jyoti, was an amazing experience. Jyoti is fabulous and skilled. Honestly she needs to be a massage therapist, the best facial massage I ever got. Highly recommend this place:)

Waited 10 minutes for my appointment to begin (not a big deal) but the lady who did my service was not who I originally scheduled with. As I was there I didn't reschedule (these brows needed some attention!). I had threading and henna done to my brows. I am never one to complain to the service provider because they do the best they can and after the fact, nothing can be done to change the outcome. The lady who did my brows ended up making the left eyebrow thinner than the right (she told me before showing me in the mirror) and the henna ended up patchy which defeats the whole purpose of it. I was pretty disappointed to say the least. I am having to manually widen the thinner eyebrow to even them out and have resorted back to my eyebrow pencil to darken them. Friendly staff and it is kept clean but I won't be returning again.

Exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely book appointments with Zuni from now on.

Great at threading. I was worried they would end up to thin, but she listened to my request and only cleaned them up.

My first time here and it was such a lovely experience. The staff are very friendly and the spa is very clean. I got a lash lift done by Anjali and she is very sweet and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. This is the first time I’ve got my lashes done and they look amazing, I can’t thank her enough. I will be back soon in the future!

Zuni was very thorough and meticulous to ensure all the hair was taken away. Listened and achieved my wishes for my eyebrows. Very pleased!:)

I love the experience here everytime I come in for a wax. Zumi is my favourite esthetician for sure. I highly recommend her for Brazilian waxes!

Neeru always does such a great job on my eyebrows. They are constantly cleaning and you can tell they take all of the covid measure very seriously there.

I always do my eyebrows and get all other services from them too. Best stuff and service always. All girls do really got job. And they keep too clean and tidy.
My favourite store? NERRU and Rashmeen are my girls for eyebrows

Thankfully Nadia did my microblading. She is professional, always on time and provides the service effectively & efficiently. Also, she allows me to rest when I feel some discomfort during the procedure. Nadia is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone who need microblading.

The only place I go for eyebrows! They are clean, professional, and especially now during covid they have done such a great job at keeping up with the cleaning and sanitizing and only taking people who have booked appointments so they can make sure the proper procedures are followed and each client gets the attention they need for their service. Great place!

I have been going to this location for a couple years. I typically see the same person and have always been happy (why I go back) the location is clear and have always been given good advise on how the service will look on me.

Whenever i go here i always ask Neeru to do my eyebrows. She always does an amazing job doing my eyebrows, and you will never be disappointed. She's so kind and welcoming me my mom specifically go to her to get our eyebrows done because she does such a great job. I would defiantly recommenced her.

I always come into Beauty first to get my eyebrows done. Everytime I come in and deal with Zuni she greets me with kindness and a big smile. I can even tell under the mask. She does a great job on my eyebrows and is very meticulous which is awesome.
