I have been going here for 5+ years and have loved and recommended them to everyone! They wash your lashes every time! However last time I had a guy named Eric and he totally wrecked my eyes. I was crying the whole time since I was in so much pain and I told him they were stinging but all he did was put a fan on them and then kept going. Then after when they were blood shot they still made me pay full price. Wish I could go back since I loved them but this one expletive was horrible.

I have been seeing My Linh here for a few years and she is amazing. Super funny too! I've never been disappointed with my lashes. When she's away I've had other people do my lashes and they are all good too:)

Wonderful place! I love how they keep my set details on file so I never have to tell them what my measurements are for lashes every time I come in, they just refer to it. They are quick and efficient and also very friendly.

Beauty time was amazing! Not only did they hold my appointment because I showed up to the wrong location, they were super understanding a nice about it! My appointment was with Eric Tran for a brow lamination and tint. My expectations were blown out of the park. He did a fantastic job, showed me how to care for them and brush them out to keep the shape! 10/10 highly recommend!

I went here because my usual lash tech was away and needed it done. I had Jordan and he was so great, he listened and did exactly what I had asked for. He took his time and was very experienced. I really appreciated the care and work and time he put into my set. I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been to the new location in Kanata 4 times now since the grand opening and have been happy with the results every time. They also gave me a discount for my birthday which was very appreciated. Beauty Time is my #1 go to for lash extensions.

I would highly recommend Beauty Time! They are always so friendly and welcoming. I am never rushed through the service, and they ensure that I am happy with the set. I am always pleased with how full the eyelash extensions are.

What I like most is that they wash my eyelashes before they do a refill. This really makes my eyes feel fresh and clean.

I had my lashes done there and the place was really quiet and I was feeling tired but I actually had a nap because of the soundlessness, the girl was doing my lashes she treated me really well (Christine)

AMAZING work! I was introduced by my best friend a few years back and won’t go anywhere else. They provide fluffy slippers during your appointment and play soft spa music, I fall asleep every time I have my eyelash extensions done. Eye pads are always positioned perfectly so they don’t irritate your eyes. They also keep a chart so they know how you like your eyelash extensions done. Personally, I prefer a doll eye extension look and they nail it every time! I’m usually not picky when it comes to a certain person and have never had a bad experience with either one. They always start off by cleaning your eyelashes and end with a spray and they last for WEEKS! They are always so sweet and send you a follow up text to see how your visit was. Also lots of free parking. 10/10 would recommend every time!

I recently decided to get my eyelashes done for the first time and chose to go to Beauty Time. I was not disappointed! The staff and technicians were so sweet, Kat really took her time with me to explain what would look best for my eye shape. She was super delicate, it was an amazing experience. The staff even checks in with you a few days later to see how your experience was and how your lashes are! I will definitely be back for a refill:)

I went to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted for the first time. It’s a very welcoming and relaxing environment. My technician Lily was so sweet and did an amazing job. Next time I redo my lashes I will definitely be asking for her!

Just wanted to share about the excellent service that I had at Beauty time. My first time I was nervous to get eyelash extensions but I figured why not try something new. I was very weary about doing this that I got the basic look. A week went by and I thought maybe I should get a thicker look and which I did. I made the appointment and unfortunately I was late for this appointment but they made me feel welcome and they made me feel very comfortable. They took their time they examined their work and at the end of the day I am very happy with the result. The results are beautiful. I totally recommend this place especially for first timers.

I recently had an eyelash lift (without tint) done with technician My Linh Trinh at Beauty time. I would highly recommend the clinic. The receptionist was very welcoming; they were up-to-date on COVID-19 protocols.
What to expect: I first had to fill forms stating I understood the procedure and what to expect and a release form if I consent to my picture being taken (before and after results- if you don't wish to agree, you don't sign the release form). Following, the technician welcomed me. She explained the process in detail, and throughout the session, she would ask if I was comfortable and whether I was having any discomfort with the chemicals being used. I don't recall how long the session took, but it wasn't too bad; it was pretty relaxing (perhaps 40 minutes). A few days in, I have nothing but great things to say about my results. My lashes look lifted and curled, and I haven't experienced any fallout (based on my regular eyelash growth cycle). Overall would recommend the price was reasonable considering it should last 4-6 weeks, the clinic was clean, and everyone was welcoming.

I have been going to BeautyTime for over 2 plus years and they are absolutely amazing. Not only are the lash technicians great and accommodate your needs but the customer service is out of this world.

They follow up with their clients usually via text to ask how your lashes are doing and if you have any issues. Just small things like that is what makes BeautyTime the best Eyelash extension business.

Highly recommended to someone new wanted to get Eyelash extensions or existing people.

I had tried few different places in Ottawa but Beauty Time is the best in town so far. They're professional and so honest with the client. My lashes was weak and damaged when I came to see them. Instead of offering me a new set, they recommended me to take a break and use their serum to growth my lashes. I appreciated their honesty. I have seeing them for more than 2 years and will never go anywhere else.

I got Russian 3-D extensions done by Lily and my experience was fantastic! She customized the service to my liking and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. Their pricing is also very good for the quality of the services they provide and they follow all necessary COVID-19 safety regulations. I would %100 recommend coming here and supporting this business.

My lashes after a week still look like brand new. I love them. The staff and technicians were absolutely amazing. The salon is very clean. I like how they have the shield between the client and technician during covid time. Highly recommend this place!

I cant believe it takes almost 3 hours for a fullset and 1hr 40mins for a refill but the retentions cant even stay properly to the second week. They even tried to increase the price after lockdown. I feel like the technician is just a junior technician and trainee with those skills. Its not worth to spend that much for such a poor quality of lashes. I would not recommend this place.

I had a lovely experience at Beauty Time. I booked a lash lift and eyebrow tint with My Linh, she was fantastic and talked me through the procedure. The entire staff was super professional and the measures they take to keep staff and clients feeling covid safe are above and beyond.

My experience with Beautytime has been outstanding. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions with them for over a year, and every set comes out more beautiful than the last. Not to mention they last so long! All of the technicians are highly skilled and super kind. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and the atmosphere is really relaxing and pleasant during the appointment. I also really appreciate the COVID precautions put into place.

Edit: I'm amending my review as the salon reached out to fix the lash lift at no additional charge with a different technician, and it turned out fantastic and exactly how I was expecting them to look!

I almost never write reviews, and it's unfortunate that the one time I do, it's a bad review.
I came in for a lash lift today with My Lingh. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and staff were professional and friendly. The service itself however was very underwhelming and disappointing. I didn't want to cause a fuss at the salon but it definitely was not worth the $75 they charged me, there was literally zero visible difference and the lashes weren't curled at all and still drooped like they normally do. I'm just really disappointed and will not be coming back to this salon which is a shame since it's super close to me.

This is by far the best eyelash studio and technicians! They are so diligent with infection control, everyone is so nice and kind! Lily has been doing my lashes and she is AMAZING! Her technique and skills are on pooooint, my lashes last anywhere between 1 month 1/2 - 2 months and then I just get a fill! I highly recommend Beautytime and Lily

My wife went to get her first set of lash extensions from Beauty Time and she was thrilled with the final result. They took the time to find out what she wanted and matched the looked she asked for based on her eye size and facial features. The shop is nicely laid out, clean and quiet. The technicians are friendly and very happy to help and answer any questions you have. It was so easy to book an appointment. What impressed her the most is the recommended a patch test to make sure she didn’t have a reaction the lashes or the adhesive before she spent the money on a whole set! Amazing salon! Highly recommend it!

My favorite beauty salon for eyelash extensions! So much worth driving all the way from Gatineau to Barrhaven. Staff are so professional and friendly, Jamie is my favorite technician. So perfectionist and patient. Highly recommended!

Love & Trusted lash place in Ottawa! The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Precautions in place- very clean, hand sanitizer at the front door, Plexi barricades up between beds, and plastic coverings on beds. Ive had my lashes done by Karly multiple times and love them! They look beautiful Everytime. I get a follow up text to make sure my lashes are still looking good after a week. Defineitly recommend this place!
