They refused me and my pet, didn't try to help at all, the girls working were rude and didn't care about my pet only cared about closing in a half hour. I dont suggest them. Everyone says they help exotic pets but they won't.

Dr. Raj is amazing and kind. My animals have been with him for over 10 years; he's the best vet we've ever had!

Highly recommend. They have such loving, caring and knowledgeable staff here. They go above and beyond for your fur babies and love them as much as we do.

Thank you Dr. Raj for your kindness and compassion. Our family could see that he had genuine empathy for our situation. He explained our cat's diagnoses in a way that we understood. This enabled us to make a decision to ease our sweet kitty's suffering. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. We will miss our Gimli forever.

My dog loves going for a car ride to Beaver Creek lol. Dr. Rebecca is great with her and everyone who works here is so nice.

The staff are wonderful to talk with! The Vets all I can say is wow love them each and every time. 20 years they have taking care of 5 of my Animals.

While I appreciate the work they did not killing my dog, I was told my pregnant dog had 7 healthy heartbeats and all puppies moving around. Dr.advised me we probably shouldn't rush a c-section. "It would be better if she gave birth naturally. " "She's doing good. "
When they called back, I had 3 live puppies and the rest (5) had died. She actually had 8 in there. Other vet said. "Yeah, most of the time these breeds need a c-section. " ‍️ Not impressed at all. Then charged me full price of 2800 bucks and change for this service. The staff is really nice, but I would recommend going elsewhere if you need anything surgery or puppy related.

Great vet, they do an amazing job really great with anything with pets oral care too my cat has had teeth removed in the past with great results been visiting for years with no issues:)

I don’t even know what to say about this clinic. All 3 of our animals have extreme anxiety at the vet office. The staff here have never been judgemental or made me feel as though I’m doing something wrong as an owner! They are so willing to work with us and they follow my animals leads. We’ve been clients with them for over 4 years now and we will never go to another vet. I never feel price-gouged, I never feel pressured for services, and I fully trust all the staff. They work so hard to run a smooth clinic and we’re so thankful to be their clients! Keep up the amazing work.

Beaver Creek, has been our Vet Clinic twice, 2006-2007 when we first lived in St Thomas and when we returned in 2018. They have taken care of our Golden both times and assisted us when we had to say goodbye to her. We now have two young dogs we bring there. The Staff has always been professional, friendly and caring. A great place to bring your pet to for all their care needs.

Dr. Rebecca Phillips was amazing with my cat Max and all th techs and front-of-office staff I have met are so committed to pet health and well being.

Five stars just doesn’t seem adequate. Once again, Dr. Raj and the amazing staff at Beaver Creek Animal Hospital (and Belmont Veterinary Services) have gone above and beyond to help one of our beloved pets. Our sweet 10 week old American Cocker Spaniel puppy, Oakley, required emergency surgery this afternoon after our senior shepherd very unexpectedly bit her face and caused her eye to hemorrhage and come out of its socket. Dr Raj did his best to save the eye and to relieve Oakley of pain as quickly as he could. We truly cannot thank Dr Raj and his amazing team enough for taking such fantastic care of our sweet girl. Even while multitasking and juggling a completely full schedule and being completely exhausted, they remained calm and professional and, most importantly, empathetic and kind. THANK YOU! ️

I recently lost my best friend for the last 10yrs. They were very compassionate and let me take the time I needed to say goodbye. They took care of all the things I need to send my pet off properly. Once back the same kind of compassion was there as the day I brought him in. Top notch people very caring and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this veterinarian service to anyone who is looking. Thank you for your caring staff. Excellent service.

Fantastic. Very help full and understanding and caring in our families time of grief over the loss of our fur baby jynx. Our family is very gratefull for the service we recieved. Everything was explained and options fur our fur babies. Misty is doing much better even though we know eventually the cancer will take her but we get to have more time with her due too meds. People are nice but they obviously have only dollar signs in their eyes. They wanted $1750.00 for blood test, urine test and an xray.

I called to book our sweet dog an appointment but they told me they refuse to see her cause she hasn't been there in the last 2 years they were her vet for so long then nothing. Do NOT go. They do not care about you or your animals

Not a good place to take your animal if it's sick they won't help you and before Christmas my dog was sick and had to be put down and they still didn't help me

We have been going to Dr. Raj and his loving, trusting, caring, versatile, knowledgeable staff for over 10yrs now with our (TOTALS) 9 pugs and the 38 puppies from our breeding adults for 1st vet check and 1st shots, an injury almost leading to amputation (but unnecessary because of their treatment here) and an emergency call when 1 of those pups had a bad allergic reaction and we were terrified, simple vaccines and check upsto our 2 Beloved Pugs Dalilla & Jethro who have crossed the rainbow bridge and we didnt know what to do next and they handle (the most dreaded) anal glands still greeting u with a smile and make sure u have all the info u need. They may treat the animals for medical things, but their true gift is dealing with us emotional humans! It's a gift they all are blessed with. From Ports Pug Palace, we love you guys!

This is a really big over simplification of the matter but here we go. Don’t ever take your pet to beaver creek animal hospital in St. Thomas. We brought my dog Sam in because he had become deathly sick. The people at the vet did an X-ray of him and said he had multiple tumors and that they could rupture at any moment killing him. When we asked where the tumors were located they couldn’t precisely point to where but they still kept saying that he’d surely have a rupture soon. They had said the only way to fix him would be a splenectomy which would have over a 50% chance of killing him in surgery due to his old age. On a hunch I had felt that they were lying so we went to a vet in Aylmer named “Imperial road animal hospital” to get a second opinion on the matter. The vet in Aylmer said it was near impossible to tell if our dog had tumors from an X-ray so we did an ultrasound in Aylmer. When the vet came back with the ultrasound he said our dog had no tumors, just turns out he had a really badly enlarged spleen and liver. Due to this we put my dog on steroids and he’s recovered back to normal for quite some time now due to the steroids getting rid of all the excess inflammation. In short the vet based in Aylmer saved my dogs life by putting him on steroids while the one here in St. Thomas was willing to do a very possibly deadly surgery for more cash. Whatever you do, if you truly care for your animal as much as I do mine don’t go to beaver creek animal hospital. Basically in short the vet in St. Thomas was willing to bet my dogs life on a surgery that may not have only not fixed the issue but very easily may have killed him.

This is one of the last independant vet clinics. We started coming here earlier this year as we were unhappy with our prior vet and their lack of caring. The people at Beaver Creek make you feel like family and treated our pets like they were their own. This is the only place we will go moving forward. So glad to have found them.

Raj and his team is the best! Always feel comfortable leaving Peanut there when we have to. Amazing staff!

Amazing, amazing vet! The last month we've had so many ups and downs with our senior dog. While Dr Raj is our main doctor we see.we have managed to see Dr Tracy, Dr Laura and also Dr Rebecca in the last month. All took such good care of our boy along with listening to our concerns and information we researched on our own. They've always worked along side us to find the best treatment in all 3 of our pups. They've squeezed us in on a handful of emergencies. Big, big part in helping us save our old man and hopefully have him a little longer! Thank you to the staff at Beaver Creek!

This was our first visit with our new kittens. I was so impressed with the staff. Doctor Rebecca was fantastic with making the cats feel comfortable. She was genuinely interested in making sure that the visit went smoothly. The checkup was thorough and she took as much time that was needed. The office staff was just as nice. Great customer service. I am very happy to have found my "forever" vet for my cats

We use Jared as a vet and we cannot rave about him enough! He is knowledgeable and kind to our dog. He is not pushy and gives lots of options and suggestions when possible. We have also never had a vet tech that we didn't love! They are the kindest people and you can tell they love animals by the care they provide.

The front desk staff are always extremely friendly even when very busy. We order our food from the vet and they always offer to help us carry it out to the car. We always highly recommend this vet to all of our friends and family.

Have given this clinic several try’s to get our extensive pet files transferred from our vet after moving to the area. Need to obtain refills of pet prescription medications and pet check ups. After 5 drop in follow up visits over 2 months, they still have yet to request the file. Something is not adding up and guessing possibly understaffed or just don’t need or want new clients. I’m done wasting time and will move on. Have never in all my years working with vets and their support teams have I come across anything like this.

Dr Raj is the most amazing Vet. He happens to be our Vet. He has saved pur babies at their worst. We are very fortunate. Would not take my Furbabies anywhere else ever. There are other Vet's available as well. Top notch care.

Horrible customer service, had to put a pet down and was treated horrible, made to wait for everything, I will never go back to this location again for any of my animals.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet office. My small breed dog has required two extensive surgeries which have both been completed at their office. I did not know why my dog was not walking correctly and they were able to diagnose the issue in a very timely manner at the initial visit. They always ensure they have the best team focused on your pet.

Yes, vet bills do add up and multiple tests do need to be run to ensure all possible causes are explored when a pet is not their usual self. I have had an explanation from the office behind every test and xray completed. They are always happy to clarify any questions. I have found the prices to be very fair compared to other vets in the area. Pets do not have the financial health coverage we have as humans, unless pet insurance is bought, and just like humans sometimes multiple tests and scans must be done to find the health issue. Care for a pet does cost a substantial amount of money when an unexpected issue occurs.

The customer service from the staff is always amazing whether you are speaking with them over the phone or at the office. I personally believe pets are in the best care at this vet and I will continue to take all current and future pets here.

We started going here when we first got our pup. Our visits started out really good, they know their stuff and have good knowledge. But We found it got really expensive after a while. (not only for ongoing puppy vaccinations but for un-needed visits I found.) I really started to frown on this place when they had trimmed our pups nails and every single one of them bled.
