After a decade of using my Zojirushi rice cooker, the interior pot is severely scratched and flaking. The rice cooker itself is completely fine, so it seemed like a waste to buy a new one. I’m happy to be able to buy a replacement part. Shipping was surprisingly very fast and I received my order in perfect condition within 48 hours of placing my order. Price of the replacement is a bit high, but still better than buying a brand new rice cooker.

Brought my Zojirushi rice cooker for change of clock battery. Battery was changed for 44$ and clock was shown to me as working while there. When I tried to make rice at home it turned out that nothing else apart from the clock worked anymore. They destroyed my rice cooker. When I called to find a solution given I live more than an hour away, they were non cooperative. I couldn’t even get a refund!

Good, reliable online store where I purchased Zojirushi kneading blades for us and my parents in law. One pair was for bb-cec20 and another pair bb-pac20. Picked them up, although they have had flat rate 7$ in Toronto (did not check other regions). I am very happy for 54$ to have 4 new blades! Our breadmaker is 3.5 years old (bb-pac20) and parent's in law (bb-cec20) is 9 years old!
