By far the most courteous and reliable building managers, I always feel safe knowing I can come to them with any building issue and have it resolved without question. These are uncertain times and to feel secure in your own space is important - Betty and Kaz have been a saving grace for myself and my family. Highly recommend.

They are both highly responsive to any questions and they keep the building spotless, especially during these COVID-19 times. I've lived here for 5 years and have had a very plesant experience with Drewlo. The landlords are always really attentive and always available. Halls are always clean, the foyer looks very ritzy and there is always someone cleaning it. The rent is extremely reasonable and we have on-suite laundry which is amazing! Glass Balconies, room with a view, what more could a girl ask? All in all very happy with Drewlo. I should also add all the neighbors are very quite, we have had no noise issues since we've moved in.

Clean secure building with a welcoming lobby. Units with en suite laundry, storage, dishwasher, huge balcony. Fitness room, pool, sauna, bike room.
This is a well maintained, professionally managed building. If you are looking for a quiet, safe, clean place to rent, this is for you.

We have lived at 1460 Beaverbrook Avenue (Beaverbrook Towers) for one year. It has been a wonderful experience. The proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and amenities has been really convenient.

We are pleased with our decision to relocate here. The community is diverse in nature: young adults, retirees and families.

Kas and Betty are the superintendents, here. They are professionals on every level. They take great pride in keeping our building in impeccable condition, In addition, Kas and Betty are caring and kind to all. Hats off to you both for making 1460 a pleasant place to live!

The property has a warm and comfortable appeal and the building managers Kas and Betty are friendly and really care about not only the property but the tenants as well. I don't often write reviews but My grandfather lives at 1460 Beaverbrook and has had an exceptional experience. The location is fantastic for him and the apartment is as well. I have to give a lot of credit to Betty and Kas (the new building managers!) who are always going out of their way to help my grandfather when I'm not around whether its fixing something or help with paperwork! I have heard that Betty even collects mail for a blind lady in the building and hand delivers it to her apartment!? I would definitely recommend living here! Finally some good Management
