I dont even know where to start, we were visiting niagara falls with our family for the first time. The beavertails and the poutine were so good. Excellent portion size filling for our family. Akanksha served us and great! Will definitely come back for great food.

Super clean store and very quick service, staff were very friendly, specially akanksha was very professional. The prices are very reasonable compared to other outlets at Cliftonhill.

It was my first time, the service was excellent given by Abhay, I was confused at once but he suggested me n was polite. Great experience!

We brought our singing tour group from Canadian Baptist Bible College to enjoy some beavertails. It was delicious! A big thank you to Lisa and Marian for quick and friendly service!

I have visited beavertails very few times but whenever i visit this place i get positive response from the employees working there, Especially from Abhay, Places like beavertails need these types of employees who attract more customers. No doubt the tails were amazing too.

Always a stop when in Niagara Falls, whether it’s for dessert or a snack. We usually get the triple trip but also tried the bananarama this time which was great as well. The lady today was very pleasant and joked with us which always makes for a great experience. The beaver tails are freshly made and are hot and delicious.
Suggestions for improvement: the packaging as it always gets super messy, the wait time which can be long BUT that’s the price you pay when you want something freshly made! And lastly the space is designed a bit awkwardly so it is a little hard to find a spot when waiting for your order or a spot to eat inside. Overall, great product and customer service!

We generally like beaver tails but this experience was a little disappointing.

Our beaver tail was supposed to be choco vanil but it was drenched in so much chocolate sauce and was super sweet. Could not taste the vanilla at all! Maybe some people likes that though.

This Beavertails is probably the best that i have had. Dhuruv, Krish and Ray were amazing! Definitely will recommend it!

Very tasty treat but for us personally it was just a little bit too sweet. We thought it was gonna be something different and unique to canada but it is just regular fried dough lol. They offer a lot of different toppings so everybody can find something they like.

Absolutely delicious! They were kind enough to cut it into enough pieces so we all got a bite and it was a tad less messy than it could’ve been. Dough was chewy and flavorful!

Got the hotdog thing and it wasn’t very good, had the maple tail and it’s good, more pastry like than funnel cake. I’d get the actual beaver tail again but I wouldn’t get the hotdog or fries again. It felt expensive for what it is.

The shop’s location is best all the ice cream are vegan except some. Service is quick to clear long line ups. The taste of Nutella was awesome combination of sweet and salt ️️

Très bon lieu pour découvrir les fameuses queues de Castor. J'ai testé le classique au Nutella. Elles ssont préparées minute au moment de la commande. Le beignet est plutôt grand, parfait à partager.

Simple but delicious! Definitely recommend a stop. New location same great taste. Would be great if they brought back the maple pecan with chocolate. It is by far my favorite.

Got 2 BT, and I liked them a lot, they were chocolate, much better than funnel cake, place was packed, service was slow.

Got to experience the World Famous Beaver Tails while in Canada. I got the Bananarama and loved it! Serves hot to you so you know it’s made fresh. If I were you, I’d skip the ice cream. Neither my husband or I liked the ice cream and it didn’t add anything to the beaver tail. Due to covid you can’t sample the ice cream, so just trust me:)

We got strawberry cheesecake, the classic and bananarama. It was damn delicious. The sweetness was exact like not too sweet.

Absolutely delicious and unique experience. Donut dough but crunchy more like a churro. We got the mehple which had the right amount of mehple syrup so it wasn't overwhelming sweet. A little pricey but worth trying at least once

This is a first time that I am so disappointed with my beaver tail. I always order the killaloe sunrise and it was not only very oily, the oil tasted bad! Wonder if they’ve ever changed the oil?

Great location everything was delicious and store was very clean. Was worth the 45 mins wait. Manager was wonderful and helpful we had a large order 11 people Nd he was able to suggest options to make it cheaper.

My daughter walked in with a walker to go get a Beaver tail at this location. She used all her strength to get up Clifton Hill and was received by.can you go back outside and wait outside How rude was this unreal. My daughter is a health care worker that got Covid 19,2 years ago and is still struggling with her health. I will never set our feet in this place.

I Had the coco vanil, it looked very nice and it had a unique sweet taste, very delicious!

I came to the store last night, Service was good, but my beavertail was half burnt, it was so hard to chew. Maybe next time make sure you don’t keep it in hot oil for a long time.

Fresh and delicious! The staff at this location followed covid protocols such as maintaining the capacity limits. Great service overall.

WAY. TOO. SWEET! If you're going to get a beaver tail, MAKE SURE you get it plain or with MINIMAL toppings. The beaver tail itself tasted great, but with sugar on top of sugar.even though I have a massive sweet tooth, was still TOO MUCH!

Ohhhhh soooo gooooddd, had Reese before which is amazing, and this time had skor which I think was even better! Ooie gooie goodness!

The beavertail I had was fresh and well made. I usually get the coco vanilla and the staff made it as good as the other beavertails store.

The staff was really friendly, quick to make my order and had great suggestions for add on such as hot choco.

The place is really convenient and close to the centre of downtown and other popular attractions.

For junk food it is good. I would avoid this location as they are nickle and dimeing customers. We went there bought 4 of the more expensive ones and were told we weren't able to get boxes without paying for them. Now we wont go back and the extra 2 bucks they conned us out of will be the last of the money they get from us. The Churro place next door is bomb good and better service.

Get a beaver tail. For newbies just start with the cinnamon sugar. That Is the basic. Thw ones with toppings are too much too sweet. The cinnamon sugar is fried heaven

The famous ''beavertail'' is a flat doughnut-like pastry - resembling a pizza. You can choose from a variety of topping style to have it your way. It's big enough to share! Watch out. It makes a mess!
My favorite is definitely the maple sugar one.

It can be pretty busy here. But do not get discouraged by the length of the line, orders are taken fast and the kitchen usually have them out in only a few minutes.
After your order is placed, wait on the side and they will call each order out loud.

*This location is not a safe place for nut allergic people as the same tools will be in contact with all orders.

Spent two days in Canada and had beaver tails breakfast. We tried the Oreo and the brownie which were delicious! The owner is sooo sweet and friendly. I would def recommend if you are visiting the area to try these! I can only find two locations in the US near where I am currently located (but it’s still over 3 hours to get to them)

Yum! BeverTails are a delicious sweet treet. There are many different options to choose from so there is something for everyone. I tried the Nutella banana one and it was so good. I highly suggest trying a BeaverTail if in the area.

This was my favorite part of our entire trip. Such a warm gooey melty delicious treat. I am sad we couldn't go back and try more kinds. We have to go back to Canada sometime to get more Beaver Tails!

Every time we go to Niagara Falls, we need to go there, not to mention my husband is obsessed. We usually go with Oreo and Hazelnut or Cinnamon sugar. They taste great! It is dough fried with the toppings you choose. It is a super sweet treat, if you don’t want to consume that much sugar, skip it or have the plain one. Also, one is more than enough for a person. Service was good and quick, I believe there is always going to be a little bit of wait, but it is worth it.

Kind of like a flat crispy donut, pick your topping. Lots of Nutella based toppings, with candy, cookies and icing varied (the Nutella is the glue to hold the other stuff on). Tasted great!

Excellente queue de castor et servie rapidement! Cependant, l'employé qui nous l'a servie n'avait aucune attitude ni aucun sourire! Il avait l'air de quelqu'un qui avait hâte de terminer son quart de travail. Un sourire ne coûte rien, mais ça fait tellement la différence! C'est pour cette raison que je donne 4 étoiles sur 5.

Yummy in the tummy! We ordered the "Triple Trip". Oh my! A brief wait while they prepared it. Don't even think about counting calories! It is not inexpensive but it is warm, fresh and very tasty! Go for it!

These sweet treats were fantastic. On our last day there we wanted to use the last of our money. My wife wanted to order a cheesecake beaver tail but accidentally ordered the Apple one. She put all the left over change in the tip jar. Then when she realized it she asked how much extra it would cost to switch, but it was more than we had so we just left it alone and then to our surprise they upgraded her Beaver Tail for free! I got the Maple Pecan, which I liked better than the cheesecake.

BeaverTails were very good. We had the regular (cinnamon and sugar), apple pie and chocolate with bananas. All of them were very good.

Stop in for a sweet treat. I'd suggest getting a beaver tail and not the sunday though. The dough is fried and the sunday ended up kinda greasy while the tail head a chance to drip dry a bit more. Still best treat we had on our latest trip to Niagara.

Delicious snacks. I was told that this was a must try and I am sure glad I did. Highly recommend this to everyone! Don't leave Canada until you've had one.
