Food is great as always but service at this location is top notch. Pardeep always welcome with a smile, really kind and patient with our order. Really happy with the service here!

This place is very hygenic and has a very good atmosphere. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful especially pardeep singh who is very hardworking and helpful employee.

I was looking forward to trying the poutine here after reading the amazing reviews. However, I just received my uber order and the gravy is extremely salty, fries are so greasy and it's just a mushy soggy mess.

Very dissapointed.

Ordered 2 beaver tails via Uber Eats and they were very disappointing; the pastry was as thin as a cracker to the point of where it was crispy and crunchy. Almost seems like they are trying to save on the amount of dough they are using.

The pastry was surprisingly light even though it was deep fried. It was a good experience overall.

Had a wonderful lunch experience on April 3rd. The staff member was so pleasant and the poutine was one of the best outside of Quebec that I have ever had.

Amazing customer service and great yummy dessert. The beaver tails and the bites were absolutely scrumptious. Lovepreet and Mehak were so helpful and so sweet, my kids were just in awe how sweet they were. This will be my go to dessert spot. ️

Whoever was working Monday March 20th had a headphone in one ear in a phone call, while ordering I got “huh” multiple times as a response cause she has someone else talking in her ear making me have to re say what I said. I ordered the beaver tail bites, got home to eat them and found 2 French fries in my box too.

Edit. Visited the location for a second time, Sunday April 2nd. Same lady working tonight handles money from the cash register then the beaver tails right after without changing her gloves. Enough said…….

I’ve always known of BeaverTails but have never tried them. They are fantastic. The service from Harry will have me back again for sure.
