Beechmount Pools

I contacted several companies to ask for help with some pool issues; Beechmount was literally the only company that said they could come out and take a look. They determined that I needed a new liner (amongst other things) and, due to timing, they offered to do a simple repair to hold me over for the rest of the season. This was greatly appreciated - I was able to continue to use the pool and also save up for the bigger project.

After the winter, they came to replace the liner, fixed the issues I was having beyond that, and did a phenomenal job. The crew showed up on time, every time, they were friendly and obviously knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, helped me understand my options, and completed the work on time and on budget. I will absolutely call Beechmount first the next time I need anything related to my pool.

JASON and BRANDO were like having wonderful guests over when they closed our pool.explained things we wanted to know and worked seamlessly to a perfect finish! Wish all people were so freakin nice.

Great people to deal with and good prices. Answered all my questions, tested my water for free. Definitely using their store and services again.

Beechmount crew has been opening and closing the pool for years; always polite, efficient and have never had a issue. During this years opening a part of the pump system broke (because of age) and Ryan made a special trip to ensure it was fixed asap.

Great crews who have serviced our pool for nearly 10 years. All of the staff in the store are great as well. Their entire team is knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I have lacked on maintaining the pool, their expertise has brought us back to tip top shape. Trustworthy and reliable.

Back story (shortened for easy reading)

My truck broke down at the far end of this parkinglot. I spent 4 hours calling 14 auto places to find a M12 x 1.25 x 35mm grade 10.9 bolt. Unfortunately the only thing I could get my hands on was a 40mm that I assumed by eye should be passable to limp home with relative safety.

I was wrong, and after paying $50 for a taxi to and from the store and performing roadside repairs with a cheap 8" adjustable wrench in cold November rain the only option was to make up the 5mm after most auto parts places were closed.

Enter: Beechmount Pools

I walk in just before closing with the inquiry "do you do pool installation? " Thinking if they did they would possibly have a variety of hardware and maybe a washer or 2 that would fit my bolt.

They informed me they didn't do installation but proceeded to politely inquire about my situation. Most likely noticing the look of defeat after hours of effort to diagnose and resolve my roadside problem.

After a pleasant conversation and laughing about the situation I was in they proceeded to go in the back with my bolt and look for something to accommodate the need I was in.

This individual spent a good 20 minutes after closing at this point digging through things and managed to locate something to get me on my way.

Thanks so much for all your assistance in helping me. It would have been so much easier to say "sorry, we probably don't have anything to assist" and send me on my way.

But they put in a little effort and sympathy for my situation and it is greatly appreciated.

Side Note: I do hope to do some renovations in the future that will accommodate a hot tub and will definitely make the effort to inquire about service even though I'm from Fergus.

I appreciate good people and in my opinion it's situations like this that outline the measure of a person's character.

Thomas and Aldous did a great job closing my above ground pool and were very professional. Their willingness to explain the process of closing an above ground pool was also much appreciated.

I only use Beechmount for all my pool needs! Just had my pool closed for the winter and the 2 employees that came were amazing as always!

We bought a hayward sand filter in early May 2020. I quickly noticed sediment deposits in the deep end. It was so bad I had to clean the pool daily. When I contacted Ryan he said it was normal. This year I still had a problem. Again he said it was "normal". Last week I contacted the Hayward company to be told the sediment was either from too much sand or the laterals were defective. Obviously they were aware of the problem. Be careful if you purchase equipment from Beachmont because from my experience Ryan will not stand behind his products.

Terrible customer service had used them for many years, now they put a new pump in and it leaks.they now have refused to come fix the problem or even address it. I guess since they got paid they think the job is done.trust me this is not going away.taking advantage of people is wrong and needs to be corrected.

Thomas and Andres removed our water and old pool liner today in 35 degree weather. They were friendly, efficient and were able to get our pool ready for the new liner in no time. We are so impressed with their work. And they cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend!

I have been extremely happy with the service we have received from beechmount over the years. This year they installed a new liner for us and from start to finish they have been professional and easy to work with. Ryan has been flexible and supervised the install and we could not be happier with how the new liner looks.
