It was a great experience. I got gel extensions done and they only cost 73$. The people where so nice and gentle with my hands. 10/10 would recommend going.

I have been to this spa to do my nails acrylic, my eyebrows and a pedicure. I think this spa is the best I've ever been to in Ottawa! They are so good at what they do. I'll never go anywhere else:)

Extremely slow. I called to make an appointment for a manicure. The owner said ok and hung up without getting my name or number. I showed up at the time of the appointment and waited an hour before anyone started working my nails. Some of the other customers had been waiting or sitting around after various stages of their treatments for over an hour.

End result was fine and the place is conveniently located for me. However, due to the poor service, I'll probably look for another spot.

Edit: docked another star, because my nails started chipping the same day, a few hours after I wrote the review!

She broke skin on two different visits, didn't put enough polish on my nails and rushed the appointment. Super disappointed.

Rushed the manicure even if there was no reason to, filed my skin on two fingers till they were raw, uneven clipping

I have a great experience every time I come here, the atmosphere is great. Was just there a few days ago and got a shellac pedicure and an acrylic fill, and it was relaxing and not rushed like some places. The shape of my nails were symmetrical on both hands and nicely done. I also get my eyebrows here sometimes, from the owner or manager, and she does a great job. Definitely would recommend, but make sure to make an appointment. It is a little pricey, but good quality so worth it.

Honestly my nails are horrible. My nails were lumpy from the start. They are only doing dip powder and within 2 HOURS 4 of the nails broke! So I went back in and had an even worse experience that took almost 2 hours to fix four nails. The nails that got fixed aren’t the same length or shape. Then within the next couple days 3 more nails broke, the matte top coat was peeling off and I’ve had to resort to gorilla glue holding on my nails and repainting them. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK. Honestly saying it isn’t worth your time or money is an understatement!

Had powder dip done by Michelle and absolutely loved it! Michelle was very sweet and professional, my nails look so so good, the shape was perfect and can’t nearly notice that it’s powder dip, they look natural (not thick and weird). Wonderful place very clean and overall a pleasant experience, I can definitely recommend it!

I came to the salon to remove a shellac manicure and wanted to get a full set of dip powder nails. But after seeing the way the technician was filing my nail (the length didn’t match between each other) and that the tools did not seem disinfected - I changed my mind of getting a set. Ive been getting my nails done for a while at other salons and typically tools are supposed to be opened from a package in front of you to demonstrate that they have been disinfected, instead tool were laying on a tray and there was no way to check how they have been disinfected. After I raised my concerns to nail technical, they simply sprayed some alcohol on the tools.not convinced. After removing my shellac nail, removing cuticles and filing my nails super unevenly, a clear polish was applied. I got charged for three different services somehow totalling $35. For a service that typically costs $15. Oh and the best part - the clean nail polish has already started pealing after 2 hours.

Got my nails done here and the first nail fell off less than 24 hours later. Another fell off on the second day, and now on day 3 a third nail has fallen off. I do not recommend getting your nails done here if you want them to last

I got a great shellac manicure and pedicure from here for the same price as my last manicure at a different place - and it looks better! They had no problem accommodating me at the last minute, although I went first thing in the morning on a weekday, so it might be a good idea to get an appointment at other times. I've had a hard time finding a salon in Ottawa with the right balance of quality and cost, but I think this is it!

Horrible service, can't speak much english so they can never understand you and can be very rude

The service is terrible. They have difficulty communicating, their prices aren't posted and vary from visit to visit for the same service. Yesterday a client sat in a pedi chair with her toes wrapped in foil asking "is she coming back? " Turns out she had been sitting there for over 45 minutes and her technician just walked out the door with out a word said. Everytime the woman asked if she was coming back the other technicians ignored her. The overall experience is never great. The staff make you feel like we're interrupting their day.but my daughter was happy with how her mani turned out.

I only come here to get my nails done. After getting acrylics done at another place, it took forever to come off because they used very bad products on me. The nail tech here then suggested I do dip powder nail extensions instead. I was very intrigued and gave it a try! They have won me over! I love the dip nails and it lasts me much longer than acrylics did and feels light-weight but sturdy. Also - the removal of dip nails is so much better as it just melts off!

I'm really happy with my pedicure! Everything was so thorough. I really appreciate how the girl went above and beyond and kept checking in with me. Also the leg massage was amazing. It wasn't like slathering lotion everywhere like other places I've been. There was a technique to it - fantastic!

I went in for a acrylic removal and a manicure, they kept accepting new customers and hopping between them. So they would do one finger and then get up and do someone else’s manicure/pedicure/eyebrows. It took almost 2 hours to get what I wanted done (which was literally just acrylic removal and a manicure without any color.) Plus the fact that because she wanted to finish my manicure in a rush by the end as she could tell I was getting frustrated, 4 of my nails started bleeding afterwards.

Just moved to this area and so happy I found this place. The only place I trust to take care of my nails. My artificial nails always lasts a good month plus and I love how they can do any shape and colour perfectly!

Had a dip powder manicure. It was done so well! Very light weight and looks amazing. I am very impressed with their services and will absolutely go back again.

I have gotten dip powder manicures here many times and they are so amazing. It lasts for almost a month and feels so light weight (not hard and tough compared to the other places I tried). The mani-pedi service is so relaxing and my feet come out so clean I am in awe. The staff are very hard-working and just the kindest people. They pay great attention to every detail and are just the best. Honestly, BRAVO!

Disappointing first visit! I had an appointment but had to wait because a group walked in few minutes before my appointment. Under staff, miss management, tension.
Negative first impression and the worst is that I got wart on my finger, even after 3 visits to the clinic it's still there. Very disappointed!

Im giving it two stars because I've had positive experiences in the past. The service is very inconsistent & the other reviews are correct when saying you will often wait much longer than your appointment time. However, my last experience was the final straw for me. While the manicure came out nice, the technician cut my finger (thumb) so badly that it was bleeding quite a lot (dripping down my finger) for 40 mins. It is now sore and red around the cut. Its not the first time I've been nicked there, so I would suggest opting out of the cuticle cutting. The other odd thing that happened was I had a $70 gift card, which they took in full for one shellac manicure - I'm almost positive that the shellac manicure was not that expensive last time I had it so I'm not sure what happened there. I will point out the technician did apologize, but manicures aren't supposed to be painful/stressful.
