Great beer store if you want room temperature beer. Easily the warmest beer store in Ontario. How about throwing some refrigeration into the high cost of beer.

I visit the Beer store on Bleams road every week and everytime I walk in the store I feel very comfortable with knowing that the staff are ready to serve you with whatever you may need. This past week on my usual Thursday morning visit I had a surprise when I parked my car and was in the process of opening my rear tailgate and a 24 case of beer emptied fell into the parking lot. Half the case was lost and the results in the parking area was a mess. As I was trying to start to pick it all up an employee witnessed or heard the crash. The employee was instantly out with the broom/ dustpan / container for the broken glass. She kept me calm about what had taken place. It was so appreciated to have that kind of caring and understanding. At this location I must say the employees are very professional and super friendly. It really makes me feel that the team deserve to be acknowledged for the job they perform

No matter how busy you can be you don't ignore a customer right in his face when he asks you a question, I don't do it at my work and I expect the same back.
Oh well they are not the only ones around anyway.never buying beer again in this location.

Great and knowledgeable Staff. They've got a huge selection + they are a few locations during this Covid to take your empties back.

They discriminate people and are ignorant! I had the worst beer store experience in my life this week!

It's a Beer Store. In Ontario. Owned by a foreign conglomerate. It sells beer. With zero competition. What more can be said?

First time since the lockdown taking empties back. Stepped in the door and lady at the cash glared at me and said “Ma’m you need to step outside and wait until the customer leaves. “. She said it very loudly and made me feel very bad. A nice young man came out and told me I could come in. During these trying times I think staff should treat customers a little better. There was no sign outside saying I had to wait outside!

Have tried online pick up at this location twice and had poor experiences both times. The first time I got a case that was leaking. The second time I was shorted individual cans from the (ordered 4 but got 3 but charged for 4). Online order said they 2 types were removed from the order as they were out of stock, but since I had to go inside to pick up the order I checked the shelves and they were both in stock

I love having a drive through at my local beer store. Literally the only reason I dont get it at Walmart.

Great Store. They were very busy the day I was in, like crazy busy.
The stock on things were low, but they were trying to fill the shelves.
Lots of staff working. They were able to find my beer in the back part of the store. The new paint job they got looks good as well.

They are doing a great job. The staff is doing the best they can with the current restrictions and what's going on. Hats off to all of you.

I go here all the time. Drive thru very convenient. Staff is friendly. The 11 o'clock closing time is awesome especially since I work late.

However, Budweiser tall cans seem to be a high commodity and they run out all the time. Lol other than that great place

Always has the beer stock. Never been disappointed with this place. Friendly staff and one of the best locations in kitchener. Additionally they have drive thru for beer

Best beer store in the tri cities where you going to get a drive through and grab your own beers off the shelf instead of having to get the person to grab it for you
