Loved the building, the design, the menu and furniture, and I appreciated the service, the staff was helpful and kind.

The food was overall ok, and portions were generous, but my chicken meat tasted old, as if it was defrosted and frozen again. I can't say for sure what happened, but that meat was definitely not fresh.

I've been a regular customer, but this time I was disappointed. The roast duck is not only carelessly presented, but also has broken bones; there are no pine nuts in the pine nut corn, and I asked the waiter why, he said that the chef forgot to add it, so he added it back to the pot; there is only half an egg in the egg fried rice. I feel like I will not come back again

Was here for a nice lunch with family and waited 3 hours to be served. It Once the food arrived, it was cold and lacked flavour. During the time we placed our order, took 30 minutes to let us know that certain dishes were sold out. Service is horrible here and clean up is also very slow. I highly recommend that as a restaurant, you make sure there’s a flow or you’re going to lose both customers and business.

Surprisingly great food I found it to be!
I had come here sporadically in the past 2 years. I happened to dine here last week with a large group of family (wife) members. Even though I do not like seafood I made an effort to try such delicacies as crab-meat & corn soup for example. I loved the ginger-beef and vegetable platter and assorted mushroom & Chinese vegetables among others. We were also well taken care by friendly staff especially the young waitress with the nice rose tattoos. Will definitely come back again with my family.
UPDATE: Today we had some sort of major issues with some of the dishes. Staff made the effort to correct it by not including them on our bill.

Waited 3 hours from getting a table to finishing our meal. Food came cold and had no flavour. They also ran out of the dishes we ordered.

The wood tables for groups of more than 4 or 5 are very uncomfortable. You cannot fit your knees under them unless you are short or small. The hard wood chairs are uncomfortable. The chicken in one dish didn't taste fresh. The service was slow initially even though the restaurant was not busy. The prices were reasonable.

Went there for dinner on my date, service was excellent as was the dishes. Highly recommend. And Kim was awesome

Beautiful place with nice food. The cutlery we were given clearly wasn't washed, though, which is a little concerning.

Taste wise the best dim sum in Ottawa. Decor is ho hum, service can be rather slow and indifferent.

My go to place for dim sum in Ottawa! Dishes are well seasoned and made fresh the biggest highlight that I recommend everyone gets if they go for dim sum here is their steam ginger squid. The best flavoured and freshest I’ve had in all of Ottawa!

I have been here a few times and I have forgotten to give a review.not this time the food is so delicious everything I try just amazing the flavor of the sui mai sticky rice ginger squid the list of plates I could rhyme off that I've tried. Go give it a try if you want authentic Chinese food and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The menu offered a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

The steamed fish tastes very good, the waiter Max has a very nice attitude and is skilled at removing fish

Very good customer service, food's tasty. Our family really enjoyed the gathering in the private room!
The areas of improvement, the interior is bit dated and needs refresh.

There was just something off about tonight's food it was just off. Still the best Chinese restaurant!

Very slow service in comparison to other dim sum places that I’ve been in Ottawa, they only had one server stand by during lunch time, don’t eat here in you are in a timely manner

Food was good but service was terrible. Some of the new servers seemed incompetent (waited 20+ mins for the table to be made ready, asked for water multiple times and never came)

Update - Feb 22. The quality of food has gone down as. Service is even worse than before

Not too many places in Ottawa that offers Peking duck - this place does, and it's very good. XieXie
