Lexus service center in McArthur ottawa is great, Chris was very patient and kind to help me few years ago, even today Chris and J. Pier are all nice to answer my questions, I highly recommend this service center

I had my suv stolen, recovered it took them
2 months to reprogram it. It was a lease car, I exceeded my rental with insurance and they didn’t even offer me a loner, plus the car turned off and wouldn’t turn on. I was stuck in the cold for 4 hrs because Lexus roadside was off on their times, and had to call another to come sooner. Do not buy Lexus rx350, they are highly stolen, then won’t even fix the security on their cars because they don’t care. I’ve lost thousands of dollars because the victim has to pay the price.

They don’t care about their clients or consumers. They don’t resolve your issues.

Having your car stolen will cause you anxiety paranoia stress, you will lose sleep. It’s not worth it. Buy a car that is safe, secure and gives you the peace of mind when you sleep.

Do not buy Lexus rx350! Beware

I recently purchased a NX 250 from Marc Vaillancourt and the whole experience was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also gave me all the information I needed on the car and took the time to answer all of my questions as I am a first time car buyer. I also appreciated how quickly they worked with me to process my paperwork. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and quality of the car I purchased; I highly recommend Belair Lexus and Marc to anyone in the market for a new car!

This dealership is the worst it has given my friend the hardest time ever she’s under so much stress, her car got stolen and now they are charging her for everything and she did nothing poor lady. She needs justice for what your are/have out her through!

Very poor customer service especially from the senior management team. Sales Manager promised to get back to me and never bothered too. I have leased with this dealership 4 times in the past and this time the experience was terrible.

Marc Vaillancourt is great to deal with: He provides exemplary service and is great ambassador for the lexus brand. He goes above and beyond, and is always available, even after hours. I’ve done 4 transactions with Marc over the last 10 years, and he has always been a pleasure to deal with. He knows his products and the passion for the work he does is evident. They really take serious care of there customers. Update- still great service. Had to go in to get a new fob programmed. I was in a rush to leave and forgot my phone there. They had already found it and held it for me until I picked it up later that day. Service with a smile and people you can trust!

I have been dealing with the various teams at Bel Air -Lexus for over 20 years Its been a pleasure as I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership (4 Lexus and 1 Toyota). They are so committed to maintaining an excellent relationship with the customer. They communicate well, are responsive to your concerns on your vehicle and most of all treat you with respect, dignity and courtesy on every visit. I also own a Mercedes sport car (SL 500) and they service it as well. I have never experienced bad service from any employee at this dealer.

Its a pleasure to deal with the ownership group of the Parent family, the service team led by Christopher, Andre as a service advisor, Cliff teams in parts and all the others that make this dealership great!

From the moment my wife and I stepped into the dealership they made it a point to say we want your business and we will bend over backwards to make it happen. All the paperwork was taken care by Marc and Parisa and on Friday July 19, I took delivery of my NX300.

The failure at Belair Lexus begins and ends with Andre Bissonnette and Christopher Bouchard. Belair Lexus serviced my car June 24,2019.
Followed by a hand wash.

When I took possession of the car, I asked the car washer if he used a new cloth - as everyone with common sense knows reusing clothes will pick up grit from one car and could scratch the next one. If 30 cars a day are washed per Andre Bissonnette who said doesn't even know if the car washer ever cleans/changes his wash clothes at all, you have yourself a pliable sheet of sandpaper. The result of laziness or incompetence. In response to my question, the car washer said "No! ". Followed by someone known as "Sloppy Rob" who wears sunglasses on his head like a ladies headband, lurker of the Belair grounds: "Pfffff.what do you think we use a new cloth on every car? ! ".

On the drive home I noticed a scratch in the windshield that ran the entire width from top to bottom, almost 2 feet long. Once home I realized the entire car was covered from end to end in deep scratches and deep swirl marks. Whatever scratched the glass windshield destroyed the previously pristine paint finish on my car. Aging it 10 years. I've attached an image of Andre Bissonnette and Christopher Bouchard's platinum service standard.

I called Andre Bissonnette to explain what occurred and brought it in at his request to inspect the damage. Andre Bissonnette says Belair Lexus can try to buff it out but Belair Lexus "won't do it for free! ". Applying wax would temporarily disguise the damage but not remove it. I originally booked a buffing appointment, then cancelled it. What a fool I was being taken for by Andre Bissonnette, my car was damaged in his care, then adds insult to injury demanding a price to mask it. But most of all, given their non-existent car wash standard, i worried their buff guy would make the finnish worse. Played it safe and went to somewhere competent.

I paid to have a new windshield installed July 15. On July 16 I had an oil change scheduled and upon paying the bill was told by Christopher Bouchard they would no longer service my car.

Until this experience at Belair Lexus, my view of the Lexus brand was positive. After dealing with Andre Bissonnette and Christopher Bouchard, I certify from my experience that they embody the stereotype of the Sleazy Dealership.

A word of caution: take your car somewhere else. It could save your car's paint from destruction.

I had my car inspected by this dealership service department immediately after hitting a huge pothole. My car had instantly developed a really bad shimmy - so bad that I was worried that there was something really damaged. After the inspection I advised that I needed a part from the USA that would arrive in 8-10 days, which was ordered. I specifically asked if my car was safe to drive in the interim because no work was done, and I was told by the advisor that yes it was. I trusted that this was true, despite the constant shimmy (which I did continue to worry about - but they’re the experts). So 9-days later the wheel comes off just as I was approaching the 417 (could have been fatal if this had happened going 100 kms). I towed it in that night. Next day I’m told that the wheel coming off is related to a ball joint, so they are not responsible to cover the cost. So I wonder what they inspected, if not everything that could have been impacted by the pot hole incident! I would have thought that would have included steering, ball joints, axle, control arm, etc. I asked them to provide the inventory of what was inspected, and was told by the advisor that they couldn’t provide one. Suspicious in my view. And it gets better. They went ahead and did the repair that day because they had received the part that day, and didn’t call me with a quote for the labour or the ball joint before they proceeded. Because of this I had no option to take it somewhere less expensive (which I normally would not have considered but with their attitude had decided I might consider this), and because the repair was done, my insurance won’t cover it. There is also body repair work required because the wheel pushed into the wheel well when it came off. Because they are claiming no responsibility for this, I’m also on my own for this cost. After giving this company my business for over a decade, this is what I get from them. So people beware. This dealer is not about honesty and integrity. They’ve lost my business, and gained a legal battle as this is clearly negligence. It’s not about the money. It’s about doing the right thing.

I recently purchased a Lexus 250 H from Marc Vaillancourt at Belair. This is not the 1 st new Lexus I purchased from Marc and it will not be the last.
The purchasing experience afforded to me from my interest to the actual sale was absolutely 1 st rate. If there were 10 stars above, I would flatly state that Marc, Stephane, Parisa would deserve 10 stars. Wow, what a pleasure to interact with all-so caring-you would think that they were selling a car to a family member.
Why would a customer go elsewhere, I do not know.
Once you experience a Lexus at Belair Lexus, you will not desire to go anywhere else.
