This is hands down the worst insurance company. Even the big banks provided me a rate of a bundle deal (home and auto) that totalled less than how much I paid for auto alone at belair. Belair also lied to me from the get go giving me a number for the bundle deal when it turned out to be just for the auto alone. I am not making this up ppl. I found myself being charged an additional $55 out of nowhere come to find that is my home insurance.

They also admitted to their mistake with all of this and yet did not give me a refund? This was the most sickening company I have come into contact with ppl and that says a lot cus im from Canada where there is basically a monopoly on telecommunication.

The advisor was so professional, and she helped me to resolve my issue quickly. She even provides me an extra valuable info helped me to reduce my insurance rate.

This company is just a shame not worth at all! Customer service is useless, very unprofessional and vextremely poor. They are sending you million emails every day asking to get your quote which is completely fake as customer service calls asks exactly the same information what you put online while getting your quote and price is complitely different over the phone which is just rediculous.even desjardins, the most expensive company will not say such nonsense! Disgusting service!

This company is always lying and has zero customer care and never replies your calls and emails and always trying how to rep you so I won’t recommend belairdirect to no one and be careful not to get deceived by their lier staff zero star for them and I hope this company gets collapse soon because I have so bad experience with this company and I’ll never ever recommend it to no one

Extremely poor and very unprofessional customer service! Also they are asking to if you buy an insurance online you can have a discount and you can get your quote.when you are getting your online quote they are asking you to call to purchase the insurance and agents are telling you tripple prices which is not even close to what you got online.honestly guys what you do is just a shame and does not make any sense at all! Stop wasting peoples’s time!

My grandmother (75 years old) was with this company for 25 years, they missed 1 payment and belairdirect canceled their insurance and took them off. They had to go to another company.

Absolutely brutal, my grandmothers life was in turmoil for 2 weeks. Disgrace to our nation and communities.

I have 2 cars and a house insured for more than 5 years.they offered me automerit program in order to get car insurance discount but software has issue with Background app refresh that changes by itself from (always to while using the app)
I tried to contact them few times to fix the problem with the software and they promised to follow up with me but they never did and now they don't want to except the software problem and not calculating car discount.

I have never been so mistreated by a company. They interogated me, manipulated my words, and made me out to be a liar. I was simply asking for details about what my insurance covered should I have different needs in the future. I was looking to give them more business and instead they threatened to cancel me. Lesson learned - don't ask questions!

Belairdirect has great prices for home and auto. Nobody else could match their price for us. Only disappointment is they don't offer total replacement value on our sesonal residence.
