Kaan Demirci and Greg Fischer were the two young men who were sent from Belfor Property restoration today to move the boxes from my garage into my basement. They were on time, they were very helpful and polite and they made me feel comfortable asking them to move items as needed. They also took extra boxes and packing paper away which I greatly appreciated. A terrific job was done in a short period of time. Well done Kaan and Greg! A huge thank you to the entire Belfor Property Restoration team for a job well done!

We had flooding in the basement from a rainstorm. Belfor was at our home in a day for an emergency call. Once the rebuild was scheduled they sent out one of their carpenters to do the work which consisted of new insulation, painting, new drywall, etc. The carpenter Devon Vinandy did excellent work, very, very pleased with his work. He was professional, polite, always on time and very respectful. As for as my husband and I are concerned he went above and beyond with his repairs to our home, his workmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend Devon.

My vehicle was Intentionally blocked by another employee with old discarded fridges and freezers as a joke. I backed my vehicle out and pushed the fridge out of my way. Natasha some kind of manager idk what she actually does, came out and told me to me to put it back because she was watching me (apparently she missed the whole part where my vehicle was blocked) I refused and the prankster arrived shortly after and moved it himself. Natasha went ahead and got my manager to come and fire me. Another employee backed our cube truck into a homeowners garage 2 weeks ago and only got written up. But freeing my vehicle from being intentionally baraccadied gets me fired? Whether you're a potential employee or client, don't trust the management of this company. They are extremely unprofessional and driven by emotion.

After a flood in our recently renovated basement, our insurance company sent Belfor out for emergency cleanup and ultimately complete renovation of the basement.

Jason was wonderful in guiding us through the process and being available to answer questions and provide ideas and solutions when needed.

Dean and Devon did exceptional work and were friendly, professional, tidy, patient in walking us through their process and seemed passionate about their work. Thank you for a stellar job with the paneling.

The management team assigned to my account were intellectually and professionally dishonest (Chuck). Not to mention lacking in compassion, understanding and effective communication with someone who was going through the aftermath of a major traumatic event like a very serious house fire.

The attached photo is of an antique mirror with high sentimental value that was lost or stolen by Belfor employees.

Nicholas and Joshua cleaned up a shed today that had been torn down. They were quick, efficient and did a great job.

Flood damage to basement floor, these clowns took 2 weeks to do a max 4 day job removing water damaged panelling and flooring. Took out damaged walls with no concern for the fix needed, milked insurance then left it up to others to fix. Drying up water is as far as I would give them when it comes to flood damage, total joke what they ripped out and what was left behind.

Fast professional service. All employees on site were friendly, informative and helpful. Phoned in questions were answered promptly.

6 months after repair, the drywall repair is falling down. The patched section has dropped, which requires everything to be replaced on our dime.

This repair took nearly a year to complete. Once we got it done it barely lasted 6 months. Due to a change in insurance policy they will not warranty.

If belfor is the contractor for insurance work, run as far as you can. Chris is an inept manager and will send adjustors who cant even do simple math. You are better off taking the insurance payout and contracting the work out yourself.

Hired them through insurance company. They didn't reply my phone or email for any question or request. I needed to contact my insurance adjuster to get things done. Terrible experience.

We worked with Belfor to repair the flooded basement, which was damaged in September 2020 due to a sump pump failure. We had Ryan as the project manager and Jason who handled all the communication and the process of the repair on site. Whenever the Belfor team visited, they were very friendly and understanding. Jason especially paid attention to every single detail of the basement and ensured the repair quality met our expectation. For certain parts, Jason and team went the extra mile by coming up with creative solutions so that they could deliver the quality we were looking for. Overall, we are satisfied with the work they've done and appreciate the warranty aspect of their work as well.

In terms of the timeline, the process took longer than expected because the insurance was involved as another party, and I can see why this entire process can be extremely frustrating to a lot of people. Communicating over emails, phone calls, and texts about this repair process for more than a year with wait times here and there was definitely not the most pleasant part of the experience but because we stepped into this repair process expecting there would be unexpected delays, we were OK with it. Also, given the nature of this type of repair, there were so many moving parts in terms of communication and Jason really stayed on top of everything and tied every open knot together.

Overall, everyone that we got to meet from the Belfor side was accommodating and friendly and we're happy with the new basement: D

Do not waste your time with this company. Unbelievably unprofessional. We are 4 months into an insurance claim and have made no progress whatsoever, despite holding our deposit and confirmed funds advanced by our insurance company. Calls and emails are never returned and we have to follow up multiple times just to speak with someone who provides no help in advancing the work.
