The service I received was excellent. I went to an in store location to replace something and the representative, Sara, was very helpful. There was some technical issues with activating the replacement but Sara was able to make some insightful suggestions about my account while we waited for them to be sorted out. Everything I wanted was taken care of and I got more than I asked for.

I had to make changes to my Bell mobility plan as well as upgrade my ancient phone and was really glad that I went to the Merivale store where I was helped by Maryna with all of these choices. There are so many options for both, and not all of them are apparent when one goes online to do research. Maryna was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in clear terms so that I felt I was better able to make decisions about which phone and plan would suit my purposes and deliver the best value. I would recommend highly not only going into a store to find out more information about what Bell has to offer but also to seek out knowledgeable reps.like Maryna who can help to make these decisions easier and do it with a smile and great advice. A week ago I went into this location to find out if there was a warranty on my phone protector. The screen protector popped off my screen and was no longer sticking. One of the employees was quick to answer questions and to my disappointment said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to purchase another one. It has not even been a year since I purchased the screen protector and I felt quickly dismissed.

However, another employee by the name of Hussein heard my conversation with the other employee and began to investigate the situation. He began to search to find out when I purchased the screen protector if it was under warranty, and if they could replace it for me. I must say that Hussein was extremely helpful and persistent to resolve my problem. With much satisfaction, I had answers. Hussein was able to find the date of purchase, informed I had a warranty, and provided me with the name of the screen protector company. He also provided me with a duplicate copy of my bill, showing the date of purchase, etc. I would like to applaud Hussein for his excellent service and inform Bell that he deserves the Employee of the Month award. Thank you.

I went to the Bell Store on Merivale today to upgrade a phone and dealt with Tony Wakim. He was amazing and went above and beyond what we came for! You just don’t get this level of service today. He not only got us a better device and plan but helped us save money!

I accompanied my friend to the Bell Merivale to set up their new phone. We had the pleasure of working with Frantz to get it all set up! We had an amazing experience at this Bell location, specifically with the representative helping us, Abe. We were previously with Rogers for 2 years and had major technical and customer services issues. Abe was able to set us up with all new home and cellular services and ensured that we got better services at a much better rate than what we were previously paying! We also greatly appreciated that Abe and his colleague Mohamed stayed past close with us in order to get our phones fully synched up with our previous ones. Way to go guys!

Bought a phone and plan at the Merivale Bell store and cannot thank Abe enough for the excellent customer service I received. He truly went out of his way to make sure I understood my new phone and how to transfer my precious data. I am most grateful and highly recommend this well managed store where customers are treated with patience and kindness from a very knowledgeable staff.

Generally, I don’t take the time to write reviews but, in this case, I am compelled to recognize the outstanding service I received at the Merivale Bell Store (Merivale & Capilano) from Marty & Duaa.

We have been there twice in 6 months and on both occasions had the pleasure of being served by Marty. The first time was opening a business mobility account and the second time to upgrade a corporate mobility account.

We visited this Bell store to address a confusing issue with a previous attempt to open a business mobility account, prior to attending.
As I was standing in line, I couldn’t help but notice how this young man who was serving clients before me. He was informative, professional and efficient with his time and his delivery of information to his customers.
Due to the issues I had to discuss, I must admit, I was skeptical as to whether our issues would be resolved the same day, or at all.

We were up next, Marty greeted us to come forward. Once I explained the issues, he reassured us that the problem was resolvable. He was able to bring things back to basics and open a new account. Efficiently, he proceeded to untangle all the mishaps and rearrange things to make it work for us. I can honestly say, that there are few times that I have experienced this level of service - the combination of Marty’s knowledge of the system, the process, next steps, his attention to all details (if missed would further inconvenience us), his expertise with clear instruction of what to expect and what to do next, his interpersonal skills which diffused our frustration and made things comfortable and his great communication skills that created clarity with, what we foresaw as, a complex issue. We followed his next step recommendations and things fell into place exactly how he said it would. Marty is in a class of his own!

I also want to highlight Duaa, the store manager, who overheard the situation. She came and supported in collaborative manner. She was professional and helpful. It was very nice to see this very supportive team working for us.

We returned months later, to upgrade a corporate mobility account and, again, were taken care of by Marty with ease, displaying the same professionalism and as he did before.

This store has strong, caring team. I hope that Bell recognizes the strength of these employees. I am sure there are many, like myself, who have similar experiences who have not taken the time time to put it down.

Stay away from anything bell. They are not clear with the charges on your bill. Try and gouge you of all your money and show no remorse doing so. Telus is down the street, go there.

Even my buddy who works at rogers is with bell! My guy Raymond is a great salesman! Even though he is a rookie he walks around like a season vet! Great store Great people!

Bell is brutal. Avoid at all costs. Can buy phones much cheaper off the internet and not get stuck with a ridiculous overpriced contract. Even without a contract it's too expensive.

I was served by Peter who helped me with a repair service for my phone. It had to be sent out so he made sure that the loaner they gave me was set up and ready to go before I left. Pick up was just as easy once it was ready.
