Excellent experience with Michael, extremely knowledgeable, patient, explained differences pros and cons.more staff needed as we took 20 mins to get to Michael and they line up kept growing, phone transactions take alot time, 3 staff just doesn't cut it especially during Black Friday week

The worst service I have experienced. It took 2 hours in line for changing my plan to prepaid, and it wasn't activated because consultant forgot to charge me that day, so next day I was without any connection commuting for first time to my new place of work. Exellent! Fine, I solved this issue next evening, but.imagine what? In a month I was charged for 3 month ahead, cause consultant didn't think much when he set up a preauthorized payment. Now I have to have hard time in returning my money back. I even don't know if it's possible to do. Worst. Service. Ever.

If I could give zero stars, that would be my preference. After waiting 45 minutes to be served, I was spoken to like a child - ageism is unacceptable. The person serving me, who was the manager, then suggested I transfer everything from my old phone myself. When I questioned what the $50 transfer fee would be for then, she was annoyed. She gave me my phone in the box, assuring me that everything had transferred. I should have removed it from the box while I was still there, but was so fed up with the way I was being spoken to that I just wanted to leave. Sadly, not one thing had been transferred. As I am in the process of transferring it myself, it is very apparent that she had made absolutely no effort. My advice: order your phone online, or at the very least, avoid this location.

Do not recommend this bell store. They will lie and deceive you to have you signed up for something that was not properly disclosed. You will find out the hard way when you receive your bill. DONT GO HERE

Absolutely do not recommend. I bought two brand new iPhone 13’s from this store and one exploded within 6 months of purchase. No damage prior. I called bell they sent me through 7 different people only to finally be told I had to come into the store.i called this store to confirm and they said yes come into the store and we will get you a loaner phone while it’s fixed. I drove two hours to come into the store with a newborn baby only to be told I had to go down to jump plus. Fine whatever head to jump plus to be told nope go back to bell. Sat in the bell store (again with a newborn baby) for 45 minutes waiting for the manager. Finally she graces us with her presence only to say ya you need to call apple we can’t help you. ON A 6 MONTH OLD PHONE! I understand that this isn’t something they can fix but Atleast help us out and not be completely rude leaving us to figure it out ourselves. Currently going to pay to get out of my contract with bell and never go back.

Would not deal with people that don't know about products they sell. Only had mu phone over a month got a lemon from week 1. Manager tells me I own a I Pjone don't know much about Samsung
WOW. Spoke to Samung told me I have to bring my brand new phone in for repair. You only gave 15 days to report problems and get a new phone. So now I'm stuck with a lemon. Should of just went locally to get it

Switched providers to Bell today because the in store employees customer service was very good. I got a best plan that no other provider could match. I would recommend going to Bell if you’re looking for a new cell phone plan or to switch providers.

I normally don't post reviews but I feel i need to tell everybody about the great service and attention I received when visiting this store to get my first ever iphone. Victoria explained all the options, gave great advice and once I made my decision, assisted me in every way possible. Thank you, Victoria, for making this an easy and pleasant experience.

UPDATE: Bell commented on this post saying they would like to discuss things and make it right.and they did absolutely nothing. Don't be fooled by the comment, it was a transparent attempt to look helpful. All of our original issues still stand and we were ripped off.

We were lied to and ripped off by a employee named Michael.

We recently made a huge switch with all our services to bell.big mistake. We were told our cell phones would be 50 per line and when we got our bill they magically went up to 75 and we were told "oh that was a promotion and you missed it" even though they told us THE DAY WE SIGNED UP it would be 50.

As for the internet, we had 150 download speed for our last service and 150 download on the service before that. We use the internet a lot, we game, we stream, we work from home. However, Michael assured us "oh don't worry 50 will be plenty, bell uses a special system so our 50 is like 150 everywhere else". We weren't convinced but Michael said "well, try 50 and then if you want to upgrade to 150, its just 10 bucks more". Okay no problem. We tried 50 for a while and it was not even close to being enough. We call to upgrade. AND APPARENTLY WE CANT EVEN GET 150 WITH BELL. Thanks for looking into that before you told us Michael.

Awful, awful, service. It's clear we were just a sale and customer service doesn't mean anything. Dishonest and disgusting.

I am changing my previously 5 start review to 1 because it couldn’t be less.
I was at this store with the reps for over 2 hours setting up my 2 new iPhone 11 (one max) only to find out today (2 months later) they messed up my entire mobility accounts. It wasn’t set up properly causing major issues that had me on the phone with several reps for at least 4 hours of frustration. They had to authenticate me and validate who I was because these guys added a new account for me with a different birthday and no one had access to it. They were supposed to add a secondary number to one line, but instead he created a separate account and because it was set up wrong, it accrued extra charges that prompted various texts messages to us. We then called to see what was happening to our account but no one was able to answer questions and said they might be fraud, to disregard them. We persisted on the issue then today found out the bill was outstanding, but it wasn’t sent to us. They made us pay the outstanding bill $180 before even talking to us. The bill has now been refunded because the charges only happened due to the of the way the account initially set up. All that was due was 72$ for two months of service, instead all this headache.
I will stop here not to rant on.
Thankfully, I got connected with two competent reps that escalated to someone who was able to fix the the issue.
Please get to the policies, training and procedures department so they can improve the process for new hires to avoid this problem from reoccurring.
I should send you a bill for my time not well wasted.

Michael is extremely rude. Even with the customer before myself I witnessed an extremely condescending tone, almost like he thinks us as customers should understand what he talks about the first time around.

My experience left much to be desired. After an argument back and forth, I ended up walking out and speaking with reps at an alternate kiosk in the mall, where I had the best customer service experience of my life.

Beware of buying from Michael. His sales tactics are skuzzy and should be avoided.

Terrible customer service from Bell representatives by phone. Phil and Aaron.
Jas in store was polite and as helpful as he could be. Unfortunately I had to call Bell direct for my question. And they were both ignorant. Phil hung up on me Aaron in loyalty didn't care that he lost a customer.
I went to Koodoo and had an amazing experience.

I went in to get a screen protector for my p30 pro as Bell at the time seemed to be the only ones with them, I had specifically asked "is the whole screen sticky" and the man assured me that it was and he installed it, I thought nothing off it till a couple days later dust appeared underneath my screen, I asked around (as I have never had a curved screen phone) and it appears that the $50 glass screen protector I purchased only the edges were sticky NOT the entire screen! Misleading I specifically asked before I purchase! Disappointed.
